• Mohamed Yusri (7/5): Too many staircase to the room - The location was near the Sunday market. The stairs! With big luggages it's so hard to reach up. In my country, that's level 4 and it's all stairs. The slopes were also all around the apartment, making it hard to go around.
• Mamardashvili (7/5): icomfortable and definitely good for the price - The location is perfect, very central, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a Carrefour just a short walk away. The metro station is also very close, and you can easily walk to Gran Vía and everywhere else in the city. The apartment itself is spacious, which is great if you’re staying with friends or need separate beds — everyone has enough space and privacy. The shower, heating, blankets, and towels were all good, and everything we needed was provided. We always travel with our own shampoos and toiletries, but the basics were there. It’s not luxurious, but it’s comfortable . I had read some comments saying the neighborhood felt unsafe or too loud, and I was a bit worried — I even considered cancelling. In reality, the area is lively but manageable. There’s regular police presence, and nothing bad happened while we were there. With my boyfriend I felt completely fine, although if I were alone, I might feel a little uneasy just because the streets can get noisy at times. But it never disturbed us during our stay.

• Velibor (4/5): Vrlo neodgovorno - Lokacija Dosli u apartman grejanje nije upaljeno, pokušavamo da dobijemo nekog da nam se javi ne ja javljaju se...smrzli smo se. U apartmanu nema posteljina za treće lice, samo za bračni krevet.cekali smo do poslednjeg dana da nam se jave oko dolaska, ulaska i na kraju smo zvali booking korisnički servis.kafe aparat ne radi, nema niti jedna kafa u kuci...za vreme boravka umadridu noćna temperatura je bila 2 stepena, smrzli se u apartmanu.
• Chien-Jung (5/5): 我們入住時發現實際設備與預訂時的訂單標示不符，雖當下有向房東反映並多次溝通，但未獲妥善處理。其影響加上後續來回與房東和Booking平台溝通花費的大量時間讓整體體驗不太好。 - 我們選擇此住宿的主要原因是洗衣需求，預訂時頁面標示有洗衣機與烘衣機，但入住後得知設備無法使用且沒有烘衣機。 此外，我們入住時是夏天，但房內電風扇也無法運作，導致需要調整行程等待維修，造成不便。 後來注意到最新設施說明中有部分設備被更新移除，但訂單上的設備內容仍維持不變，不太確定這到底算房東還是Booking平台的責任，但我們並未收到任何變更通知。 另外需要留意的是這間住宿沒有電梯，有很多大行李的話會需要自己搬。

• Éva (8/5): - The location is good, the apartment is well-equipped and cosy. Some renovation is needed (eg.washing machine, leakings), the apartement is really noisy. The check-in time was from 3pm, but when we arrived after 3, the cleaning lady was there for another 45 minutes.
• Paweł (8/5): Byłoby idealnie gdyby nie parę ciemnych mankamentów - Apartament ma balkon i jest przestronny. Łazienka jest niewielka ale wystarczająca. Dla osób mających problem z poruszaniem się spory problem mogą stanowić schody, ponieważ są wąskie, dość strome, a apartament znajduje się na 3 piętrze. Lokalizacja ma jedną zaletę - jest blisko centrum. Ulica jest cicha. Klimatyzacja jest tylko w jednej, małej sypialni. W salonie jest wiatrak pod sufitem ale zawieszony tak nisko, że można niechcący zrobić sobie krzywdę. Jest też dość głośny, słychać że od dawna nikt go nie serwisował. W okolicy szwendają się grupy ciemnoskórych, młodych ludzi wyglądających jakby nie mieli żadnego zajęcia. Pierwszego dnia widzieliśmy bójkę na ulicy, a to jest niemal centrum miasta! Nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. To czego mi brakuje w ogóle w Hiszpanii to poczucia gościnności. Hiszpanie, co z wami? Gdy jedzie się do Włoch czy nawet na Sri Lankę (gdzie jest bardzo biednie) to człowiek czuje, że ktoś się nim opiekuje. U was czuję, że jestem tylko chodzącym portfelem, do którego tylko chcecie sięgać.
• VALERIA (7/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso e abbastanza centrale. L’aria condizionata stava solo nella camera da letto e chi dorme al salone ha solo una pala a soffitto. Altra nota dolente era che la lavatrice era rotta e uno dei motivi per cui avevo scelto questo appartamento era proprio quello! 3* piano senza ascensore e con delle scale di legno scivolose
• emanuela (1/5): una bettola piena di blatte e scarafaggi in un quartiere sporco degradato e puzzolente - nulla blatte e scarafaggi ovunque una cosa immonda mia vista siamo dovuti scappare via e prenotare altrove appartamento vetusto scassato sporco aria condizionata insufficiente (un solo split per tutta la casa) lavatrice non funziona (nell'annuncio era indicata come servizio garantito) servizi pessimi e host maleducato e incapace quartiere sporco brutto e puzzolente

