• Turkiz (10/5): Cudowy pobyt w NSH w Neapolu - Apartament zlokalizowany jest w odległości ok 10 min od Piazza Garibaldi w kamienicy na parterze. Spełnił on wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z bardzo miłym i pomocnym właścicielem (6 gwiazdek!). W apartamencie zapewnione było wyposażenie kuchni, kawa, herbata, rogaliki, ciastka, woda butelkowana (co było bardzo miłe przy przylocie w nocy). W łazience były ręczniki, szampon, mydło. Łóżka całkiem wygodne, można spokojnie spędzić kilka dni. Cicho w nocy (jedyne okno jest od podwórka). W TV dostępne różne programy. Jest klimatyzacja. Obok mały sklepik i pyszna lokalna Pizzeria Nana (polecam!). Niedaleko również 2 supermarkety w tym Coop otwarty do późna. Chętnie tu wrócimy, do Neapolu jak i do Naples Station House. Dzìękujemy za pobyt i obsługę! Wysoki podatek turystyczny, ale to nie wina właścicieli.
• Sinanaj (1/5): - In the reservation it said the whole apartment but in fact it is just a room divided in the middle and made up as if it were worse. We were four adults but there were only two beds in the room, one double bed and the other was not even a double but the lady told us that it was a French bed in size, while she knew very well that I would be staying with my husband and my two children (one 18 years old and the other 14 years old) who in those conditions had nowhere to sleep. The bathroom had no extractor fan or window, it was a real disaster. During the shower the water came either cold or very hot, it was not fixed at a fixed temperature.There was no normal signal or internet, this can also be proven by the fact that the landlady communicated via email when we were at home because the cell phone stopped working. The sleeping pillows were too high. I complained to the owner and she said she couldn't replace them. In these conditions, the four of us slept without pillows because otherwise we would seriously damage our necks.The landlady informed us the next day of our stay that if we wanted clean towels or sheets, we would have to pay extra. So we were forced to sleep and bathe with the same sheets and towels. Any kind of noise that was made outside in the neighborhood or in the building space, was all heard inside as if it was happening right there in the middle of the room. To summarize, this room that is sold as an entire apartment is a total scam, in everything that is inside, a scam in price, a scam in terms of conditions, a scam in terms of how you sleep, how you shower, an absolute scam.

• Magdalena (10/5): - Appartment is equipped with all necessary utensils, clean, close to Piazza Garibaldi and excellent restaurants. Hosts are kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend.
• Dagmara (9/5): Exceptional hosts and a clean, well-equipped appartment! - The hosts of this place are exceptional! Annalisa got in touch with us before we arrived, explained everything about the check in process, shared great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. She also contacted us during the stay to make sure everythig was going great and check if we needed anything. The place itself is surprisingly spacious, it is equipped with everything you might need, it is clean. Would definitely recommned!
• Arthur (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well situated near the rail station, that's very convenient as most of transport utilities from and to the airport are located there. Thanks to the host Annalisa for her assistance during our stay :)
• Natallia (8/5): Great place to start your Napoli journey! - The apartment is fresh and well maintained. It’s located on the ground floor facing the inner yard. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen appliances, and other necessities. The location is close to the station, just a short walk. Nearby you can find shops, cafes and a popular pizzeria! The hosts are friendly, check-in was easy and the communication was excellent and prompt. The air could be stuffed and too humid because the apartment is on the ground floor (also it’s Naples where it’s quite common in general), and it lacked fresh air because it faces the inner yard (however it’s definitely more quiet than facing a busy street!). You could also hear the front door to the building opening quite loudly during the night and it could be disturbing if you have difficulties with sleeping.

Nice host that is willing to help with recommendations. - They had basic condiments like spices to cook with, and the owner of the place is very friendly and helpful for recommendations. It’s would have been nice to have grab bars in the bathroom. I suggested that they should get some and they said that they would. It would help for anyone that is handicapped or elderly.
• Sung (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in Naples - The apartment was so nicely laid out and in a great location from the train station. Our host left us some waters and breakfast items, as well as gave us wonderful instructions on how to get the key and enter the building. The apartment was close to wonderful restaurants, grocery store, and even a local laundromat when we needed to do a big load of laundry. The was a washing machine there but we needed something bigger and a dryer so we didn't have to wait for several loads. There were five of us in our family on our Italian vacation and the Naples Station House was perfect for us. Nothing. It was perfect!

Very nice communication with our host, he vas very helpful and friendly. Flat was great, enough space and usefull equipment, so we had everything we needed and our stay was very pleasant. • Martin (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable with good space. lot of nice details. There was breakfast (cereals, salty and sweet bread) which was lovely. Rafaell and Annalisa were very caring with swift replies. All was great!

• Oleksandrina (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Annalisa, are extremely charitable and welcoming and made sure that our stay was comfortable. She was always ready to answer all of our questions and allowed us to check-in earlier. I highly recommend this apartment for staying in Naples.
