Lenox (1/5): Bad - Has nice lighting and is minimalistic. I put through a complain of lack of simple essentials such as toothpaste,coffee/tea sachet,sugar sachet and the management got very rude. The mattress and pillow are very uncomfortable. The shower took so long to heat up and just got a bit warm.
