• Lawrence (10/5): I came for a religious event, and I would love to come again. - A full and varied breakfast; a beautiful and well-kept room: the green walls and ceiling moulding make it relaxing; a smooth elevator journey; super-nice, super-friendly staff who make you feel welcome; near to local transport and the main road. • Lyudmila (9/5): - Однозначно хочется положительно отметить персонал: доброжелательные, приветливые, попросила чайник в номер, предложили чашки и ложки))) В номере есть стаканы, бокалы, приветственные напитки. Интересная планировка и интерьер номера, но стены нужно освежить . К чистоте в целом нет претензий, но есть замечания, указанные ниже. Белоснежные полотенца и наличие тапочек очень приятно. Джакузи работает)) Запах! Помещение прокурено. Возможно произошла какая-то ошибка, так как при бронировании указывали в предпочтении номер для некурящих, но номер был со стойким запахом прокуренной мебели и текстиля. Было мало времени заниматься этим вопросом, хотелось отдыхать, а утром ранний рейс самолёта. Надеюсь это была ошибка. Стены комнаты надо бы освежить. Хотелось предупредить относительно транспорта. Это жесть! Если есть возможность, ходите пешком, транспорт очень переполнен.

The place was as described, the neigborhood quite safe. Our room had a small cute balcony towards Ameriki's square! Unfortunately, our room walls and doors were not soundproof. You could hear everything from the room next door or from the corridor.

• Alice (10/5): Sweet surprises beautiful decor - We celebrated our wedding night here and the hotel made it truly special! They surprised us with romantic decorations — wine, candles, and rose petals — which was such a sweet gesture and made us feel so loved. ❤️ The building itself is beautifully decorated, with paintings on the walls that add so much charm. I especially loved the ceiling painting in the bathroom — such a unique touch and something nice to admire while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Speaking of which, the jacuzzi was spacious and perfect for two. We had an amazing experience and will definitely come back again! 🌹✨ The building is old and need bit more maintenance but overall its good.

• Uche (3/5): - The neatness and location The lady at the receptionist, 16/10/25 took it out on me . It's the third time over the years with this particular lady . She down graded me and gave me one of the most uncomfortable rooms. After I complained, she took me to a worse room. Next morning I showed pictures to new person at reception. Exis is a good hotel,but maintenance and management is important. Besides that, IT'S AN AMAZING HOTEL

• Bonifazi (8/5): Excellent value and lovely staff - I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Exis in Athens. The value for money was excellent. Upon arrival, I found two bottles of water and a small bottle of wine in the room as a complimentary welcome, which was a nice touch. Although breakfast is not included, there was a menu available in the room to pre-order it for the next day, and it would be delivered directly to the room at a very affordable price. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside for me was the neighborhood, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times, especially in the evening. While I didn’t personally experience any issues, the area gave me a low sense of security.

The jacuzzi jets are not all functional, it needs repair and maintenance. When I told the stuff, they did not really care so it felt like a scam. Additionally, the neighbourhood was loud and definitely not safe.

That was the absolute BEST part. VERY accommodating and nice! Bus right in front at the main street. I was able to take the bus from the main bus hub easily. A little odd behavior at the corner, in the park, but no one approached me and in the morning a police presence.

• David (7/5): Nice hotel making the best of its location. - The distance to the central area and access to the public transport was good. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available. Plenty of good places to eat out within walking distance. I didn't get a jacuzzi as stated in the listing and the courtyard view is so small that the sound bounces around and you can hear too much of everyone, also the Aircon sounded like a generator running.

• Alex (7/5): A good place to stay - The staff was very kind and helpful. They were around 24/7 and made the stay a pleasurable experience. Fresh towels were provided every day, if requested, adding to the general great impression of comfort and good quality service. Once you get familiar with the borough around the hotel, you will find a great place for coffee, some Kebab and a bar in close proximity of the accommodation. I would recommend you to try out local foods there since the more touristic spots are rather placed nearer to the attractions, so they are quite authentic. The surroundings of the Hotel offered a great amount of shops, coffee houses and locally themed restaurants, sadly though it was also an often used place for homeless people to sleep at night adding to general slightly unsecure borough. Also it is sometimes quite hard to reach the Hotel with public transportation, even from centrally based places in Athens, but that might also have been a temporary issue of Athens public transportation unrelated to the location of the Hotel
