• Eugen (8/5): Convenabil, raport calitate-preț bun - Cameră spațioasă, decorată frumos, curată . Acces comun la un living drăguț și o bucătărie destul de mică dar bine utilată. Stații de autobuze și magazin Lidl la 2-3 minute de locație. Se găsește o grădiniță cu mobilier de grădină pentru a servi o cafea și fuma. Bucătărie pe care este spațiu comun, nu toți oaspeții care o folosesc au grijă să o lase curată. Chiuveta plină cu vase , câteodată și vase cu mâncare gătită lăsate pe blaturi. Ar fi bine, cum a mai recomandat un oaspete, să fie dimineața devreme cineva pentru a goli coșul de gunoi și a curăța blaturile de lucru. Tomberoanele de gunoi ale pensiunii se află exact sub geamurile camerei care se află la parter. Se menționează disponibilitatea unui televizor cu ecran plat dar nu există nici în cameră și nici în livingul comun.

There was evident need for repair with a cupboard door leaning against the wall, light sockets were missing, the shower temperature was intermittent and there was a box strategically holding a bottom drawer in place.

• Kinga (9/5): - The neighbourhood was nice, i could go in London so easily with train. I could check in earlier and the host girls were helpful and kind. I had a lovely terrace and a beautiful room. I defently go back some time.
• JayeshPatel (4/5): If you repairs could get you five stars - Location and decore As a qualified plumber and Heating Engineer the fact that there was no control on my radiator (TRV) meant at 1 point I measured the room temperature to be 32 degrees so was forced to sleep with the windows open but just my luck a white BMW parked outside my bedroom window was occupied with teenagers until 3:30 in the morning playing music and talking amongst themselves so I did not sleep either. Bathroom smells severely of damp after inspecting I can share my findings for free this particular time. IPhone extractor fan to be non-compliant and deteriorated silicone making the shower area leak causing damp under the titles and shower unit. I did not have the correct tools of me to diagnose why water pressure is so low but maybe you could pay a plumber to come and check that for you so you can have a proper shower before going to work

• Sam (1/5): Poor service & experience - I can’t comment on what I liked about Zozy Gladstone as we never actually stayed there. Instead, late the night before our stay we were informed we’d been moved to a nearby Zozy property due to a leak. The moving in itself due to a leak wasn’t the bad part. That’s fine - last minute changes can happen, and the other property was very close by. My problem with Zozy was that we were moved to a worse, cheaper room without a TV or its own bathroom. The room we stayed in was listed as £25 cheaper to book THAT NIGHT, and the host only offered a £7 reimbursement (at our request), making no other effort to apologise or make up for the error. I replied in complaint and haven’t received a response yet. I’d strongly recommend picking another host.

It is actually a very comfortable accommodation; the bus stop is just 2 minutes away. The only thing I was disappointed about is that the listing stated the availability of a flatscreen TV. I anticipated watching a movie in the evening before going to bed. There was no TV even in the sitting room. I think that should be taken off the listing.

Super confortável, nos permitiu cozinhar e economizar bastante. Tinha um mercado bem próximo com bons preços. A acomodação necessita de reparos. Bastante manutenções a serem feitas, portas de armários e gavetas que estavam fora do lugar/quebradas. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar, foi as instruções de entrada que foram disponibilizadas super em cima da hora do check in e ficamos perdidos aguardando, sendo que foi enviado pelo e-mail mas não vinha nenhuma notificação pelo app da Booking.

Plesnivá rohož před sprchou, jeden den chyběl toaletní papír, absence štětky do záchodu (sdílená toaleta!). V rozích u stropu pavučiny a na zdech docela vypasení pavouci (což pro někoho, kdo má z pavouků strach, nebylo vůbec příjemné).

