Guest Reviews
- Sarbjit (1/5): Bad - I just like place There is no parking no one there to assit u no acces tp pool no fan no air condition so much hot there
- Medina (1/5): Bad -
- Lammoglia (4/5): Disappointing - Location, pool and hot tub The recliners are broken and uncomfortable. The couch cushion is torn. The sinks and shower don’t drain. The tap for the sink in the upstairs bathroom falls off when you use it. The taps in the downstairs bathroom are finicky. The dryer doesn’t turn off unless you turn it off. The keys to access the underground parking from the unit didn’t work. The single beds were uncomfortable and springy.
- Nathan (7/5): Good - Comfortable place for 5 people and close to village. Management/ host was very disorganized - confusing us with other guests and telling us 11am checkout but then the housekeeper came by at 9:50am asking that we clear the place…which wasn’t ideal. The place itself is large and spacious, but it is clear there are necessary updates (cardboard to keep the shower curtain rod up, multiple missing knobs for oven, broken sink handles, broken chairs, broken oven lamp, etc.! Also, the kitchen lacked the basic supplies (coffee maker without coffee filters, empty spices containers, no can opener, etc.! No key access to parkade other than fob for garage door and walking all the way around to stall. Made it tricky to get things to and from the car. Great place, but the attention to detail lacks, which is a bummer considering the price they charge.

- B (7/5): Worth the hassle... - Great location and super hottub and pool area. The check-in instructions were VERY unclear and a hassle, and we lost an hour of our stay faffing about. IT IS UNIT 75 IN BLOCK D...it should have just said that and been clear. I see others have experienced the same problem, so WHY hasn't the host changed this?!
- Steven (5/5): Ok, not great, likely wouldn’t go back. - Central location that was walkable to the village. Run down, worn out, poorly maintained interiors. Heating didn’t seem to be working properly. Wasn’t overly clean upon check in. Kitchen didn’t have much in it for general use/cooking. Small and old TV’s without smart features.
- Rowena (7/5): Good - It was comfortable. Beds were nice to sleep in. Very tidy and clean. Great location. 3 issues...Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
There were 3 dials missing on the stove. One of the dials on the stove was for a dimmer light fixture switch, which did not work on the stove. But we just removed a plastic stove element dial and placed it on the metal part of the oven dial to turn the oven on and bake pizzas. It took a while to figure out how to completely shut the oven off using the borrowed dial as it was not aligned properly with the varying temperatures and settings (Bake).
The garage key fob was not easy to find. The instructions need to be updated because it says to find it in the hallway, but it was later located hanging on a hook in the kitchen, left side wall. That took up a bit of time to get us and our luggage settled in.
Also, the 2 keys on the key chain attached with the garage fob did not work on the stairwell door (closest to the apartment). So we could not get back to the car in the garage quickly. Therefore, I had to walk all the way outside past other buildings, to the front parking garage entrance, use the fob to open the gate, then walk past the gate and around the parkade back to my parked car to get something. Once again, I had to repeat the same walk/same steps the following morning to open the garage door (closest to the apartment) in order to let my companions into the garage with our luggage to my car. While it was convenient to park near the door closest to the apartment entrance, it was inconvenient to not be able to take the same shortcut back down to the car.
I would stay again. I do wish the price of the cleaning fee was not so expensive, $220, though, as we only stayed there from 8 pm until 10 am.
Overall, it was cozy to stay there and felt home-like. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed.
I also liked the location as it is very close to the grocery store.

- Maureen (5/5): Passable - Master bed was very comfortable.
The location was great , very close to Tim Hortons. Ya !!!!
Parking was underground and very close. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable, and very old. the recliner closest to the fireplace was very broken.
No instructions on how to turn fireplace on.
The espresso coffee machine had no instructions, and wasn't clean.
The shower was very small.
No screens on the windows
Personal items ( xmas tree)
Should have been put away.
Lamp in master bedroom had lamp shade broken.
- Chloe (2/5): I would reccomend staying anywhere else. - Location was good. Pretty much everything other than the location was disappointing. Stove and microwave was broken, handles are falling off things, and it was dirty.
- Will (7/5): Good -
- Catherine (7/5): Good - Location There was some confusion with keys to access the door to stairwell from car park. The keys were not where they should have been. You couldn't access the balcony as only one chair. Needs alot of maintenance. No supplies of tea or coffee. Expected more for the price we paid. This unit backs on to the main highway so there is alot of traffic noise all through the night.

