- Aizaz (5/5): Short circuit fire night 🔥 - Not recommended for families.dangerous There was a short circuit fire 🔥 in the night and there was smoke everywhere but he didn't wake up us ,if we have not woken up on our own it would be a mess.and he charged us the same price too after this mess.

The washroom taps were not working properly and l have noticed water leakage from a flush tank which needs to be fixed for the next customers.

- Maarten (6/5): Ondanks de aanvaardbare prijs zijn er helaas teveel punten die vatbaar zijn voor verbetering. - Het hotel is gelegen in een mooie en rustige buurt dichtbij de Faisal moskee en het busstation. Het hotel is mooi aan de buitenkant. Bagage kon veilig bewaard worden na check out. Aanvaardbare prijs. Het interieur was dringend aan renovatie toe. Vermoeid personeel. Bedlinnen vuil bij aankomst. Moest vervangen worden in twee kamers. 1 bed en matras waren versleten Geen handdoeken in één kamer. In de andere kamer slechts 1 handdoek Slot van een kamerdeur zat 10 minuten vast. Volgens de manager werd dit veroorzaakt door de AC in de kamer?? Misschien toch beter om het slot te vervangen. ‘s Ochtends was er geen stromend water in beide kamers. Werd vlug opgelost. Het eenvoudige ontbijt liet 45 minuten op zich wachten

- Haseeb (8/5): Overall Good experience - The manager was kind enough, to move us to executive rooms because of the unavailability of the deluxe rooms. The staff was cooperative and room service was quick. Liked the location of the guest room. Just some minor stuff like The door lock could have been better. And the reception line wasn't working for me.

Toilet shower almost blocked, upon complain person visit and say he fixed it but thats not the case. Infact I am the one who open toilet shower grill with the pin but even after then water pressure is extreamly low that its not possible to wash bum which is extreamly bad. Secondly, no exhaust available in the bath room and its cover from outside which make bath room more un comfortable.

- Jibran (7/5): Book if you want a place close to the embassies and that's your main goal - The staff was super accommodating, the AC worked well, the lawn was cozy with a few chairs and a table to relax. Overall was a good experience with few quirks. The only issue was that the even though the room was booked for two adults, the toiletries and the complimentary breakfast was provided only for one adult. The sink had issues with drain pipes so the water from the sink drain would go almost everywhere keeping the floor wet. The location had some issues with government lightings on the street since a few days(as told by the manager there) so nightly walk was in complete darkness on the street. This part was obviously out of control of the administration of the inn. The tv provided was useless as all the cable channels were distorted; a good addition would be to add a smart TV device.
