• Adeline (10/5): Amazing place right in the center ! - Amazing place with everything that you need to spend a good time ! The host is amazing and giving you a lot of tips for around ! 10/15 min to either the train station or center which is even less than 10 min walk ! The place is located near some streets that looks a bit weird but no issues to have! Security of the flat is also available!

• Margaret (10/5): Too short. We were only there one day. It was not long enough to get a good sense of the town. - The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and was very clean. The host, who lives upstairs, for a price, picked us up at the airport, was friendly and helpful in getting us oriented in the city and giving suggestions for places to eat. The old city was a short walk from the apartment. I personally. loved the painted art on the walls and plants that can be seen from the first floor balcony.

• Liz (10/5): Bohemian district x - It was perfect for our week in Catania, not so close to the centre to be intrusive but not too far away to be a problem. Our host Gianmarco was a fantastic asset, he even took us back to the airport for our flight home. The apartment had everything we needed although we didn't cook anything 😀 but also found the best Trattoria to eat at just metres away. The only down side was the work going on around the property, the workmen turned up just before 7.00 every morning and banged a hammer on something for half an hour then stopped, it was like a wake up call and then they stopped, but I suppose in a city you need to be up early to do everything 😂😂

Umiejscowienie domu pośród innych budynków daje wyjątkowa ciszę jak na Sycylię :) Brak uciążliwych sąsiadów także na duży plus. Czysta, wyposażona łazienka, kuchnia z lodówką, szybkim czajnikiem i kuchnią gazową a łóżko to już rewelacja. Sprawna i cicha klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

• Pieter (8/5): Mooi appartement, smaakvol ingericht, wat spartaans in voorzieningen, prijs/kwal. verh. goed - Mooie maar wat luidruchtige lokatie midden in de stad in een soort van alternatieve week (maar er werden ook woningen afgebroken in de buurt dus daardoor was het extra lawaaiering, normaal gesproken is het er neem ik aan een stuk stiller) Het keukengerei was minimaal en ook van al het andere was er slechts een minimale hoeveelheid aanwezig (servetten, WC papier, etc), maar wel voldoende althans voor het tijd van ons verblijf.

The square in front of the building was like an art gallery- we loved being in the San Berillo district. The apartment was cozy and the balcony was lovely to have. There was some construction next door but that could not be avoided and it was only for a short time during the day.

Gianmarco is a very helpful, welcoming thoughtful host who makes you feel at home as soon as you meet him. The front courtyard is colourful and quirky, the walls adorned with different murals. There’s water, beer and snacks provided …so thoughtful! Easy walk into the main centre and other sites of beautiful Catania. There are a couple of really great restaurants literally just down a few metres from the accommodation so you don’t have to venture far if you didn’t want to! Gianmarco even drove us to the bus terminal to help us out. Thank you!

Gospodarz na miejscu w sąsiednim budynku pomocny na telefon od zaraz. Jest bezpiecznie mimo pierwszego wrażenia jeśli ktoś nie doczyta jaka to dzielnica - trashdekoracje i inne Atrakcje dzielnicy - warto poczytać. Polecamy i wrócimy Prawdziwe Stare Miasto Katanii. Gianmarco jest perfekcyjnym gospodarzem. Dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania. Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony i komfortowy. W łazience dostępne są kosmetyki, w lodówce napoje oraz małe przekąski. Klimatyzacja działa dobrze w chłodne oraz cieplejsze dni. Z przyjemnością wrócimy do Casa Ninni jeśli znów będziemy w Katani.
• Patricia (10/5): Super netter Gastgeber, schöne sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gutes WLAN - Wir sind von Gianmarco sehr herzlich begrüsst und in alles eingeführt worden. die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sie hat ein schönes Badezimmer mit allem was man braucht - Duschgel, Shampoo, sogar Sonnencreme und Apres-Soleil. Auch die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, um sich etwas zu kochen. Der Balkon auf die Gasse ist das Highlight - wir haben es sehr genossen am Abend da zu sitzen. Das Wifi hat auch super funktioniert - musste eine Teams-Besprechung machen was ohne Probleme klappte. nichts

Gianmarco, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e disponibile: ci ha accolti con simpatia e ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo, succhi di frutta, oltre che cialde di caffè e merendine per la colazione. Ci ha anche dato tanti preziosi consigli. La posizione è in pieno centro e ci si può muovere a piedi, inoltre la stazione dei treni e degli autobus è vicina e raggiungibile sia a piedi che con autobus e metro la cui fermata è a pochi minuti.

