• Efremov (1/5): A disaster — this should be removed from the listing. - I didn’t like anything. The apartment was dirty, with greasy windows and blinds and a lot of dust. It smelled bad when we entered. The hot water heating was controlled via a Wi-Fi touch switch, but they kept turning it off, so we had to shower with cold water. It says there are 2 bathrooms, but in one only the toilet works—nothing else. As soon as we arrived, they informed us that one air conditioner wasn’t working, and when we got there, another one in the bedroom also didn’t work, so the next day we had service technicians coming in. The people we communicated with always gave me manipulative ‘polite’ answers whenever I asked something. This is the worst service I’ve experienced so far through Booking.com.

• Ciprian Loloiu (7/5): - Good postion, at few hundred metres from the beach and promenada. Near to bus station, near to old city and restaurants. Nice view from balcony Poor facility's, 3 of the air condition was broken and after long discussions and insistention they send someone to fix them (just 2 of them). Otherwise it was impossible to sleep there in December. No cable tv, no coffee filter, dirty walls and couch. This nice apartment, if it was weel-kept, and clean, can be amazing. But unfortunately it is not.
• Berciu (10/5): - Apartamentul este mare, curat, paturile confortabile, plus o terasa cu vedere la mare🤩 Pentru noi (grup de 6 persoane) a fost ideal. Recomand cu drag. Orice întrebare am avut, ne au răspuns rapid și ne am ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie Am stat prea puțin

• Hanna (1/5): Terrible experience - the AC in the living room and kitchen was broken so it was like a furnace - East to access AC was broken in the living room and kitchen - during the 2.5 days the maintenance came on the 2nd day and told us he could not fix it. So we were not able to use the property to cook or relax as it was like a furnace. I would have expected to be offered a different accommodation or compensation/refund however this did not happen. It was not clear where in the car park we could park the car and the help center did not know either so this was unnecessary stress before entering the flat. The flat itself was not clean - floors and walls were dirty. The balcony had bird faeces so clearly not cleaned. 2 of the fans were broken which was a hazard. Kitchen cupboards in bad condition.
• Aliona (2/5): Not the best experience - The location is good, pretty in the center. The apartment is super poor, almost no facilities. It wasn't clean at all, we had dust and hair around. The hot water was not working in the beginning. The door was almost broken. We didn't like it at all.
