• Sir (10/5): A 2 passi dal centro - Appartamento a 2 passi dal centro! Ordinato e pulito! ascensore fino al piano! Host disponibile e simpatica!
• Sebastiano (1/5): - Mary è stata gentile e disponibile Appartamento datato e poco curato, letto scomodo (nel letto matrimoniale ci sono due materassi diversi, uno molto morbido e uno duro e più alto di diversi centimetri rispetto all’altro). La pulizia lascia a desiderare, le federe del cuscino erano macchiate e abbiamo trovato polvere ovunque (fortemente sconsigliato per chi offre di allergia). L'appartamento è molto rumoroso, nonostante si trovi al terzo piano, sembra di stare direttamente in strada. Non vale neanche la metà del prezzo pagato

• Sônia Maria Machado de Souza (9/5): Perto de Tirano/Chegada do Trem Bernina - Resposta rápida às mensagens, gentileza da anfitriã, que estendeu o check-out. O congelador estava com água e um pouco sujo. A cozinha poderia conter coisas mínimas como sal e temperos.

• Ilaria (10/5): - Appartamento molto bello e di grande dimensione, posizione ottima, balcone e vista stupenda. Le camere che abbiamo avuto in dotazione erano perfettamente pulite e spaziose. I locali caldi. Non c'è stato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto.
• A.U. (6/5): - Perfekte Lage für die Stadt Zuerst ging das Warmwasser nicht, jedoch hat sich die Inhaberin sofort gekümmert, deshalb auch Service super. Für uns war es nicht sauber. Spiegel in Bad dreckig, Geschirr war nicht sauber, die Pfannen waren in einem nicht so guten Zustand, im Allgemeinen ist der Zustand der Whg renovationsbedürftig und grundreinigung. Die Schlafzimmer waren gross, aber es gibt keine Raum in dem man sich gemütlich setzen kann. Entweder Küche oder Bett.
• Maurizio (10/5): - Appartamento molto grande in pieno centro vicinissimo a tutti i servizi anche senza necessità di auto. Host disponibilissima e preparata. Letti sono comodi e le camere spaziose, bagno pulitissimo e la proprietaria ci ha lasciato disinfettante supplementare in caso di necessità. La wify super veloce e illimitata è completamente gratuita. La signora si è prestata anche per trovarci un parcheggio privato comodissimo.
• Artu (10/5): - Appartamento pulito e grande, tutto rifornito nei minimi dettagli. I servizi sono adiacenti, c e un supermercato, negozi di ogni genere, pasticcerie, ristoranti e bar. Noi abbiamo chiesto anche un box privato proprio dentro la struttura, comodissimo.

• Monica (7/5): - Casa spaziosa, letti confortevoli e la signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile Pulizia generale dell'appartamento, in cucina mancava un tavolo grande per ospitare il nostro gruppo ci siamo cmq adattati unendo i tavolini piccoli. Mancavano alcuni utensili tipo due forchette e lo scola pasta. Tovaglie date in dotazione rotte e manca un televisore.

Pizzeria sotto casa, c'è anche la possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio prima dell'arrivo, privato interno chiuso. Ci è piaciuto molto sia l'appartamento che la zona attorno.

Infissi e tapparelle vecchi e difficili da aprire e chiudere, compreso il portone di accesso al palazzo e la porta. Materasso del letto a castello sformato. Livello di pulizia approssimativo. D’estate molto caldo anche con le finestre aperte e la strada è rumorosa di notte.

She is always just a phone call away She really made us feel very welcome and advised us on the local area. This is an amazing place to stay right in the midst of the city and only a few minutes walk from both the bus and train stations It is lovely and spacious Has a fabulous outside terrace for sun bathing and dining There was nothing not to like

Plenty of space, clean and neat, everything worked in the apartment and the Host was an absolute star - she came out to meet me late in the night past their check in time. I’m so grateful. Wifi password on the little dongle needs to be written clearer, I couldn’t make out the code - hey, but I survived without internet for one night 😉 … one more thing … please keep some coffee for the next guest, it makes all the difference in the morning … 😊

• Adi (7/5): Nice place, not too fancy, host is amazing, price was too high. - Very generous and nice host, catered to our every need. The breakfast was really good too. We celebrated a happy occasion and she provided with extra stuff like champagne and homemade sweets, which were amazing. She also provided with great recommendations on the surroundings and things to do. We added two more guests to an existing 5 person appartement booking (same room and bed capacity) and were charged a rediculous amount for that, ending up paying more than double the original price, making the whole rental extremely expensive. Not the host fault (she was guided by booking.com), but we think it was an unfair price.
• Cheryl (10/5): Great stop over on our way from Switzerland to Venice - Location very close to train station, places to eat, local township, on Sat morning a market was set up right around corner which was fresh food and clothing and other items it was beautiful. Local food was delicious and the facilities were great, we had had the whole apartment, great kitchen facilities wish we could have stayed longer. Used the washing machine which was perfect as we were travelling for 2 weeks before we arrived. WIFI available, everything was great and ELizabetta was very helpful and friendly just perfect stay! Wish we stayed an extra night. :-)

• Cameron (5/5): Lovely caretaker, Sondrio not for me. - The caretaker was lovely, highly accommodating and despite there being no parking, afforded a parking space. The caretaker even messaged through whatsapp some localities to visit. The beds were comfortable and dwelling well presented. It is very difficult to find with Google mapping. The hustle and bustle of Sondrio made it difficult to find the hotel. Parking is non-existent. I would contact beforehand, the caretaker, and do some research. The shower does not have a door, which makes showering difficult. When it says breakfast included, it is an Italian style breakfast and not one I would usually classify as meeting criteria for "breakfast included." Sadly, I did not like the location on Sondrio and it truly let's down the apartment. I recommend bypassing and going to Como.
