- Guest (8/5): Great place to visit the area! - Great host Stefano; Steps away from the beach; Fully equipped + large kitchen area; Very clean; Great café- bar- restaurant Eolo just around the corner; Proximity to stunning beaches (Mari Ermi, Maimoni, Is Arrutas, Putzu Idu … Proximity to archeological sites; Great sunsets in the town; Proximity to shops / Oristano; Very quiet at night; Outdoor space (we moved the table and ate outside) Sport facilities next door; Plenty of storage + wardrobe space for longer staying. Carpark on road almost always very close / in front of the house. The house is on 2 floors ( as clearly shown) with all the bedrooms and 1 bathroom underground. The only outdoor space is facing the street. Neither of the above was an issue - they are just the 2 minuses we noticed.

- Andrej (10/5): Clean, equipped house in a great location - The house is very well equipped in a great location, very close to the beach. We appreciated, that bedrooms were underground - comfortable temperature and dark for a good sleep I would appreciate some beach equipment - sunbed, umbrella..., but that would be just cherry on top
