• Kenneth (10/5): Good location for trip to Muscat - Good size, nice pool and kids play area. Breakfast had very wide selection and fresh made omelets or eggs however you like them. Room service menu was pretty decent which was nice because we arrived late. Very close to Mall of Oman and easy highway access to other areas No smart TV for kids to watch YouTube. Only local channels. No dryer available but they do give you a clothes rack.

Special thanks to Reem and room service team for sending an anniversary cake once they knew we were celebrating our 15th anniversary. A memorable stay with our family Just some recommendation for improvement- breakfast area lighting seems gloomy and area is bit congested with limited move around space. • Alexandra (9/5): Good value + easy stay with toddlers - 10 minutes on foot from a huge amazing softplay in Panorama mall, but the hotel has a very decent free playground and playroom as well. Beds are good, staff is amazing, kitchen has everything you may need including a washing machine and basic pots and pans. High humidity in the rooms. Rooms of the same category are all different layout so a lot depends on your luck (2beds may have 2 or 3 bathrooms, huge or moderate living room).

Il aurait été plus professionnel de vérifier cela auprès de la réception au lieu de nous déranger en plein repas

• Julie (8/5): Great hospitality. Would recommend and stay again. - The suite was excellent, with very spacious rooms. The reception staff were also very helpful, with clear communication throughout our stay. Room service was another highlight, with food from the restaurant being fantastic. One of the standout features was the onsite taxi service, which was very convenient. Although it was slightly more expensive than a government taxi, the convenience made it worthwhile. Our driver quickly became a helpful guide, making himself available throughout the day. He was very knowledgeable about local sights and places to visit, which made navigating the area much easier and stress-free
