• Tahmina (4/5): Good location, not great service - Convenient location The bedding was dirty, stain on sofa, dirty cotton bud left on the floor and there was no basic amnesties such as toilet paper provided. When I contacted the support team upon checking in, they told me there is nothing they can do, other than for me to leave and get a refund which was not ideal after travelling for 3 hours.
• Visha (9/5): Loved our stay. Very clean and convenient location - Loved how clean the place was. We booked the place very last minute and they were very accommodating. All the requests were catered by the team very well. We were three people staying in a one bed apartment. The extra bed didn’t have any extra bedsheets, duvet covers and a pillow provided when we checked into the property. Upon requesting, we were given sheets and the duvet covers which were double the size of the single bed. I will request that you provide the correct size for the bedding especially for the extra bed.

• Sharice (5/5): Clean but disappointing - The property itself was really pretty and well cleaned. The room was not fit for three people. There was a pull out bed without any sheets on it or stored away sheets. After talking to customer service cause the night staff didn’t know what to do the person on the phone told us to check out if we didn’t like it as there was nothing she could do. All three of us squashed on the double bed. (See pictures no duvet cover or fitted sheet or pillowcase. Very unhygienic).

• Veare (9/5): Great value for money and in a central location - It was central to Birmingham New Street, around 5 minutes walk. It has good connections to Broad Street area, where we were attending a concert. Access was easy enough with the passkey. Nothing.

• French (2/5): Unnecessary stressful - We turned up, only for our booking to apparently not exist, once we had been given a room it was not cleaned and we had to request either it be cleaned or a new room. We then had to wait 3 hours for us to be able to get a secure key for the second room
• Maria (7/5): Good - The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location Finding the place was a nightmare as it has a different name on the signs we couldn't get into the building as it was all locked up and u needed a key to get in and you only get 1 key card for 3 people
• Wing (5/5): Badly Organised - Waited 15 minutes to staff to open the reception doors, staff was not organised, gave me the wrong remote to access the wrong parking which resulted in the wrong apartment. Which resulted me waking someone up in the room. Who was not happy. Facilities and location was good.

• Martin (8/5): - The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm.

• Alec (3/5): Nice apartment but what’s with the cats - It was really hard to find the property there are no street numbers it took multiple calls to find the property, the wifi was really difficult to get on and there was several cats just wandering the halls which made me very uncomfortable walking in and out the apartment
• Chichi (10/5): Exceptional - Allowed me to bring my pet, quiet space, close to necessities and city centre. Nice restaurants around.
• Jimmy (1/5): No one site to help apart from the onsite security guards. - . So upon arriving, and with the lack of building signs, we were allowed in by the building security guard. Who abruptly stated we were in the wrong building and not within the location we should have been. By calling the number given, the security guard on duty spoke to the off-site concierge, who then went to tell us that no key could be provided. Therefore meaning we would have to stay in the apartment until a new key card could be given. Due to already booked and paid for commitments, we left the flat knowing that without the key card we would have to engage with the security guard again to get back into the apartment block. Upon arriving back into the complex, we were then greeted by another security guard on duty who firstly gave us the wrong key card. A few journeys back and forth and eventually we were let in again. With no TV Remote present, this was off the services that should have been provided. Waking up in the morning from an abrupt drilling wake up call from downstairs from 8am onwards. This was truly not ideal!

• Zainab (10/5): Worth every penny. Loved it! - This property was absolutely worth every penny spent. Stayed there for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave. The staff that welcomed us was amazing and everything looked exactly as shown if not even better. It was very clean and tidy and we had everything within walking distance. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we’d need. I would absolutely book to stay here over and over again, definitely loved it! The only thing I can say is that it is close to the main road, so can get about loud but i think it is soundproof and once you have the windows closed you can barely hear anything.

• Jenis (2/5): Poor service - It was in a good location. Very close to the city centre. I had booked to sleep 3 people. However upon arrival I figured that they had not left any sheets or bedding for the sofa bed. I messaged the concern however did not receive a response until after I checked out. I was extremely frustrated as I had travelled and needed to rest, however I had to go and buy bedding for the night which was very inconvenient as I was extremely tired and had to spend money for a necessity which should have been provided. I am aware that mistakes happen but the service and response time was awful! I am extremely disappointed that I was not compensated.
• Laura (7/5): Did the job - Spacious Tumble dryer nearly melted the unit. Shower/bath not disabled friendly. No hand rails Bedding was dirty.

• Osborne (8/5): Very good - Great location and clean property. Tea and coffee was available and cooking facilities with a Tesco next door. Check in bit confusing as there was a sign on the door saying back in 10 minutes. We couldn't check in after 5pm however this wasn't an issue as we checked in at 4pm

• Paul (2/5): Very disappointing - It was clean and spacious Waiting nearly an hour for a concierge during normal check-in hours is quite frankly unforgivable. Horrendous way to treat guests. Had to be let into the car park by another guest (to avoid a parking ticket) and then being trapped in that car park until another concierge started their shift.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - All good , except check in … no one at the desk… waited an hour after being told they would be 10 minutes… helped ourselves to a key fob after rummaging around a vacant office.
• Si (1/5): Disappointing - Disgusting bedroom and unavailability of staffs. - Size and location Disgusting bedroom and unavailability of staff. Checked into the room at about 6pm and find out the bed is in a disgusting state, the bed sheets looks to have molds and marks over it and was clearly not clean. The mattress cover has got sticky residue over it, very wear and has rips on the sides. It is absolutely disgusting. No one was at the reception but was able to reached the staff over the phone. At first they promised to correct this but was later advised via their online message that no one can come to change the bedding and effectively we either have to stay in it or they will just refund and cancel us at the last minute (this was at around 9pm) and there will be no compensation from Charles hope. Genuinely disappointed.

• Julie (9/5): Perfect for a comfortable stay in central Birmingham - Excellent location with handy secure underground parking. The apartments and communal facilities were amazing, very clean, accessible, felt safe and secure (keycard needed to use lift, communal areas). All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It's a residential long term let building and I think this is the only short-term rental in the block so need to be mindful of residents. Would definitely stay here again! Check out was on a Sunday and there was no one working on reception. We were unable to contact anyone so had to leave the keys inside the apartment.
