• Lorenza (5/5): Così così - La posizione Pulizia mediocre, con polvere in camera e liane di ragnatele in bagno; poca attenzione alla manutenzione: quasi tutte le prese schuko deformate, acqua o bollente o fredda, dispenser sapone quasi vuoti, terrazza trasformata in un cimitero di piante, con un'uscita (quella della camera) impraticabile per la sporcizia provocata dai piccioni.

• Vittorio (5/5): Vacanza - Casa bella, grande e comoda..... La pulizia lascia un po' delusi, l'acqua calda ad intermittenza e la doccia un disastro, non funzionava ne il doccino e ne il soffione e l'acqua usciva fredda, bisogna migliorare su alcuni punti, questo è il mio punto di vista xche' viaggiare con una bambina di 2 anni è trovare questi problemi non è bello....

• Maria Pia (6/5): Appartamento grande e pulito ma non funzionava bene l'acqua calda/fredda - Appartamento grande e luminoso e ben posizionato vicino la stazione della metromare Il miscelatore della doccia non andava e l'acqua dei rubinetti usciva o gelata o bollente. In bagno mancavano dei ganci per appendere gli asciugamani

• Michael (10/5): Wonderful place and Ostia Holiday's staff was superb. Especially Matteo. - Great neighborhood. We only had excellent service and smiling faces because they were not a whole lot of tourists in the area. Prices were very reasonable and the food was great and the portions were great. If we were to choose a place to live in Rome, that would be it.
• Kate (4/5): Would not have booked this location as I requested walking distance to Ostia Antica Park. Would have chosen the beach if - Clean. Good restaurants nearby. Was not located where I desired. Had to walk at least a mile climb up stairs and over a bridge and back to the bus station. Desk clerk told me to call if I wanted a taxi back to the airport. After climbing all the stairs I did want a taxi. When I called the other desk clerk would not call for me but gave me a phone number to call which would not go through on my phone. Tried to book taxi myself online but all needed 24 hours notice and cost a minimum of €80. Ridiculous. Wound up having to climb back up and down the stairs with my luggage back to the bus station a mile away. I’m 70 years old and fit but it was a lot for me.

• Kapella (5/5): Passable - Spacious and comfortable The floors were not cleaned before entering, the balcony was full of dirt and the washer was not starting. It had water in the washer that smelled our clothes.
