• YIHUI DONG (9/5): 非常好，性价比高。 - 房东人特别好，帮我们预定了从机场到酒店的出租车，当面交付钥匙，还告诉了我们附近的好吃的餐厅，以及附近的超市、公共交通，并分享给我们一些景点信息。非常好。附近还有一个小的游乐场，小孩借了房东家的篮球玩，还有适合幼儿园小朋友玩的游乐设施。由于我们在岛上住了4晚，因此慢慢地感受岛上的生活也是非常惬意的感觉。 有一天房间里没有WIFI，正好那晚我需要工作，由于太晚了，没有打扰房东。但是第二天房东就过来解决了问题。

• Alfredo (10/5): Great place to start your journey at Santorini - Near shops and the bus stop
• Ged (10/5): The perfect location in the centre of Santorini with a true boutique feel - The property felt like a cave home (although it used to be premises for producing wine which added to my excitement.) you think of when you picture Santorini in your minds eye. It’s as pictured it was so special to stay there. My youngest lost her mind when she entered through the garden door on viewing the pool and the trees in all their blossom. The bath added to the feel of luxury and when adding bubbles and petals really added to the romantic feel of the venue. Air Con, digital TV with Access to Netflix’s & Disney+ for family film nights, owners who can sort day trips, transfers and ideas for dining it’s the perfect location for exploring Santorini (5min drive from airport yet never heard a plane or saw one) and 5min bus from Fira (capital) - it’s probably the best kept secret for the ideal location on the Island. With owners who are attentive, warm, welcoming and keep you informed at all times. There is nothing we didn’t like. It’s worth noting the pool is cold. Very cold - which is probably a good idea if visiting during the summer months, in October early November it was too cold for most of us. This said couldn’t get my eldest out of it so horses for courses.
• Dominik (10/5): Santorini im Sommer 2025 war ein Traum. - Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit sehr gepflegtem Pool, der zwischen drei Appartements geteilt wird. Wir hatten ihn Ende August 2025 praktisch immer für uns. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig, aber der Ort Mesaria mit seiner Strassenkreuzung liegt sehr zentral auf der Insel. Wir haben die Insel mit den öffentlichen Bussen erkundet und die Verbindung nach Fira (und von dort überall hin) ist super. Günstige Restaurants und ein toller Souvlaki Grill (Mike) im Ort. Hier lernt man das Leben in Santorini von einer Seite kennen, die den Kreuzfahrtouristen entgeht.

A great spot to base yourself for exploring all that Santorini has to offer, as well as having plenty of nearby restaurants should you want to stay closer to home. • Robert (10/5): Fantastic! - It is a perfect place to stay! Not only close to Fira, but also away from busy and commercial areas with a lot of tourists. The property owner Chris is amazingly welcome. She designs and maintains the place super beautiful and tasteful as well as provides all the convenience needed. From cooking oil to drying racks for towel, she thinks about every single details. In addition, our ferry left really late at night, she offered us to stay at the property to chill out after our check-out time and arranged transportation for us to the port. She really made us feel staying at home away from home. Definitely will be back again and recommend this paradise to our family and friends. Nothing

• Tabao (9/5): Bang for your buck. - We liked that it was more in a suburb area and not chaotic with tourists. We did day trips to the tourist areas and then came back to the quiet. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and it was nice because we were 2 families and each had a villa side by side together. Our host was able to check us in earlier which was great and was very responsive when we needed help for anything. The location is also a 5 minute walk to some restaurants and groceries. Because we had a total of 3 children traveling with us, it was important to be able to cook as well for the picky eaters. The kitchen is equipped even with your basic spices (salt, pepper, etc) The people in this town were very nice. There are a total of 3 villas within the compound that share the pool. We were in the first villa and the set up is ok but we much preferred the 2nd villa where the rest of our family was staying. Our villa felt a little small for 5 people so I do suggest that villa for 3-4 people because there is only 1 bathroom. The middle villa which is the nicest was like a full apartment with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer dryer etc. The first villa could use a little upgrade and maybe just a diffuser in the bathroom because it smells a little. None the less you are saving more money staying here than in Fira or Oia etc...
• Roanne (9/5): Nice stay at the villa - The property was very clean. We had the villa with a bedroom on the main floor with a bathtub and the 2nd floor with a shower/bathroom and 2 simple beds. It is very convenient for families. There was also a washing machine and a dryer, which was great. The kids had a great time with the pool, which was accessible for the 3 villas in the property. The kitchen was complete with fridge, dosh washer and stove. Large living room area. Free wifi. Chris helped us with the transfer from the airport to the villa. The location is convenient, only 5 mins walk from several restaurants and grocery store. It's a 7-10 mins drive into the town of Fira. So if you don't rent a car, you will need to spend money on transport (our transport charged per person, so for example it cost us 30 € for 4 ppl from the villa to Fira). But once you're in Fira, you can easily spend the day there and just walk around.
