- Paul (8/5): Coming back to an old favourite - Such an nice place with great staff, great breakfast and good afternoon snack and evening drinks options, fun wedding style venue. My daughter loves the foyer with the princess stairs. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue with staff not cleaning under the beds- looked under to see where smell was coming from and was disturbing find. The room systems are also a bit of nightmare with auto lights blinding you and waking the family if you dare go to the bathroom overnight. Tends to smaller side rooms also but all in all we enjoyed what we got.

- Thomas (6/5): - Rich breakfast, afternoon coffee and cake, small beverages in the evening. Nice team. The room has no wardrobe!!! I was forced to leave my clothings in teh suitcase. Every day kneeling on the ground and rearranging things. You have a metal bar close to the wall with six hangers. That is all! See picture. One bed has no bed table. Where to put things? Washbasin is in the bedroom - not funny. Air conditioning has three levels, you cannot adjust temperature. However, it is quiet and efficient.

- Chantal (10/5): Great Chiba stay for our last night in Japan! - Very spacious and luxurious room, excellent service, very good breakfast, nice gym for Tokyo. We booked one night at the end of our Japan trip to be closer to Narita airport the following day. Convenient limousine bus takes you and your luggage to the airport for 1200 yens ($CAN11), a 30 minute trip. Easy to get to from Tokyo station, short walk from train station. The hotel is next to a beautiful park and to a fashion outlet mall. Great executive lounge: afternoon tea at 3pm with free beverages and snacks, and free drinks (wine, beer, make your own cocktail) and snacks fr4om 5pm to 7pm. Not a lot to do in the area compared to other Tokyo districts but it suited our needs. We walked about 1.5 km to see the ocean - the beach was not really set up to welcome tourists (had to go over fences to get to it) and no businesses around to have a meal or drink but we were pleased to see the water.

Breakfast was also fabulas, but pancake machine needed to get speed-up. Location couldn't say anything wrong since there's a rail station near-by. But still, 40-min away from downtown Tokyo. Just in case if time-saving is the main concern.

We enjoyed happy hour ,generous drinks and snacks and tea time. The location near the train station made our travels so easy and walking to and around nearby parks,shopping Tokyo bay and ZOZO stadium was so convenient . Breakfast was good but not much variation day to day, peak times made it difficult to find seating, coffee machine and silverware were limited also at that time but staff quickly attended to problems.

- Verena (10/5): Amazing hotel for a stay in Chiba - The hotel is simply amazing and we would always come back when planning to stay in Chiba. The location is right next to the station, to an outlet mall with nice cafes and restaurants and to a big park with playground. Also the closest beach is in walking distance, so the location is perfect. The room for our family of 3 was super huge, they put in 3 proper queen beds for us and the room is very beautiful and outstandingly clean. Breakfast is very good with a huge variety of fresh and healthy choices. We also loved the free drinks and snacks in evening hours. We will for sure be back. There is nothing I did not like.

- Alex (10/5): As expected from a 5-star hotel, everything is grand - The premier hotel is next to Kaihimmakuhari station, so it's very luggage friendly. Exceptionally friendly staff. Complimentary lounge from 7am (breakfast) to 9pm (wine time) and any time in-between. Extremely spacious room with full bathroom. Various eateries around the hotel/station. A fair walk from Makuhari Messe (10ish minutes). Central heating/cooling so there are only low/medium/high choices (we turned it off but it was still too hot for us).

- Brittney (10/5): Best. Hotel. Ever. - This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip. Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Loved the food, the snacks and the drinks in the evening. Location is awesome next to the station. Comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend. This will be my go-to place to stay when I return for another Japan visit! The only thing that was a very minor inconvenience is that the laundry is located in the other building across the walkway on the 9th floor so a bit of a jaunt to get there. Really not a big deal tho.