• Emily (10/5): Beautiful stay - We had a lovely stay here in this beautiful apartment. The location is great close to everything you need. The only thing was the washing machines wasn’t working. Otherwise nothing it was great
• Lindsay (8/5): Spacious flat for a short stay in Madrid - Great location, the apartment had mostly everything you could want. Very well furnished and fashionable! Some milk or coffee pods etc would have made it even better.
• Saygin (8/5): Well place to stay, eveything included, if you are soft sleeper, dont sleep in the living room. - Well prepared, big , and easy access with nice kitchen. Big Tv, included Netflix. Everything was nice prepared. I like pets, but probably owner of apartment had a cat, and the smell of cat marking should be cleaned. It was a hit heavy smell. Street windows are not well insulated so most people shout outside and you hear it easily. Check-in process a bit feeling weird. Harder than airplane check in. You need selfie with your ID cards etc.

• Pau_bro (9/5): Good place in Madrid for families - Very large apartment, well equipped with everything you need even for a longer stay. Clean and close to the metro and walking distance to the center. Noise from the street during the night. But it's not the owners fault.
• Alessandro (10/5): Well organized and close to downtown - The house is good for a short or long stay because it provides kitchen and comfortable couches . There are no doors but areas separated by walls. The bathroom obviously has its own door. The staff was reliable and well organized . The house is close to “ tirso de Molina stop” and close to downtown. I would recommend better thick blankets for the winter but on the whole I would go for a great feedback.

• Angelica (7/5): Beautiful apartment but not sure about location! Geographically-Good! Socially- Not really! - Room was comfortable with air conditioning. Apartment was pretty clean too. Towels were provided and enough toiletries. Decoration was beautiful! This apartment is advertised for 4 people but ONLY the room has air conditioning! This is not mentioned in the advertisement of the property- anywhere! The other 2 people had to sleep on the couch which is decent enough. But the fan had to be on during the night otherwise it would not be comfortable- it felt hot when off! It also made such a LOUD noise! Quite disturbing when you are trying to sleep! Also, the fan knob is hard to turn, it looks broken/ incomplete. We reported this to the the host the first night. Not enough toilet paper for our stay, one more would have sufficed (Not a big deal but kind of a minor annoyance!) I'll think twice before staying in this location. Every night there were loud voices! Woke me up about 3 nights of the 5 we stayed there. People can be pretty indifferent to other people's needs, meaning no respect for sleep and rest time. It seems they were telling each other something from one place to a far place!
• Rachel (6/5): Like it but could use some attention to a few details. - Liked the apartment layout and decor. Liked the amount of seating areas and the TV room. Liked the kitchen. Liked being able to walk everywhere we needed from the location. Like the access to the freeways we needed. Liked the way our host was able to help us find a parking option when we arrived. There were a few issues / concerns we had about the apartment that we wrote the host about so they can address at least some of them in the future. The apartment came with all these issues already existing when we checked in. The shower drain is clogged. It makes it unable for us to shower more than a very short time before it fills up. It was very frustrating. The tile around the outside of the shower is also chipped. The bed does not have a mattress cover / pad on it, meaning it is only a sheet that covers the mattress. I think a mattress cover that can be washed between users would be more sanitary. The TV remote control does not work. Maybe it is out of batteries. We could not use it the whole time. The pull out couch only comes with one sheet and one cover (and one blanket). We would have liked it to come with two sets as we had two kids with us. We would have also been able to set up a bed in the office area instead of putting them both on the couch. The neighborhood does not seems as safe as some surrounding areas, which I wish I knew before we rented. One morning, several men were arrested by the police right out front of the apartment. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
• Boris (8/5): In general, after we settelef, it was good, we were comfortable ! - Vary nice and very comfortable appartment, with everything we needed, kitchen, coffee machine, electric range, microwave, refrigerator… We stayed on the 3d floor (3 flights up) with no elevator… Unfortunately we weren’t informed at the time of the booking, that the building had no elevator… Appartment is very good, very clean, very comfortable close to the city center, but carrying 2 suitcases to the 3d floor at our age… if we new - we wouldn’t stay there…
• Xenia (6/5): Uncomfortable nights but good days visiting Madrid and its museums - we liked the spaciousness of the flat and the location, in a quasi-pedestrian area full of restaurants, close to the main museums. The kitchen was well equipped. We did not see anybody but the Whatsapp person was quick and friendly. It was a relief to find a set of keys inside after having to use internet to get in! The double bed is very small, so if you are a big couple don't book this place! The online check-in procedure was lengthy and tedious and we did not expect it, having booked with booking.com where we are known. The TV was full of promises (big screen) but did not work!
