The buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant with poolside tables and fountain was lovely. 2 out of the 4 pillows on my bed were disgusting. I put them over on the small settee in the room. The staff never removed them or even questioned me about them.

• H (1/5): Worst vacation stay so far - Only the biryani for dinner after requesting was fine. Walls were stained completely. A bunch of hair was found on the chair and in the bathroom, small cockroaches running around on the bed, fan automatically going on and off with loud noise and torn sheets. I was so frustrated that wanted to just check out but unfortunately had paid a big amount.

• Aparna (9/5): Great will visit again. - Breakfast was great. Food was really good and staff was amazing. The area is close to more tourist locations. Great experience. Food is expensive and towels should be changed everyday also soaps need to be provided everyday.

• Rishi (8/5): GREAT STAY... - 1. room size was great, room amenities were great 2. breakfast was great 3. gym , swimming pool was great 4. plenty of parking 1. i checked in early at 10am ( i had called in the day before also) 2. however i got a room which was probably the least preferred location (1st floor with a view of the solar panels). this surprised me as to after having checked in early, why such a low preference room was allocated. as per Google Gemini (What is confirmed is that interconnecting rooms are available and are a popular option for families or groups. Guest feedback indicates that "most rooms" on certain floors may be interconnected, but this is not an official count from the hotel.) 3. the dining room for breakfast needs to be organized for rush hour. there were no table numbers, so very cumbersome to give order at the live counters. due to rush hour the staff is stretched... you give order for live counter to one person (generally wearing a black waist coat), who then tells someone in a grey shirt. who's running around cleaning the tables, laying the cutlery, providing water, getting the orders... it was chaotic 4. the live tea counter was giving out WARM tea, on informing the person that tea is warm and not HOT.. spent 2 minutes trying to convince the person that the tea is warm (eventually got convinced when i put my finger in the tea to show him that its not hot'!!!) 5. the fans in the room need servicing, rattles at low speed Hope the above is useful

• Mark (7/5): The facilities are excellent, but the service and lack of value suggests to look elsewhere. - The breakfasts are excellent, as are the restaurant staff. The building, including the rooms are also excellent, as are the other facilities, including a swimming pool, bar, cake shop, cafe, spa and additional restaurant. But, at this over inflated price, I would expect better reception service. There is better value for your money elsewhere in Mysore. The lack of value for money.

To visit the room they asked extra money, saying some policy and all, first of all they didn’t mention, second of all if they give extra charge policy will change . What is this ridiculous..

• Cyril (9/5): It’s a great place, no doubt. Been a regular here past 10 years or more. But some things need to ch. - Location, ambience.. Too many hangers on.. two guys at the entrance, another guy who plays some inane music each time a guest arrives, 2 I’ll mannered bell boys who are not happy even with tips of₹100.00. The atmosphere is a bit suffocating. Wish the hotel would do something about this. These days, with strollers, one doesn’t really need the services of bell boys unless one has too many pieces of luggage or has some physical challenges.
