• Peter (7/5): - Das Zimmer war gut. Jeder hat ein eigenes Bett. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Die Gemeinschaftsdusche war soweit in Ordnung. Die Küche hatte quasi keine Ausstattung und war sehr dreckig.

• Krzysztof (7/5): Ok na krótki pobyt, baza wypadowa do Wenecji - Cena, bliskość komunikacji miejskiej i sklepów. Pokój dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżka, czysto, dostęp do kuchni. Nie zwróciłem uwagi, że łazienka nie jest w pokoju - wynajmowany tu jest pokój w dwupokojowym mieszkaniu, więc kuchnia i łazienki są wspólne - jest to dość mało komfortowe, ale cena robi swoje jednak, więc jak ktoś szuka tańszej opcji, to polecam.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Удобное местоположение, напротив остановки, только окна не выходят на центральную улицу, что очень хорошо, тк не шумно. В доме есть лифт, очень удобно. Так же рядом много кафе и большой супермаркет.

• Fabián Esteban (6/5): Regular - La ubicación porque estaba a unos pasos de la estación de buses que te llevaba a Venecia o al aeropuerto. La cama para el niño debe de ser cambiada o restaurada, las habitaciones no tienen baño privado es un apto con 3 habitaciones y solo dos baños.

• Michele (10/5): - Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto molto disponibile, come sempre! L'appartamento è molto comodo e pratico. La camera grande e pulita. A volte il portone di ingresso è difficile da aprire in quanto la chiave è un po' dura ma basta avere un po' di dimestichezza.

• Nitin (4/5): - Location and staff Poor facilities - feels like the whole apartment is furnished with leftover stuff by other guests A/c didn’t work No soap in shower Advertised with kitchen, but hardly anything is available like pots etc.

• jérôme (7/5): Bien pour un court passage. - L’hôte est plutôt sympathique et le logement est très propre. Ce qui est fort agréable. Son emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre Venise par le train ou le bus. Assez bon rapport qualité /prix. La cuisine manque cruellement de vaisselle et la plaque de cuisson était hors service…. La literie est moyenne, il faut aimer les matelas très souples….

• roberta (1/5): Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Ho allegato alcune foto. Nel cassetto c'erano capelli - Quale Colazione? In cucina non c'era nulla di tutto ciò che era descritto sulla scheda della struttura. Macchina del caffè inesistente. Frigorifero non funzionante. Aprendo i cassetti trovavi solo cartacce, silicone, documenti della tassa di soggiorno. Non vi erano posate, stoviglie solo tre bicchieri uno diverso dall'altro. Inoltre nei bagni bagnoschiuma, shampoo c'erano i contenitori finiti. Prese della corrente da denuncia. Sotto il letto era sporchissimo ma poi apro il cassetto del mobile per riporre i mie indumenti ed era pieno di capelli. La pulizia faceva letteralmente schifo. Sono stata accolta da una persona rispecchiava un pò l'appartamento, molto trasandato. La sera quando sono tornata sembrava ubriaco infatti lo avevo notato mentre tornavo che era con un gruppo di amici che all'una di notte parlavano e ridevano fortissimo.

El día que llegué me indicaron que debían cambiarme de hostel, a unas cuatro cuadras de mi reserva, porque mi room tenía “un problema”. No sé si realmente la habitación que usé era lo que fue pago. El host Arib fue muy gentil.

• Natalia (8/5): - Неплохие апартаменты для одной ночи, близко автобусная остановка, чтоб доехать в Венецию На кухне мало посуды, если собираетесь самостоятельно готовить, то готовить не в чем. У нас была сломана одна кровать, не хватало несколько ламелей, получалась впадина в середине кровати. В окрестности нету паркинга.

• Alice (6/5): - La struttura è in una posizione strategica, molto vicina a un supermercato, farmacia e stazione del bus per raggiungere Piazzale Roma in 15 minuti. Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, inoltre, è molto cordiale ma purtroppo parla solo inglese. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura in quanto vi è la zona cucina (in comune), peccato che non ci sia neanche una pentola per poter cucinare. In aggiunta, vorrei far notare al personale di mantenere leggermente più pulito (pulire anche gli interruttori della luce ad esempio che erano parecchio sporchi).

