The staff were exceptionally friendly, - Breakfast was a classic continental one, but everything was very nicely prepared, fresh, and tasty. • milica (7/5): Totally fine place to stay for a weekend when you're in town, it's price isn't justified but overall i enjoy - Staff politeness, cleanliness, windows that let it a lot of light in both room, lobby and restaurant area. My room has a very nice view and a balcony full of sunlight i dont think the price is justified, the rooms are tiny, the breakfast was just okay - not too many healthy options, sugary options mostly. Amenities in my room (like tea and water) weren't restocked overnight, just the towels. The elevator was a little broken upon my arrival so I carried my luggage 2 stories upstairs (to be fair, the very kind receptionist offered to help but she was way younger and smaller than me so It didnt feel right).

• Ossama (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel Boutique Anoma. L’établissement est tout simplement impeccable : flambant neuf, très propre et parfaitement entretenu, ce qui le rend vraiment agréable et digne d’un très bon standing. Les équipements sont modernes et en excellent état, notamment la salle de bain qui est très contemporaine et bien pensée. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai point fort, avec un large choix varié qui permet de satisfaire tous les goûts. Je tiens à adresser un remerciement tout particulier à la dame de la réception, et plus spécialement à Mlle Nadja, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse très souriante et toujours très serviable. Le personnel dans son ensemble est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné, ce qui fait toute la différence. L’emplacement est également idéal, très bien situé avec plusieurs restaurants à proximité pour se restaurer facilement. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Resepsiyondaki nazik hanımefendi odayı upgrade ettiğini ve bize müsait olduğu için aile suiti verdiğini söyledi. Her sey mükemmeldi. Gene Bosna'ya gelirsem kesinlikle nezaketlerini ve güler yüzlerini görmek için aynı oteli tercih ederim.

• Furkan (10/5): Şehirin gürültüsünden uzak - Otel şehir merkezine biraz uzak. Biz araba kiraladığımız için önemli olan arabamızı kolayca park edebilmekti. Park yeri için ücret talep etmiyorlar. Her oda için yeteri kadar otopark mevcut. Otelin balkonlu odalarında muazzam bir Orman manzarasi var. Calışanlar cok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü.Balkanlar seyahatimizin son gününde tekrar aynı otele geldik. Bu sefer odamızı superior oda ile upgrade ettiler. Herşey muazzamdı. Eğer bir gün gene Bosna'ya gelirsem kesinlikle burada kalacağım.

• Maciej (10/5): best hotel in Sarajevo - probably the best hotel in Sarajevo - it is new, modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Girls at the reception are smiling all the time and are very helpful. They upgraded our twin bed room to 2 bedroom apartment without asking for upcharge. Just because they wanted us to have more comfortable stay. They prepared for us hot breakfast at 4 am in the morning, because we had a morning flight back home. It has never happened to me before that we got hot breakfast at 4 am, although I travel a lot. We will stay at this hotel every time we are in Sarajevo.

• Hakan (9/5): Tertemiz, harika! - Öncelikle personel çok sıcak kanlı, yardım sever, iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü. Odalar, banyolar, yatak, çarşaf, nevresim vs hepsi tertemiz ve genel olarak herşey yeni. Odalar çok ferah rahat. En ufak bir talebiniz veya sıkıntınız olursa, çalışanlar sizinle çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgileniyor ve yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltı beklentimizin çok üzerinde hijyen ve çeşide sahipti. Çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı sonrası ikramları çok nazikti. Genel olarak her hususta son derece memnun şekilde ayrıldık. Kendimizi ev gibi güvende ve dostlar içinde hissettik. Özellikle Nada Hanım'a tüm yardımlarından, güler yüzlü ve samimi iletişiminden dolayı minnettarız. Konumu kendilerine uyacak tüm misafirlere tereddütsüz tavsiye ederiz. Hoşumuza gitmeyen veya memnuniyetsiz ayrıldığımız tek bir husus bile olmadı. Harika konaklama.

• Ana (10/5): - Vrlo ugodan mali hotel s vlastitim parkingom. Novo, čisto uredno, a osoblje vrlo susretljivo i ljubazno. Ugodno mjesto za doručak, lijepo uređeno. Sobe mirne, krevet je bio udoban. Odlična vrijednost za novac. Ime ulice se mijenjalo, ako nemate ažuriranu navigaciju možda ćete imati problem naći lokaciju ali osoblje će vam pomoći.
• Tad (9/5): Excellent service at a clean friendly business hotel - We arrived very late, having come from Zagreb by bus, and we were immediately made welcome and the receptionist got us some milk for tea. Throughout our short stay the staff were very friendly and sociable. They took the time to discuss the area, restaurants and best modes of transport to get into the city. The hotel is very close to the museum of the tunnel that was dug under the airport runway during the war and is well worth a visit. The breakfast was fine and in a nice café area. There is an excellent inexpensive tram service into the city centre about 1.5km away. The only problem was that the hotel is quite a distance from the city centre, but the price reflected its location.
