• Elisabeth (5/5): Mould in the room with strong odour and damp. Good location in Trastervere. - Läget var jättebra i Trastevere och du har nära till caféer, restauranger, nattliv och bussar. Att ta sig in i lägenheten är ganska krångligt, du ska igenom flera låsta dörrar. Rummet luktade väldigt starkt av mögel och ena väggen vid dörren va täckt av mögel. Finns även mögel vid skrivbordet och i och runt duschen. Möglet på väggen krävde att det omedelbart åtgärdades. Städare kom och torkade av men nästa dag tvättade de bättre och målande över ytan. Men problemen med möglet är större än så och en sanering skulle behövas i rummet. Rummet upplevdes fuktigt och mögellukten var stark hela tiden. Är du känslig kan du inte bo här!

• Ann-Kathrin (9/5): Städtetrip Rom - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen im Stadtteil Trastevere. Wir konnten alles ohne Probleme zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straße, in der sich die Unterkunft befindet ist ruhig. Das Personal war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Es wurde uns sogar ermöglicht eine Stunde später auszuchecken. Neben dem Zimmer gibt es eine Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt und auch der Espresso in der Unterkunft war super. Es war ausreichend sauber. Das Bett war bequem und die Laken sehr sauber. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht hat. Das Frühstück ist in einem Cafe nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir haben es geliebt, diesen italienischen Flair mit einem unglaublich tollen Cappuccino am morgen einzufangen ! Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Tekrar olsa yine gelir kalırım ama başka oda seçerim jakuzi otel tatili yapmayanlar için bir anlam ifade etmiyor Bez bir terlik yoktu, jakuzinin tam temiz olduğundan emin olamadık. Odaya girince nem vardı.

• Francesco (7/5): - La miglior posizione dove soggiornare a Roma. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale in assistenza è sempre stato disponibile e gentile. Colazione in un bar li vicino accettabile. Purtroppo la struttura era leggermente degradata da segni del tempo. Non era sporca (lenzuola e asciugamani erano puliti) ma nenache un gran che pulita rispetto ad altre della zona in cui siamo stati. Non c'è areazione (eccetto la finestra) quindi rimane un po' umida specie dopo l'utilizzo della doccia. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo problema con i voucher della colazione ma il personale l'ho a risolto sempre con gentilezza. La colazione di per sé nulla di particolare (si effettua in un bar nelle vicinanze), ma sicuramente meglio di altri posti che lasciano qualche brioche confezionata come "colazione", inoltre il caffè in appartamento era decente. Il vero problema della struttura e per cui non posso dare più di 7/10 è il letto, infatti avevamo un letto "sospeso" ovvero attaccato dal soffitto senza toccare terra, di per sé carino, se non fosse che dondola in un modo incredibile. Ci è venuta la nausea ed eravamo in due con un peso complessivo di meno di 100kg, non è stato piacevole dormire in quel letto; magari è un impressione personale ma non mi è piaciuta affatto.Peccato tra l'altro perché poi il materasso era anche molto comodo.

• Nico (4/5): Wir hatten uns es anhand der Bilder besser vorgestellt. Schade. - Die Laage war gut alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kommuniziert wurde das ab 15 Uhr das Zimmer fertig ist. Dem war nicht so alles voller Müll Bett alles nicht fertig. Die Reinigung kam dann um 15.30 Uhr. Zimmer viel zu klein für uns 3. Zimmer wirkte sehr abgenutzt. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht an machen können da sie sehr schlecht roch. Ach ja und Kaffeemaschine super im Gemeinschaftsraum aber wird die auch mal sauber gemacht schrecklich.

Seyahat sırasında bunları taşıman gerekmiyor. Ayrıca odadaki kahve ve çay ikramı için teşekkür ederiz. Her şey mükemmel. Odada jakuzi olduğu için iyi havalandırma yapılması lazım. O da size kalmış bir şey.

