• Daniela (9/5): - Sehr geschmackvolle, geräumige und äusserst komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die unmittelbare Umgebung kontrastriert das Interieur der Wohnung eher, als dass sie es spiegelt.
• Mario (10/5): Piano Terra. - La recensione verte sul "Piano Terra". Casa pulita, non è affatto scontata come cosa. Avendo quasi sempre mangiato fuori, non ho provato la cucina. Bel bagno spazioso. Struttura ben posizionata (è molto soggettivo, dipende dalle esigenze personali. 10 Min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ancona, 5 min dal centro di selezione della Marina Militare per chi partecipa al concorso, forse più lontanina dal Centro, ma la zona è comunque dotata di mezzi pubblici). Personale cordiale e disponibile. Certamente consigliata. Non c'è una cosa che non mi sia piaciuta nello specifico.

• Ingrid (8/5): Modern appartement nabij het oude stadscentrum en de haven - Het appartement is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en voldoende kastruimte. In de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Zelfs de koffiecups worden aangevuld en wil je schone lakens of handdoeken, dan hoef je dat maar aan te geven. De eigenaar is zeer betrokken en bereikbaar. De eigen parkeerplek voor de deur is enorm fijn. De containers voor gescheiden afval zijn om de hoek en er is gelegenheid om gebruik te maken van een wasmachine en droger. In alle ruimtes is airco aanwezig. Het oude centrum is op 2,5 km afstand en in de buurt bevinden zich restaurantjes, een supermarkt, koffietentjes en een ijssalon. Het appartement bevindt zich aan een druk kruispunt van wegen die toegang geven tot de binnenstad. Hoewel je binnen geen last hebt van het drukke verkeer door de goede geluidsisolatie, is het openen van een raam of deur minder prettig. Ook is er geen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. Als je het appartement binnenstapt, hangt er een vage rioollucht. Deze trekt vrij snel weg als je ventileert.

• Ludovic (9/5): Très bon séjour, je recommande ce logement - L’ensemble des équipements à disposition. La maison est très jolie et propre et itech. Le stationnement juste devant la porte est appréciable. On a eu un peu de mal à trouver la machine à laver et sèche linge qui sont en commun avec d’autres habitants. De plus il a fallu chercher un peu car c’est à l’extérieur du logement.

L appartement bénéficie de la climatis - L emplacement et la place de parking, le fait qu il y ait une salle de bain par chambre. La gentillesse de l hôte. La disponibilité la laverie Les équipements de cuisine pourraient être agrandis. Odeur d humidité qui nécessite des aérations

• Mitchell (6/5): Great value especially for one night stop over - Very modern apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious, standard showers in both bedrooms worked well. Facility to cook if required however not necessary as excellent Bistro/restaurant 10 min walk. Great communication for check in, personal greeting. No natural light, although lighting was very modern, but not the easiest to use. Parking available at the door although one has to reverse directly onto the main road right by the road junction.
