• Holly (10/5): - I’ve stayed here a few times now, and it’s always been exceptional. The location is perfect, close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful. The rooms are consistently very clean, and one of the things I appreciate most is how quiet it is, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
• Elīna (8/5): Ļoti laba vieta, lai uzturētos pāris dienas - Dzīvoklis atradās ēkas 2.stāvā. Plašs, ar divām guļamistabām, lielu virtuves daļu un ēdamistabas daļu. Braucām ar nomas mašīnu, to varējām atstāt turpat uz ielas, blakus vārtiem. Iekšpagalmā notika būvdarbi. Blakus mazie veikaliņi un ēstuves. Pludmale pastaigas attālumā Virtuvē prasītos pēc trauku revīzijas, jo ir tikai lielie šķīvji, daudz dakšu un zupas karotes, bet tikai viena tējkarote. Nav virtuves dvieļa.

• Brittany (6/5): Not the best - The view, the bed was comfortable. Construction and pollution made it impossible to enjoy the balcony and it’s not sealed so it didn’t block the pollution. I politely asked for the room to be cleaned and waited outside in the construction and 160 AQI polluted air so the room could be cleaned thoroughly as it was not cleaned well when I arrived. The whole room smelled like sewage from the drain and got worse by the second day. There’s not much floor space so I could only sit on the bed while inside and try to block the air from the window from seeping in. Flies kept getting in so I was killing multiple and there are children and farm animals outside making noise. Overall it was not comfortable. I tried to get a refund immediately before checking in when I saw all these uncomfortable issues and the owner kept claiming he wasn’t receiving the email asking to cancel so I got stuck. Definitely avoid during pollution season and book a room which is sealed or choose a different time of year. The surroundings are not good but you can walk to the beach easily and the restaurant is really good which is close by.
• Duncan (9/5): - Stayed in a room with Balcony, modern, clean and comfortable, staff speak English, i had the use of a washing machine, communal kitchen area very good but in my opioion could be improved if a kettle is provided rather than boiling water in a pan. Manager helped arrange private taxi to visit St Catherines Monesrtary during the day. Plenty of hot water but was light brown in colour which i think is a general issue in the area

Ruhig, zentral mitten in Assalah (wo es viel entspannter ist als in den Touri-Gegenden), gute Ausstattung und die Hosts machen alles möglich. Die kommunale Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber das hängt auch von den Mitgästen ab.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. A special thanks to Ahmed and Omar, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. • Ugo (10/5): I am planning to come soon! - Our room (n.3) was perfect. Large rooms, living room, bathroom. The flat was new. Nice furniture. Big gas kitchen with 5 fires and oven, complete with all kitchen accessories mostly new. We found the flat very clean and everything was working well. Sometimes the connection was slow and the technician fixed everything. The TV was a 55" including and there was a set up box working with satellite and iptv with remote. The air conditioning was in every room and working well. The staff was extremely gentle and available to find solutions. The market was just 30 steps from the flat and full of any food, egyptian and european. The beach is free and long and just at a 4 minutes walk. There are palms for the shadow.

• Nelly (9/5): Easy , comfortable and feels like ur little home - How Omar made sure to contact us before our arrival to have everything in order, how the housekeeping made sure that that our room was clean and ready although we arrived a bit earlier than their regular check in hours. The location is great and the view from the room was the palm trees , small houses and you can still see the sea and the mountain. Easy place that made us feel comfortable only a suggestion to add Tupperware with the rooms number that can be used in the fridge to keep things organized and keep the shared fridge clean.

My daughter had a birthday during our stay at Beit Tolba and to our big surprise, the host brought two huge cakes to celebrate my daughter. It was absolutely great. We'll definitely come back to this place at our next visit to Dahab. The rooftop space and the sea view from there is also really cool.

• Anna (10/5): Good price for a chill and relaxing atmosphere, not in the noisy city center. - The place is in a good location. It's 10-15 min walk the lighthouse. The sea like 3 minutes or less. The owner and the guys there looked after us and every time when we needed something they helped. The people there was really friendly and good in hospitality. The bed is large enough with a lot of pillow it was comfortable. Room and a bath was clean. Of course don't forget you are in Dahab there were some goats and roosters on the street but is not bothering at all. Kitchen was really equipped, so if you want to cook something for yourself you can do it for sure. Nothing

• Fernanda (9/5): Nice & Relaxing stay - The place is nice and as in the picture. The bed was comfortable and the balcony made the whole difference. The staff was responsive and kind. I unfortunately fell ill at the end of my stay and they were helpful and even cooked me a meal, which they did not have to, but I appreciated the gesture and care. The place is also close to the beach, restaurants and good if you are searching for something calmer. When I arrived there was some issues with electricity and water. I understand that sometimes it is an overall issue and there is not a lot to do. Same about Internet, but I know that in Dahab it is not great overall, and was expecting that. The bathroom has no separation between shower and the rest, which means you have to remove the water from the floor every time after showering, and it is never fully dry. I stayed for 2 weeks, and in no moment anyone came to change garbage, clean the balcony's floor, or change towels (I asked for new ones and they were prompt). I believe that if informed, they would do it, but I believe that it should be common sense.

• Cesare (10/5): An oasis of peace just 15 minutes walking from Dahab center - Dahab may feel caothic and filthy at times, but after a couple of nights at this place, when you open the gate and head to your room you will feel like entering an oasis. Quiet, very clean, really well equipped with strong wifi signal everywhere, a fully functional communal kitchen, a nice balcony facing the sea and perfectly working AC. But the biggest plus is the owner. You can contact him anytime via whatsApp and he will help you. You feel safe and well taken care of here. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but extended 3 more even though it was a bit far from the places I needed to go every day just because I felt at home and I doubted I would have found better hospitality. On booking it says it's got seaview, which is true, but from afar. You have to walk 5 minutes to get to the beach and it's not really a dreamy one being a bit short and rocky (like most in Dahab btw). But this is not really an issue of the accomodation ! Just saying for those who want to spend all day at the beach ;)

I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to explore Dahab and the surrounding areas. Mahmoud's exceptional service and the flat's great location make it a top choice. Mahmoud, the property manager, made my stay absolutely magnificent. From the moment I arrived, he took care of everything, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. He was always available to help with transportation and provided invaluable advice about accommodation and activities in the area.
• Tianfu (10/5): Excellent - Spacious room with a living room and a bedroom, quite location, not at the tourist center, but is surrounded by shops, nice restaurants, coffees, bakeries that are for the local people, therefore, really good bargains! All you need to do is to spend some time finding out the hidden treasure! That’s really something I enjoy a lot. Not like the rest of those tourist gathering around the central street, instead, living in a local area makes the trip more interesting and enjoyable than ever. I have to share the entrance with the manager, personally, an independent entrance would be great.

• Patrick (10/5): A lovely private stay, away from busier areas whilst still plenty close enough to the beach, etc. - The room is right on the top of the building (third floor), and has a very lovely view over the palm trees and out to the see and the Saudi mountains beyond. The AC worked a dream, and the finish of everything at Beit Tolba is outstanding - all so clean, tidy, and well done.

Lots of warmth of welcome from the owner and his family. Very clean, freshly decorated, very comfortable and quiet, great location close to all local amenities, not far from sea 🌊. I would highly recommend to stay at this place as it’s a good value for money also None
