• Easy-Mandy (6/5): - Das Appartment liegt im 5 Stock ohne Lift. Der Eingang ist nicht zu finden weil es im Hinterhof liegt und von Google Maps an der Vorderseite des Hauses ausgewiesen wird. Die Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft das Wass floss über die Terasse ab. Die WC Brille war nur auf einer Seite befestigt. Die Halteeung für die zweite Seite lag im WC Abfluss. Ekelig so etwas weil erst durch die Entfernung der Abfluss frei wurde für das WC zumindest.

The outdoor area was beautiful, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was kind and easy to communicate with. I have no complaints, everything was at a very high standard.

• Calita (7/5): Clean room in a good location! - It was clean and good value for money, and worked well for a short stay. The host was helpful too. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant serving traditional food and also guidance with getting a bus to Komani lake the next morning. There is a lot of stairs and no lift, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Stock trug und Infos aller Art gab Nachtschlaf ist nicht so ruhig, da der Muezzin der Moschee vor dem Fenster bei Sonnenaufgang mit Lautsprecher ruft. Die bodengleiche (Regen-)Dusche setzt leider das gesamte Bad unter Wasser, es fliesst nicht schnell genug ab. Es gibt leider keinen Duschvorhang oder -wand.

• Shilma (9/5): - The apartment was excellent—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every amenity that's needed. The location is superb for exploring, and the balcony offers a great view. A huge plus was the host; he was excellent and proactively offered to help us carry our luggage up to the room. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a large building with no lift. Walking up five floors can be quite tiring, so it’s something to be aware of if you aren't fond of stairs.

Es un sexto piso sin ascensor. 98 escalones conté. Se hace difícil subir o bajar con el equipaje o cuando estás cansado.

Öncelikle dışarıdan eski gözüken bir apartmanın 5.katında. Ama daire içi bakımlı ve yeni. 5.katta olması ve asansör olmaması yorucu günün ardından o kadar merdiveni çıkmayı sıkıcı yapabiliyor ama ben idare ettim. Yaşlı ve bebekliler için büyük sorun. Bunun dışında herşeyden çok memnun kaldım. Odalar çok temizdi, görevlide ilgiliydi. Merkezin neredeyse içinde olması güzel. Odalarda diş fırçası sabun ve şampuan var. Ortak bir mutfak var. Tost makinası, kahve makinası, mikrodalga, ocak ve bardak, tabak tencere tava da mecbut kullanım için. Hepsi tertemiz. Bu arada balkon geniş ve manzarası çok güzeldi. daha uzun kalmak isterdim. Belki başka bir sefere. Asansörsüz.

Xherald our host was so helpful going so far as to meet us and drive with us to find a spot to park close by and free! He also helped us find restaurants and a good tour to see the Shala River. Nothing, just be prepared to walk for that great view.

However, the room is not clean enough. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, and I don’t think the floor was cleaned properly. The atmosphere in the room feels quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, they only accept cash. The owner said they don’t have the possibility to accept card payments, although there was a card terminal visible in the kitchen.

• Ashleigh (10/5): Was brilliant! - Impeccable apartment right next to the old town. Street parking. We booked this one but when we arrived and met the provider, he said there was no lift and we had heavy cases so he moved us to his other building round the corner with a lift and helped us carry everything. The apartment also had a balcony and the same spec. We liked it so much we contacted him the next day when we unexpectedly needed a second night because we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else, and he sorted us out immediately. He speaks great English and is really efficient and good. Even got us a free all day parking spot, though it isn’t guaranteed if you don’t say in advance. Loved it and would utterly recommend. The price doesn’t reflect what we got for it. Would definitely stay again. It was perfect. Maybe private parking? But it wasn’t a problem anyway. He made sure of that.

Fomos praticamente expulsos do local, o check out era às 11:00 , porém uma 10:10 já estavam batendo na porta pedindo pra ir embora , uma senhora super mal educada e fumando. Após isso retornou novamente e o anfitrião mandando mensagem para nós retirar. Me senti ameaçado , Ainda mais pq estava com minha esposa. Pessoal super agressivo. Localização não é a mesma da descrição e também não tem estacionamento como se diz. A noite acabou a luz é muito barulho. Uma história de terror.

• Maria (8/5): - Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het hotel zat op een hele hoge verdieping, maar de eigenaar tilde onze koffer helemaal naar boven. De eigenaar had goede tips voor waar we konden eten! De locatie was perfect nog geen 5 min wandelen van het centrum vandaan. Kamer was erg schoon, bedden waren zeer comfortabel! Veel trappen lopen.