• Michele (10/5): - Buona posizione, nei pressi della stazione. Personale disponibile. La cucina ben attrezzata (microonde, utensili, bollitore elettrico). La camera spaziosa. La camera era leggermente fredda in quanto non c'era riscaldamento, ma ho sopperito con due coperte.
• Lukáš (5/5): - Ubytování blízko nádraží, rychlá domluva s majitelem. Postel ve dvoulůžkovém pokoji byla dost měkká. Pokoj čistý. Byt má dvě koupelny. V té, která je na fotkách nefungovala sprcha, vůbec netekla voda. Naštěstí byla v druhé koupelně fungující starší sprchový kout.

Chambre très bien pour le prix J’y ai passé 4 jours et c’était tout à fait convenable pour les petits budgets petit bémol sur la tenue de la salle de bain bleue et l’insonorisation : on entend les voisins qui logent à l’étage supérieur ainsi que les locataires des autres chambres (s’ils sont bruyants)

Ovviamente siamo venute via , come si fa stare in un posto del genere ? Dormire con estranei in un posto sconosciuto sporco in condizioni spiritose ! E stato un disastro !!!!!!!Mai più appartamenti con Booking ! Niente non mi ha piaciuto!!!

• Palomba (1/5): Non andateci - Solo la camera perché è come dalle foto. Ma non ho soggiornato lì perdendo soldi. Purtroppo la descrizione della camera condivisa con altre 2 non era scritto nella descrizione. C erano due bagni e una cucina che però non funzionava. Avendo due bambini ho chiamato l host e chiesto come mai nn avessero specificato le cose e soprattutto perché nn avessero avvisato prima che la cucina nn funzionava ( nn era rotta all improvviso). Alla fine mi ha rimborsato solo di metà e oltre a perdere soldi ho perso un intera giornata a capire dove soggiornare. Non lo consiglio.

We didn’t get any instructions about it. They didn’t have soap in the toilet and someone stole our soap

Pied de la gare ferroviaire et a même pas 2min a pied d'un arrêt de bus qui emmène a Venise, un supermarché est pareil a même 2min,et le centre de Mestre ce trouve a 15min a pied ( centre très jolie nous y sommes allés au période de Noël et c'était très joliment décorées). la chambre familiale pour 4 était propre et pour ce qui est de la salle de bain toilettes c'était nickel également... En effet les parties communes comme les toilettes SDB et cuisine sont partagées avec les 2 autres chambres en location mais ce qui est de notre côté nous n'avons croisé que 1 seule personne et il n'y a jamais eu un seul bruit ou problème avec les autres locataires durant nos 2 nuits passées sur place, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages sans problème a notre arrivée et nous avons demandé un transfert pour le 1er janvier au matin a 4h et tout ces très bien passé également et le rapport qualité prix était très avantageux pour 4 personnes. Nous reviendrons ici sans problème si nous revenons un jour visiter Venise .

• SimonaI (8/5): Buona soluzione a 15 min dalla stazione - La stanza è munita di tutto il necessario, compreso un frigorifero molto silenzioso, termosifoni ben funzionanti, climatizzatore. Non c'è un bagno ad uso esclusivo ma sono presenti due bagni in comune, entrambi muniti di phon. È una soluzione adatta a chi ha un minimo di spirito di adattamento. Mi sono trovata comunque bene e ci tornerei. Consiglio una pulizia più attenta, soprattutto dei bagni. Per sentirmi più serena ho comprato delle salviette igienizzanti.

• Martín Alejandro Guzzo (8/5): Excelente ubicación de departamento compartido. - La ubicación es super excelente, a pasos de la estación de trenes Venecia -Mestre FS y frente a el pasan muchos colectivos. También hay supermercados grandes cerca y tiendas de comida económica. Es un gran departamento que se comparte con otros pasajeros. Es más, me sorprendió y a otros usuarios también cuando estaba ahí.