• Leigh Celino (5/5): Pleasant - we wouldn't stay here again. - The design of the room was modern and stylish with an iPad available to play music. The owners of the apartment were friendly and went out of their way to help when we had problems with check in and the cleanliness of the room. The Traverste area is a good area to stay with a lively vibe at night. The breakfast was served in a local cafe - the croissants were fresh and the cappacino was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Rome is a beautiful city and we will visit again. Don't forget to visit the Ferrari shop the staff were exceptionally nice to us. There was a lot of black mould in the room and the shower curtain and base were dirty. This was cleaned and the shower curtain was replaced when we complained.There was a strong smell of damp when entering the shared communal area where the kitchen facilities were. The size of room is fine for a couple but too small for a family with a teenage boy- no privacy in bathroom a glass door. There was no floor space to store luggage we had to step over our cases every day..We were given 6 towels for 3 people for a 3 night stay. This is not enough. We asked twice for fresh towels and were given new ones on the day we were leaving (when we hard already left the room for breakfast.). The description of the the room needs to be updated . We thought the apartment was inclusive of the kitchen facilities.. It is in a separate room that is shared with another apartment We did not use any of the kitchen facilities.

• Monić (3/5): Dissapointing - The location was great and the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean. The flat looked much better in the pictures, it was dirty, the bathub had mold in it and there were cockroaches inside the flat.
• Jakub (10/5): Perfect location with everything you need for a couple of days in Rome - We have came back for this apartment for our honeymoon and it was great again We could not find the switch for the overhead lamps, so we had to unscrew them a little. Not a problem for an engineer ;)

They provided detailed instructions that were easy to follow.. they helped me with luggage drop when I arrived earlier than expected free of charge. I was able to extend my stay for 2 additional nights with no room change. The young man gave me his charger when I realized I had left mine at my last hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend! The room was a little small, but I knew that when I booked. They described it very well.

• Harry (10/5): Beautiful place in a fantastic lively part of Rome - Beautiful location in the perfect part of trastevere, room was in perfect condition! Hosts were fantastic and always responded quickly to any questions. The bed was a bit creaky which was slightly annoying but not an issue really!
• Mohamed (6/5): Not as expected - Location The duvets where small and uncomfortable, lights are weird and the whole electricity system is non functional because if someone goes out with the key the other stays with no electricity. Room way smaller than it looks on the pictures didn’t have space even to open the luggage properly.
• Anna (10/5): Incredible location! - The location was out of this world, close to the very heart of trastevere with some of the best bars and restaurants in the city, the team was super accommodating and responsive and the Jacuzzi was an amazing add-on to my trip!

• Dzeneta (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient room. - Property is located in the most amazing neighbourhood Trastevere. Easy to locate and is a short walking distance to different amenities such as pharmacy, clothes shops, bars and, restaurants. We think the shower could use with a renovation. The shower head had lime scale on it and the pressure was not great. The bathroom itself was lovely though.

Not sure we’d do again - Location, location, location Check in instructions were provided only 30 minutes ahead of time. We arrived at 1400, our request to check in earlier was not honored due to being told staff needed to clean. When we opened 1400-1430 lead housekeeper was sitting at table on her cell phone. They did not refill soap dispensers even after waiting patiently to complete cleaning we had to call them back to complete. Bedsheet on pull out bed had a blood stain. Shower stall leaks at base and needs to be recalled. Ceiling fan did not work.

Great communication from the host with directions to the apartment and checked to see if everything was ok during our stay! Access to the terrace opposite and breakfast vouchers for a cafe down the street (which was also fantastic) were a great touch. Bed was super comfy and had everything we needed. Bathroom was a little tired but had everything we needed!

• Angela (4/5): It was crammed and I was underwhelmed, but again location was great. - Location great. Very difficult to enter building with code which arrived after I had got to location. Street dark, so could barely see key pad. No one there to help. Upon entry a second keypad - also not illuminated and difficult to read in dark entrance. Finally upon entry to studio apartment which was arduous, there were strangers in common area - had no idea this would be the case so was surprised. This was not made obvious when booking.

TV and AC worked well and had options. Stress free and convenient. We payed for breakfast, I’m not sure if I didn’t read the details well but we were surprised breakfast was “breakfast vouchers”. The locations were 1-3 mins walk and options very limited; had I known we wouldn’t have paid for it.
