• Damien (1/5): Ne choisissez surtout cette établissement - Rien La propreté l odeur d humidité dans l appartement et dans la literie pas de fenêtre les photos qui correspondent pas avec ce qui étaient prévu et personne pour vous répondre obligé de quitter l établissement pour notre santé
• Rachel (8/5): Over all, good value. - Stuff was helpful and communicated well. We arrived and entered the apartments with no issues. There's a big supermarket a minute walk and the neighbourhood felt safe. Issue with water pressure. Not enough toilet paper. In one of the apartments, mattress needs to be changed ASAP.
• Fabien (5/5): - L'exterieur sympa avec la piscine. Le logement était humide, la douche n’avait aucun débit, le lit n’était pas très propre et très peu confortable. Les équipements sont à revoir… Je ne recommande pas ce logement en l’état, même si le prix n’est pas élevé.
• G Money (7/5): large, clean apartment with limited hot water a long walk from centre - -Large apartment, plenty of space -well equipped kitchen, -large backyard/common area, -brand new supermarket opened across the street -local restaurants easily walkable -TV worked well -strong and quiet AC -solar hot water means no hot water unless it's sunny, the day before was overcast and no hot water in the morning. this was only with 2 of the 3 units occupied. i had no hot water in the morning before checking out in December. this really takes away from the apartment for me. -water pressure very low in shower -pool doesn't appear to have a filter or a pump, manually skimmed. it's a big bathtub rather than pool. -no pool lounge chairs or comfortable outdoor seating -my apartment was changed due to low shower pressure, from katun (on the right) to the batab (in the middle). the right apartment had a lot less furniture (no couches as shown in pictures) -Wifi didn't wprk on my phones, was faster using cell data -it's a long walk to the centre. the sidewalk varies in quality along the way (generally gets worse further away from center). generally i preferred to walk C41 at night (better lighting, more shops)

• Lungu (10/5): - Very nice property . A lovely place where you can relax and enjoy your vacation .all the neccesary items you need for living and a very kind host .

• Susanne (7/5): Good value for money in safe location - - Good location close to lots of street food, restaurants, fruit shop and grocery store, and it was super easy to hail a cab from the street corner 50m from the front door. - Very good information from the owner, and we had very good communications with him during our stay. - It was very easy to find street parking and we often parked in front of our own door. - The neighborhood was very safe and I could easily walk outside, alone in the streets at night. - When we arrived, the place smelled of mold and was very hot. Nobody had turned on the aircon or even opened a window in a while and it took all day to air out the worst of the smell. - Some days, the internet was very slow, and sometimes would cut out altogether. However, this is probably nothing the owner can do anything about, as internet speed and reliability is often depending on local physical infrastructure and would be the same for the entire area. - While we were there, a couple from Mexico City showed up on their honeymoon and advised they had booked the same place, but on a different website! They were very surprised to see us and a bit upset. After a little while we managed to get hold of the owner on Whats-app and he spoke to them and after a while they rove off and did not return. It all felt very strange. What if we had been the ones showing up as number two?! Then we would have been the once who would have needed to find other accommodation last minute, which can be expensive. We felt really sorry for them, especially since it was their honeymoon!
• Susanne (6/5): - - Lovely location with lots of lunch and dinner options near by, with a mix of street food and established restaurants, and the prices were a lot lower than the restaurants closer to town. We especially liked the pizza place two doors down! Very convenient and delicious. - Very easy to catch a taxi into town along Calle 39. A single trip cost 50mxn and we never waited more than 5 min before an available taxi drove by. - Close to a supermarket that had everything! - The kitchen was great with all the basic necessities and it was easy to cook. - Comfortable sofas, swimming pool and outdoor seating with lots of birds and geckos enjoying the back yard as much as we did. - The area is very safe. I walked around alone several times after the sun had gone down and never felt unsafe or worried. - Always easy to find street parking in front of the front door. - Mosquito nets in all windows, and all windows could open to let in fresh air. - The owner sent a very informative information pack via whatsapp before we arrived and it was always very easy to communicate with him (in Spanish). - - The place smelled like mould, and when we arrived nobody had turned on the aircon so the entire place was very hot and very humid. The owner could have sent someone to air it out and turn the aircon on before we arrived. - The internet was very slow and kept cutting out. It was often not good enough for video meetings and one day it was almost unusable for the entire day. However, we are not sure if this is something the owner has any control over as internet speed can often depend on external factors. - The bed was small and very soft. However, people smaller than us may love it! - One day, a couple turned up as they had booked the same place for their honeymoon. They had made their booking on a different booking site and it all felt very strange. The owner picked up his phone and helped them out but it felt very strange. - The shower did not have hot water but the water in the kitchen tap was always scolding hot.

• Reg (7/5): Good - The appartement is big and it has a kitchen. Is een self check in, was good organized via whatsapp. We had a realy bad first night because the bed creaks a lot. We put the mattrass on the floor for our second night.
