• Simone (9/5): Lovely home in Como - We liked the house, the location was very good (near the Duomo), and the separation of the 3 rooms was very well thought. Two bathrooms were very nice as well. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone! I didn't like the bed we had in the suite, the mattress and the bed were bent in the middle. However, this was the only negative point I could find.
• Tia (8/5): Great location, but cleanliness and communication could be improved. - The layout and location of the property were perfect for our group of eight. Having only one set of keys made coordination a bit challenging. As the property has beds for six people, two of us had to sleep on the sofa bed. However, when we arrived, the sofa bed was not made, and we had to prepare it ourselves. In addition, there weren’t enough sheets for the sofa bed. Since there were no cleaners during our stay, we were responsible for taking out the rubbish and sorting the recycling. This was difficult as all the instructions were in Italian, but we did our best to follow them. The cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations—there was hair in the closets and dust on several surfaces.
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Everyone was impressed with the property we loved everything about it! It’s very spacious, has tons of light, very unique - located just at the steps of Duomo cathedral. ~12min walk to cheap quatro ponte parking, another parking for ~3eur just few minutes away. Good grocery store at the doorstep and great places to eat. Communication with agents were spot on, we were also provided with PDF with loads of useful information about where to go/eat/garbage sorting. We would definitely book again if we go to Como! We loved everything but there are few points that could be important for others - only steps to 3rd floor - but it was absolutely manageable for our 60+ parents, also the duomo bell starting to ring at ~7:30 - so keep in mind that you will wake up - not a problem as we are here for exploring. Shampoo left in the flat by agents was not enough for 5 people. Garbage sorting is a bit confusing - i think it would be nice if there would be bins provided in the flat with markings on them for all type of garbage
• Jack (10/5): Exceptional - The size of the apartment was perfect for the 8 of us. The location was great too. Just a few mins walk to the lake and in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. Checking in was a bit cumbersome with the ID verification on the separate website, but it worked out ok.
• Kim (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Centrally located surrounded by shops, pharmacy, restaurants and a very short stroll to the lake. Apartment is beautiful, spacious & comfortable with all amenities provided. Bathrooms need refurbishing. Jets in the bathtub doesn’t all work. Bathtubs double as showers so not good for people with mobility problems. There is no lift so you have to lug your suitcases up & down 4 flights of stairs.
• Jane (5/5): Was a great place but staff not responsive when we had issues. They took 40 min to respond when we couldn’t get in and w - Location great, bEautiful uilding woth wood floors and wood beam ceilings and nice beds, good kitchen and living area. Beautiful light during the day No throw blankets or extra blankets/pillows for beds. We were actually short a set of sheets in one of the lofts and had to scrounge for a sheet - they knew we were 8 guests. Upon arriving We were given the wrong lockbox for keys and waited 40 minutes for agent to answer my calls to then give us correct keys without any apology. We also were short of toilet paper and no kitchen paper towels. We wanted to cook meat and also eggs but there was no frying pan to cook either. They responded that they don’t provide that. We would have liked a broom so we could clean during our stay, also there was a tiny amount of dish soap so we couldnt wash all our dishes. There is wry little light at night and the floor lamp didn’t work - either bulb out or broken

• Graciela (8/5): very nice and pleasant - Spectacular location, right in the center. I like the spaciousness of the place, the decoration, the cleanliness, the kitchen utensils and the complete set of kitchen appliances. The stairs, the fact that they did not clearly notice that the apartment were on a long third floor without an elevator. The old furniture lacked more comfort, no coffe tables in the rooms, the outlets were old and complicated to use despite the various adapters we used.
• Rinada (4/5): Charging extra money for no reason - Great location, well designed property! 1) I have a huge problem with the agency handling the property!! My sister was showering and the glass door fell on her because it was not well fixed. It was the day we were checking out and I complained to the cleaners that came to clean the apartment that day, they apologized and were very polite. This was a huge safety hazard, as she was showering and the bathtub was slippery and I had to go in the bathroom and help her. We didn’t make a fuss about it and we let go. However, on the same day, I receive a text from the agency saying that they've deducted 300 euros from my card without my approval as a 'security damage deposit' till they know the total cost of the damage. The glass door didn't break, it was only matter of a door that is not well fixed in the first place. They seem like they are not maintaining the apartment on constant basis and when something happens, they just charge it on the guest. This issue occurred 12 days ago, and since I've been reaching out on daily basis for a refund, and they are not being helpful. It's such a shame that we put our cards, trusting that they'll have a fair judgement, and this what happens. 2) no blackouts or shutters to block the light