• robert (10/5): Great place! - Gianmarco and Jessica are very nice. The extra of having water, juice, beer, and snacks already in the apartment is a great touch that many places do not provide and makes this place and host exceptional. The price for what you received is great. The apartment is in a very unique area. Next to al fresco restaurants with a cool vibe. Central to all the plazas. AC was perfect. Large bathroom! Keep in mind there are some stairs to the apartment. But not a problem.

• I.n.r.i.666 (10/5): Absolutely exceptional apartment and location. The host is very helpful and willing person. - The accommodation was fantastic!!! As for the location, it's a short walk to everything...Piazza del Duomo, the Fish market, the Big Market - Piazza Carlo Alberto di Savoia. There are nice restaurants nearby (First and Il Cortile delle Belle Ristorante right around the corners) and Lidl and Eurospin around the corners. And the ever-present views of Etna. The apartment is beautiful!!! nicely equipped, there were several drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) waiting for us in the fridge. The kitchenette was also well equipped - it was no problem to cook something. It is air-conditioned (but we didn't need that at the time of our visit). We had the usual amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, towels). Wi-fi is available and good. A coffee maker was also available. But what I have to highlight is T H E_D O U B L E_B E D!!!!! We have never slept as luxuriously as here for a looooooong time!!!!!! We used the terrace every moment!!! It has a beautiful view of the picturesque little square, which is quiet, even paradoxically, despite the fact that it is almost in the center!!! The host is helpful and very willing...he showed us what to sight and what to visit, where to eat, where to shop, etc. Communication with him is exemplary. If we ever visit Sicily, we would definitely come here again. I definitely recommend this accommodation because the price-performance ratio is maximum!!! Everything was perfect!!!

Jeanmarco collected us from the airport taking all the stress out of finding the apartment and left us back, even driving ys straight to the car hire at the airport which we would have struggled to find. • Teresa (9/5): Unique place to stay in Catania - Casa Ninni is unique! It is very central to everything in Catania and has a great location in a courtyard covered in murals and plants. Gianmarco is the perfect host: helpful, friendly but not overbearing. He always greets you with a big smile and a handshake. Inside, the apartment is very comfortable and clean. Just a lovely place to spend a few days! Absolutely nothing.

All amenities: AC, toiletries, etc. Very nice restaurants nearby which are not touristy. The host was very welcoming - a couple of beers and waters in the fridge plus some advice on how to get around were highly appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Everything was great.

He is fantastic and we are very grateful to him - The place had an amazing vibe, lots of street art and local eateries near by Because the location is is off the main road and only consists of a few houses it is a little difficult to find, however Gianmarco came out onto the main street to meet us, helped us organise parking and escorted us to the accommodation.

The location was excellent, in an artistic area with murals painted on the walls and lots of plants. The room was comfortable, comfortable mattress. Slept well with blackout shutters. Quiet area with little traffic. There was a restaurant 20 meters away. Great food at reasonable prices. Also recommended additional restaurants. He picked us up at the airport for a small fee, and also dropped us off at the train station. Highly recommend Casa Ninni. Everything was great!
• Sean (10/5): Great stay - It was close to the city and places you would want to explore. Just next to it were two lovely places to eat and drink. Gianmarco made the area comfortable and he was super accommodating, answering any questions and offering lots of information upon arrival about the location. A little bit of noise at night but nothing to be put off by.

Apart from the fact that the apartement looks good and is clean, Gianmarco takes care of the neighbourhood cleaning it, decorating it with plants and contracted street artworks. • Ionuț (10/5): It was not just a stay, it was a great experience in the heart of Catania. - I liked everything. Gianmarco is the best host ever - picking me up with the scooter from the bus station, giving me a tour of the vicinity, telling me about the past of the location, taking me to the beach and providing pretty much everything I needed. Very quick to answer to any questions about places around. The location is amazing! The view from the balcony is definitely unique and it's also quiet during the night so I could sleep like a baby. I was also in walking distance from the Teatro and the main points of attraction. Everything in the apartment was placed with so much care, I loved the Afro aesthetic. I had everything I needed. Snacks, water, beer, AC which was very much appreciated on the hot summer nights. I highly recommend this place.