• SAVIO (10/5): Really worth the price. The best location! Just a few steps from all buses stop. - Perfect location! I mean, you’ve got everything beneath you! All you need to do is go down the stairs. Strong shower. Roomy. The manager is a very nice guy. Very helpful and supportive. Also, if you’re doing the Valbona-Theth trekking, you can leave your main luggage with them for a small price and carry to the walk only the necessary. No lift. It’s a 5 floors building. Which is not really a problem for hikers! :)

• Anja (9/5): Vriendelijkheid top en super ligging - Wij kwamen s avonds laat aan en hadden moeite met een parkeerplaats vinden. Na 20 minuten rondjes gereden te hebben belde we naar de accomodatie. De vriendelijke heren kwamen meteen naar beneden en stonden voor ons klaar. De ene bracht onze koffers vast naar boven en de andere bood aan (mee) te rijden voor een parkeerplaats. Hier waren we erg dankbaar voor! Daarnaast zaten we op 30 seconden lopen van het oude centrum, echt super dichtbij. Heel fijn! We hadden op voorhand gevraagd of ze ons konden helpen met het vervoer van Shkodër naar Valbone ivm de hike die we wilde maken. Dit was helemaal geregeld en we hoefde alleen 's ochtends vroeg in te stappen. Hij had de ticket al klaar bij het inchecken en we konden de betaling via de accommodatie regelen. Voor terug was het even een berichtje sturen naar hun contactpersoon, die reageerde ook snel en pikte ons netje op tijd op. Tevens ook een hele vriendelijke man waar we gezellig mee gepraat hebben op de weg terug want we waren de enige. Al met al zeer tevreden! Helaas hadden we op twee ochtenden problemen met de douche doordat er simpelweg geen water uitkwam. Dat was een beetje vervelend. We hebben dit geprobeerd te melden via een bericht, maar helaas nooit een antwoord ontvangen. Dat is dan toch een beetje jammer.

• Guest (8/5): どこに行くのも徒歩３分！ - ティラナ空港、ティラナ、コマニ湖ツアー、シャラ川ツアー、テス行きなどへの各バス停まで、アパートメントから歩いて３分程度で着くので利便性は最高です。また旧市街のメインストリートまでは３分もかかりません。 ホストの男女は感じがよく、分かりにくい入り口で迷子にならないように通りまで迎えにきてくれて、荷物を運ぶのも手伝ってくれた。ワッツアップで連絡をすると、一瞬で返答してくれるのも安心だった。 また、彼はシャラ川ツアーを参加したい日の前日21時過ぎにもかかわらず、適正価格でアレンジしてくれた。その為、素晴らしい1日を過ごすことができた。感謝しています。 7階なのは少し大変だったが、階段から見えるモスクの景観や、ベランダから見える街中の景色が素晴らしく、結果としてあまり苦にならなかった。 ３人目にシャワーを浴びたら、３分でシャワーが止まり顔しか洗えなかった。それは辛かった。 それとタオルの柔軟剤の匂いがきつすぎるので減らした方がいいと思う。 スーツケースを置く台が無いのは不便だった。

También hay una habitación común donde hay cafetera con cápsulas, microondas y hervidor eléctrico. Que la habitación estaba en una quinta planta sin ascensor. En el desagüe de la ducha encontré algunos pelos y la ducha tiene poca presión, sale el agua muy floja.

• Teddy (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et les explications fournies. Il s'agit d'une chambre individuelle confortable, avec clim, avec salle de bain privative dans un appartement pouvant accueillir d’autres voyageurs. A noter qu'il faut monter plusieurs étages à pieds pour y accéder 🙂
• Ebrahim (2/5): - السكن عبارة عن غرفة بداخله حمام ومشتركة مع عدد من الغرف في المطبخ للاسف تقع في الطابق الأخير السادس ولا يوجد مصعد تخيل انا تمشي في درج ستة طوابق في بنايه قديمه اثناء تفكيري في الذهاب الى المدينة تذكرت هم الدرج الماء ينقطع تخيل انا ويط الحمام والماء انقطع اول ماتدخل العمارة تسمع صوت مكينة الدينمو مزعج جدا وكذالك وقت النوم الشارع بجوار اذنك هذه تجربتي

• SAMIR (7/5): Voldoende - Hotel is heel goed gelegen, in het centrum en dichtbij moskee/kerk. Ideaal voor 1 nacht. Strijk benodigdheden, airco, extra handdoeken,.. alles is voorzien, alsook gratis koffie en thee. Shampoo + douchegel Je moet sportief zijn, het is gelegen op 5e verdiep met veel, veel trappen. Heel vermoeiend en je controleert 4x of je niets vergeten bent, want je wil niet terugkeren. Waterdruk is zwak, wat wel jammer is als je wil douchen.
