• Mohomad jifri Naleem (10/5): very clean, beautiful comfortable apartment in Seville and very close to all the attraction - beautiful very clean apartment closer to sevilla center. you can easily visit all the attractions and center by foot. it will take 15, 20 minute walk. host always fast response and willing to help. we had grate stay and highly recommend to anyone. host provide the parking garage for extra pay, which is very helpful in sevilla and this is the cheapest parking that you can find in sevilla, so if you have a car, highly recommend to reserve the parking. parking garage is in the end of the street, i recommend not to drive the garage by taking the road in front of the apartment, which is very narrow Steet, you can access the garage by come around the apartment from other side of the road, which much easy to access the garage nothing
• Delphine (8/5): Fabuleux nid douillet - La disponibilité et la rapidité de notre hôte pour la moindre question ou problème via booking. Bel appartement confortable et fonctionnel. J'ai adoré avoir a disposition pour 2 jours les produits de nécessité ( produit vaisselle, lavage machine, toilette...) encore merci pour ça !!! L emplacement de l'appartement devant une rue très étroite difficile d accès pour se garer, un parking est à disposition pour 10euros par jour. Pas le choix.
• Maria Jose (9/5): Localización perfecta!! - La limpieza fue lo mejor, tenias todo lo que puedes necesitar en una casa, pero necesita revisión de algunos de los mismos... la ubicación fue super buena, parada de bus cerca para desplazarse por Sevilla, porque en coche es horrible, sobretodo para aparcar. Tienes cafetera de capsulas, que ofrecen durante la estancia, así como azúcar, croissant, super buen punto. La cercanía del parking, fue lo mejor. En la calle con suerte se puede aparcar, pero la calle es super estrecha. Tienes supermercados, bares, cafeterías, muy cerca. En general todo bien. Lo que eché en falta son unas cortinas para más intimidad porque como abras del todo las puertas del balcón, los vecinos te ven perfectamente. La plancha tenia mucha cal por debajo de perder agua. Eché en falta un producto para limpiar un poco el suelo por si hiciera falta. El baño la puerta no se podía cerrar del todo, por lo tanto te toca tenerla un poco abierta. El baño es pequeño pero sin problema. La conexión Wifi está en otro lugar del bloque, la señal que llegaba era media-baja, así que echamos mano de datos, que la conexión era mas rápida, igualmente lo usamos poco.

• Dario Mogni (10/5): - Appartamento perfetto e dotato di tutti i confort. Il gestore ci ha assicurato un parcheggio estremamente comodo alla struttura. Zona con negozi e supermercati molto vicini anche a piedi. La posizione dista mezz'ora dal centro città, a piedi. Per maggio va ancora bene, in estate con il caldo di Siviglia potrebbe essere pesante.
• Peteris (5/5): It was an ok stay, definitely not fabulous - The location is probably the best thing about this apartment. All in all it was a passable experience, nothing horrible. Sadly nothing was fabulous about this apartment. Our main issue was that most of the things were just slightly damaged and malfunctioning (Window hangs crooked on tilt when opened, towel hanger loose, shower doors don't close all the way, bathroom door finicky and jamming, wardrobe sliding doors crooked, jamming, the sofa bed in the living room is probably the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I ever sat on. The general lack of attention to detail is not nice. The bed was short so that with my regular height of 183cm my feet were hanging. In general, the apartment is definitely too small for more than 2 People.

• Victor (10/5): We had a great stay and appreciated everything the apartment had to offer. - It felt safe, the kitchen was convenient and we liked that the owners left us coffee and treats. The parking was excellent. We enjoyed it.

Stay close to the city center and leave your car in a safe garage. - Good location, quiet, city center within walking distance Clean apartment Parking in a nearby garage can be arranged (and is a must for anyone with own/rented car) Communication and easy self-check-in The street is very narrow and turning your car into it (not to mention leaving it there) is an experience of its own - luckily, you can leave your car in garage for a fee Small for a family of 4, but manageable for shorter stay (it should be very OK for 2 people)
