• Koralia (9/5): - Πολύ όμορφος και άνετος χώρος το ντουζ στο δωμάτιο μας έκανε πολύ καλή εντύπωση. Η τοποθεσία κατάλληλη για να μπορείς να μετακινείσαι με τα πόδια σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα Τα μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν πολύ άνετα.
• Tsedenia (7/5): - Beautiful place and great location Help from staff was very surface. No true incentive to support and resolve issues. One issue I had first day was resolved for me on time just fine. However after that it was down hill, I really tried to make easy communication with the staff but at the end I was disappointed.
• Teo Jinga (9/5): Loving Santo Spirito - We had a great 4-night stay! The location is excellent — just minutes from Ponte Santa Trinita, close to Ponte Vecchio, and right by lively Santo Spirito, a vibrant spot full of locals in the evenings and a great place for breakfast. The apartment was more spacious than expected, with separate living, sleeping, and kitchen areas, two bathrooms, and and a unique shower setup in the bedroom. Thanks to the ground-floor location and air conditioning, it stayed comfortably cool even in the summer heat. We also appreciated the many mosquito repellents provided. A small bathroom light issue was quickly addressed by the host. Thanks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Wi-Fi works best in the living room and not throughout the whole apartment, but it didn’t affect us much — just something to keep in mind. There weren’t any extras like coffee or snacks, only the basics such as shower gel, toilet paper, and a few towels. Also, it's worth noting that the apartment is in a beautiful old building, and was probably never originally intended as a living space — maybe once an artist's studio or workshop — so it doesn’t have many windows to the outside. That said, the high ceilings, unique layout, and cool temperature made it a very interesting space, full of character and charm — much more memorable than a typical hotel or a more modern apartment

• Javier (10/5): - Lo espacioso del apartamento sobre todo. Pero también que estuviera totalmente equipado con aire acondicionado, nevera, lavadora, baños...etc Los dueños fueron muy claros en todas las indicaciones y nos ayudaron en todo cuanto les preguntamos. Muy amables y resolutivos. La ubicación estaba muy bien, a 10-12 minutos del centro de Florencia y a 6 minutos del Puente Vechio. Además, se puede ver que hicieron caso a reseñas pasadas donde se pedía insecticida y mata mosquitos, ya que, en el hall de la entrada pueden llegar a acumularse. Demostrando con esto que están atentas a mejorar el alojamiento siempre que se pueda. Todo estaba bien.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very clean and nicely equipped. What we liked most is that the place is quite cool even without air conditioning so that is a bonus in this heatwave. The hosts were also very kind. Would recommend it to everyone. The only thing that you might want to consider if you have problems sleeping is that the apartment is located on the ground floor so the nearby street is a bit noisy at night. We didn’t mind it too much.
• Karen (7/5): Lovely apartment good location - The location was good for all the sights. It was a 20 minute walk flat from the station. And there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was lovely and well equipped but very dark as it had hardly any windows so you needed the lights on all the time. The agency was not very responsive. We had no details sent to us for getting into the apartment - I had to message the agency from the station when we arrived at 3:30 and they sent them then. We also had a medical incident and asked them for advice for how to find an English speaking doctor and received no reply for over 24 hours by which time we had found help elsewhere.

• Carolyn (8/5): Excellent little apartment in an ideal location, would definitely stay again. - Location was excellent, hosts were communicative and when the keys weren't in the lockbox, this was rectified very quickly. We had a problem with a water leak and this also was rectified quickly. It was a little cold in the apartment but we weren't able to change the thermostat and/or the heating didn't work so we had to use the warm air on the air conditioning unit to be able to feel comfortable.
• Anita (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent, next to bridges, great restaurants nearby, lovely locality. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms a bonus and loved the extra shower in bedroom with pressure jets. Bed was very comfortable. I couldn't access Internet or connect my mobile data in the apartment, my husband could. I had no problem elsewhere before or since. Because of this I can only score apartment 8
• Catherine (10/5): A very special apartment in an amazing location. - Location was absolutely fantastic. Lovely ambience and decor throughout the whole apartment, we felt comfortable and ‘at home’ from the minute we arrived. The heating was on so it was warm and cosy, which really helped with the feeling of welcome and reassured us that the hosts had paid attention to every detail. Facilities were great, even down to tea lights and candles, extra blankets, kitchen equipment and guide books. Communication and check in/out details were excellent. We can’t recommend this property highly enough. N/A, everything was great.

• Hannah (10/5): If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Florence then this is the place… AMAZING! - The location was perfect, we could easily walk everywhere within the city. The collection of the keys was a really easy process. The guide we received by email before staying was great too, gave us so much information about the local area along with food recommendations. Our hosts were available by message at all hours prior to our stay and then whilst we were in the property too. I will definitely be back and will also be recommending to others! Personally there was nothing which could have been done differently, we absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t find fault! Notting was too much ask either for our hosts and they were very accommodating.

• Mathilde (10/5): Exceptional - The place is much bigger than we anticipated. Extremely comfortable and great amenities- the kitchen has got all the equipment needed to cook a simple meal. The location is quiet yet very close to restaurants, cafés and bars. The place stays cool even without the aircon There were quite some mosquitoes - that's nature of course but maybe good to keep a spray or diffusers inside the property for guests to use during their stay?
• Dukov (5/5): Passable - Double impressions of the apartment. On the one hand, an excellent location, a very cool, new and well-equipped apartment in a 16th century house, with its own charm and atmosphere. True, a little noisy, but that's the case at times. The downside is this. It is serviced not directly by the owner, but by a certain management company, which has several hundred more such apartments. The manager is always in touch, answers, but if you need something, he does nothing. There supposedly was a router and wifi, but it just didn’t work and was never fixed. And there is practically no connection there - you are in a semi-basement. Or you might want a second blanket. You won't get it. They will explain to you for a long time why this is impossible. I asked to book a restaurant, but when I arrived using the allegedly made reservation, it was not there. In short, terrible management. You will need to resolve all issues yourself. Be ready.

• Jc (10/5): Loved Loving Santo Spirito. - The apartment was easy to find, in a fantastic location and the access to the property on arrival was seamless with clear instructions beforehand. Apartment was spotless with everything that was required for our stay present. We loved the main shower and that the apartment had two showers and two w.c. The property was tastefully decorated and well thought out. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby meaning you don't have to travel far for a fabulous evening out in a lively and vibrant area. Hosts were always available and would definitely stay here again. Perfecto! There was a little noise on the evening which did not bother us and was part and parcel of the lively surroundings.

• Nomi (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay! It was private and cozy, and the shower was awesome. The only issue I truly had was leaving - Location, safety, space and amenities Mosquitoes - have the door close quickly behind you!