• Rabia (1/5): KATASTROPHAL Finger weg !! - Nichts!!! Als wir das Zimmer betraten, waren wir schockiert. Es war offensichtlich noch vom vorherigen Gast verlassen und nach dem Check-out nicht gereinigt worden. Offenbar wurde vergessen, das Zimmer rechtzeitig für neue Gäste vorzubereiten – bis heute kann ich das kaum glauben. Da wir erst am Abend in der Unterkunft ankamen und das Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig war, musste ich zunächst die Besitzerin telefonisch kontaktieren und ihr das Problem schildern. Erst nach längerer Wartezeit erschien eine freundliche Reinigungskraft und begann, das Zimmer notdürftig für uns vorzubereiten. Leider wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht. Die Küche wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt – weder Geschirr noch Küche waren verwendbar. Das Badezimmer wurde nur teilweise gesäubert. Insgesamt war der Zustand des Zimmers eine absolute Katastrophe: Überall Staub, Schmutz und sogar Schimmel. Aus hygienischen Gründen konnten wir außer dem Bett nichts benutzen. Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten der Besitzerin. Sie reagierte weder mit einer Entschuldigung noch mit einer angemessenen Lösung und war zudem sehr unhöflich.

• Arjun (4/5): Poor and Disappointing - General layout and aesthetic of the apartment was good, comfortable bed No WiFi so i had to use my hotspot for the 3 days we were there, no heating so my partner and I were freezing, the entire apartment smelt of damp, it was also really dirty and no cleaning utensils were provided, host asked us to put the bins out but no bin bags were provided, entire apartment was worn down (broken drawers, handles, toilet seat, kitchen island, stove). Tried to contact host on Booking.com and via the phone, but they didnt respond to any message or call.

• Carlos (7/5): We had a very very good stay would recommend for a cheap stay - I like how easy it was go get into the building and room ect how friendly the other people staying there was and how clean the rooms and bathroom were the wifi was good work all the time Parking was definitely not ideal yes it was free however we had to park 2-3 block away witch was a pain obviously no one fault just one to think about if you are staying there the only other thing is there no real entertainment ie tv thing like that.

• Elizabeth (9/5): A lovely stay close to shops and public transport - Very spacious and comfortable room close to public transport and the high street. our room had an ensuite with a large shower and the property also has a full kitchen + washer and dryer - A great place to stay overall and at a very good price point. highly recommend! The initial door codes will expire if not used within a certain time period - there is no indication of this when checking in, and after unexpected delays in trying to reach our accom we found ourselves locked out

Checkin instruction were very clear and informative, responsive hosts also Original booked room was unavailable, so was moved to an alternative property - no issue, hosts very helpful. Our first room did feel rather cramped. Our second room was next to front door which meant you can hear any and all conversations of people coming/going at all hours (could use some sound proofing around the doors). It also had a flickering bathroom light, shower screen leaked and the extractor fan didn’t work

• Alex (7/5): Quiet and easy place to stay - This was an easy place to stay at. The 'check in' is simply two codes - one for the front door and one for the room. The street it is on is relatively quiet. My room was spacious and comfortable. I was able to park on the street for free - albeit a fair way down the road from the property, but that wasn't an issue. No major problems. I wasn't able to access the WiFi (the network wasn't available). There is no tea/coffee in the room and no mugs or glasses - I presume these are found in the property's kitchen. Be aware there are no apparent staff on hand at the property.

• Ashita (1/5): Never booking this place again - Only good thing about this property is its near to lidl and bus stop Starting with the property the room looks exactly like shown in pictures.we stayed in deluxe room which was not at all deluxe and the toilet was broken there was urine leaking everywhere from it and it made the whole room stink we have to turn the fan on to make the smell tolerable the,place was aware about the issue but still provided us with this room.There were no free toiletries as well.The kitchen was filthy and filled with flies.provided us with wrong wifi and password as well and it was unreachable to our deluxe room.

Las fotos de la cocina amplia y preciosa no existe, la casa está sucia, llena de humedades, el baño apestaba a orín. El espejo descolgado… a más de 1h de Londres, muy mal ubicado.

• Marco (4/5): - We arrived 30 minutes before the official check-in time and asked through the Booking chat if we could receive the self check-in code, since from outside it looked like the house was already ready (no one inside and no cleaning in progress). The reply we received was a curt “Hi Marco, you will receive it at 2pm.” I couldn’t understand the reason, because when we finally got the code it was clear that the room had already been ready — nobody came out and no cleaning took place in the meantime. On top of that, when I sent a second message asking if an exception could be made, they didn’t even bother to reply. They could have easily avoided making us wait 30 minutes outside with our luggage after the trip, without even being able to use the bathroom. At the very least, they could have given us a proper explanation. The area is quite remote and not very well maintained. The room was not particularly clean or well kept.

It was clean but definitely needs some improvement, for example the flowers in the room were old and the water in the vase hasn’t been changed for a long time.

