Simon (9/5): Overall, very satisfied with the stay. I can fully recommend Famo Pace apartments. The apartment - Location is perfect. The room is clean and calm, despite being located in the centre in Rome. I felt it was a bit expensive. The kitchen is not very useful or well equipped, but that did not matter. Note that the bathroom is out of the room, but I was not really bothered by it.

Melinda (9/5): Great for a long stay in the heart of Rome. - The location can't be beat. You can walk most places and there are bus lines to the Termini and S. Peter's and many other places just a block away. It's just off a small neighborhood piazza with a good restaurant, a local grocery, and a gelateria. It's also over one of the best coffee bars in Rome. Perfect for morning coffee and pastry or a quick lunch or dinner slice of pizza. The Orange room that I had is quiet for Rome. There's good a/c, decent wifi, and a washing machine. There is also a basic kitchen, which is ideal for longer stays. No major complaints. Although the bath is private, you have to cross the common kitchen to get to it. But in 2 weeks I only saw other tenants twice, and never at night. There is no elevator. It's 2 flights up. There was some noisy daytime construction in the apartment below, but it seems to be about finished. There's no view or balcony, but that's the trade-off for the quiet.
Karolína (9/5): Best location - Location is perfect, its just 5 minutes of walk to Vatican, 10 minutes to Pantheon. Everything is very near! Next to the apartment is the best bakery, so you can have fresh breakfast! I recomand you gelato from Neve di Latte- the best ice cream! Accomodation is very clean. We were quite surprised, because we had bathroom out of our room- we had to go through the shared kitchen, so it was quite uncomfortable. We had a room for 2 person, the other apartment had its own bathroom. In the shared kitchen there is a tea, coffee etc., so you can use it. Bathroom out of our room.