- Dewis (7/5): Good - Location was excellent Prepay arrangements for the room was a nightmare. Host emailed to request payment information and this was sent 3 times via email and no response from the host. We were not able to check in at correct time as we had no information. Phone number for host did not work and she was not replying to emails. Without support from another holiday company allowing us to use their phones to trace this company down we would have had access to the check in information. This dramatically reduced our time in whistler as it took over 2 hours to get hold of this host. Not happy.
- Vicky (6/5): Whistler is a great place to visit and the apartment was ideally placed to be able to get about. - Great location. Comfortable beds & good swimming pool. Upstairs was a good space and great to have a tv in the lounge & master bedroom. Kitchen equipment sparse. Not enough bowls, cups, glasses or spoons so we had to keep washing them up. Decour dated although comfortable.
- Penny (8/5): Very good -
- Corneliu (8/5): Very good -
- Brett (7/5): 3.5 star residence. Anticipated this. - Clean, close to bus stop. Relatively close to village centre. Supermarket nearby. The fold out bed was atrocious. They advertise as 6 berth. You wouldn’t want a young child by him/herself utilising that fold out bed, let alone 2x adults sharing it . Extremely UNCOMFORTABLE.
Electric cooker controls/ knobs broken.
Shower downstairs - doesn’t drain at a fast enough rate ; shower base fills with water. Apartment clean, however indicative of a building approximately 30 years old. Apartment has main road behind it - noisy traffic early in morning.
- Kevin (1/5): See above. - It was in Whistler The unit was dirty from the previous occupants. Also, the process of being relocated to another property was excessively complicated, and the new location was poorly indicated, causing inconvenience and frustration.
Furthermore, the new unit they offered has mole in the main bath tube. Very disgusting, not heathy and not sanitary!
All this headache and inconvenience is not worth the $50 that they offered and that has not been done yet.
I believe that the issues I encountered during my stay are not in line with the standards of quality and service of Booking.com promises to its customers.
This recent incident has left me dissatisfied and disappointed.
I trust that Bookings.com values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to address my concerns promptly to this unpleasant experience!
- Eoin (7/5): The place is basic, but perfect for the price. Plus very helpful people, crazy quick to reply. -
- Anshu (1/5): Pathetic - Nothing really! This was the worst experience ever. I had to wait 30mins outside on a call in winter to get keys as apparently they forgot or didn't get my card details. Then they gave a door code which didn't work, so another 30 mins of waiting outside with family when it was snowing. We had booked for 6 folks but realized the sofa bed didn't have any fresh bedding or duvet. Bathroom didn't have basic toiletry, shower gels etc. Place was stinky. Super bad experience with everything. After calling for bed sheets, was told they can't provide anything as it was late and no apology either. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Only saving grace was its location which was convenient but this is just not worth the hassle it gave me. We checked out next day itself, horrible, just horrible experience. EVERYTHING
- Anonymous (8/5): Need to replace carpets - Closed to village Old building, it smells the carpet.
- Donna (7/5): Good -
- Raphael (8/5): Very good -
- Gurch (3/5): Poor - no response back on request no parking fob had to find other parking
- Marc (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jennifer (4/5): Stay at a hotel for proper hospitality and smooth logistics. - Cleaning staff was sent by property manager and was helpful to rectify problems. Got relocated from original unit to a unit 500m away after already unpacking and hauling our bags to the door with screaming twins in the car. New unit was missing garage fob and property manager didn’t have a spare. From arrival to settling in took 2.5hrs. Horrible and unorganized.
- Susan (10/5): welcoming cozy location at Whistler. - the location is absolutely perfect. once we parked the car we didn’t use it again till we left . you can walk to everything. nothing …
- Pat (4/5): Disappointing -