The smell wasn’t very pleasant on entering the building. The property could do with a fresh painting. Cleaning could be done better. Toilet rolls ran out . • Lucy (4/5): false advertisement - The room was spacious It was falsely advertised - the room was good value for money, however it’s pointless to state aspects of the room that simply are not there. A prime example being air conditioning - when you’re travelling through a heatwave when temps are reaching 32 degrees, and you’ve been assured an air conditioned room, frankly it’s something that you look forward to. Additionally, having a kettle but no mugs? The bathroom having a broken ventilator, so you almost passed out from the heat because of the shower. Also stating there’s a television in the room - where? 😂 Stating there’s shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; so, you don’t bring said things, just to end up having to buy it anyways. And generously being given one singular toilet roll that has 1/4 left.

• Anne (8/5): A spacious and lovely place to stay. - 1 The room is very big. It comes with an ensuite. The room is clean. 2 The ground floor has a lovely living room, kitchen and garden to enjoy in the evening. 3 The kitchen has two washing machines, a microwave and a lot of cutlery, everything for one to be able to cook at home. 4 Overall it is a very nice place. And its location is perfect. Lidl is 5 mins away and the house is close to the main road with so many buses running every minute. China Town and Brent cross mall a few meters away. 5 There is also free street parking. Bathroom I would recommend regrouting shower tiles, particularly at the bottom. Kitchen Not as clean as some guests use it and have no consideration to leave it clean for other guests. Would recommend someone to be there early morning to empty bin and clean worktops. Room No TV. Internet cuts a lot so I had to restart the WiFi quite often.

• Kateřina (3/5): Poor - I stayed at this property for a few days, and overall, it had some great features. First of all, the interior design was very tasteful, and you can tell someone with a good aesthetic sense picked out the furnishings. I also really appreciated the wide variety of amenities—things like a hairdryer, iron, and a fully equipped kitchen were super convenient. A big plus was also having a fridge and an electric kettle in the room, which made my stay more comfortable. The location was very practical, with a Lidl supermarket, a bus station, and a gas station just a few minutes away. It was easy to grab a coffee or run any errands. The self check-in process was not too complicated, and I liked the fact that you only needed codes to access the house and the room. The house is clearly not well-maintained. The exterior of the building shows obvious signs of neglect. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop with the exterior. The cleanliness of the property was extremely concerning. As soon as we opened the main door, there was a very unpleasant smell that immediately hit us. After a quick search online, I found another review from a guest describing a similar experience and even sharing disturbing pictures of a moldy basement, which likely explains the odor. We didn’t have the courage to check the basement ourselves, but if it really looks like that, it's a serious health risk. The kitchen was unpleasant part, with dirty dishes, a sink full of waste, splashes on the walls, sticky plates and cups in the cupboards, and a filthy oven, microwave, and extractor fan. The lack of dish towels forced us to use toilet paper for drying everything, as the one hand towel provided throughout our stay was barely sufficient for any cleaning. While I understand that guests are responsible for some aspects of kitchen cleanliness, the owner is still responsible for ensuring that larger maintenance tasks are taken care of, and clearly, this had not been done. What was most disturbing, however, was the condition of the private bathroom in our room. I’ve rarely seen such filth—hair in the shower, mold on the walls, grime in the corners and around the toilet, and stains in the toilet that should never have been overlooked by anyone cleaning the room. I was forced to spend time cleaning the bathroom myself before I could even consider using it in some reasonable state. To the owners, I would urge you to seriously consider the state of your property. If you want to offer your place for others to stay, basic cleanliness and maintenance should be your top priority.

• Patricia (6/5): Spacious beautiful room with most uncomfortable bed - Very spacious room with a fridge and freezer inside. Decorated lovely. Also had a very small living room and kitchen which is always nice. There were special european plugs available for the guests. Bus stop near but going to the center takes you 40-60min depending transport. Our room wasnt ready until 2 hours after check in time.. we waited 1,5 hr in the house after long exhausted trip, we lost a lot of time. The owner apologized and she sounds really sweet, however it’s unacceptable.. The bed is super uncomfortable :( you can feel the springs and the pillows fall in a gap. Cleaner forgot toilet paper and towels. The heater was on and the only way to regulate was keeping the windows open. Was not really clean overal… mostly because shared spaces dont get cleaned..
