- Brian (8/5): Very good -
- Tracy (1/5): DONT GO DONT WASTE MONEY - Management / Owner Unprofessional intoxicated abusing tenants subject you to abuse violen - Only the maintenance manager Patric who works so hard but is under daily abuse and I witnessed awful shouting racist slavery against him and at the end of my stay the unprofessional owner abusing all the tenants there aggressive violence threats to get our keys and kick everyone onto the streets at 10pm at night - the landlord goes in shouting also it’s not a pleasant accommodation very toxic dangerous situations no privacy be warned Unprofessional landlord & owner- I was subject to aggressive abuse and violence from the women owner 10pm at night for no reason she went to abuse the lovely polish maintenance man Patric and sack him in front of all guests drunk & obviously on drugs to and then the following morning she aggressively charged back in again were I had to get 999 to come and protect me & my young child and dog - DO NOT GO AWFUL ACCOMMODATION you are not safe!!

- Zeshan (10/5): Very Good and will definitely be back. - Everything. The homely feel to the legend of a guy Phil. He is 1 of those kind who you can ask anything and he will sort it out.
I initially went for 3 nights and ended up staying for near enough 3 months. a very homely feel to it.
But again, if there were any problems, Phil always sorted it out and then some. A legend of a guy and a very very nice human. Not really much to not like as whatever the problem, it was always resolved.
- Andrew959 (5/5): Passable - Noisy in the room next to me 2 Asians staying in the room kept me up with the constant loud chat left just after midnight to return @ 5am and ruined my stay here
- Tanesha (1/5): Disgusting - No smoke alarms in the room
No lightbulb in the room
Room absolutely stunk of stale horrible fag smoke baring in mind I do smoke my self, disgusting smell.
No tv remote which I was not bothered about as I had to pay for the remote to connect and get the tv actually on
The man on the phone was fine and the man that come down to let us in as the lock was not working but the woman who said she owns the place with the blonde hair was intoxicated by the looks and sounds of it as she was very very abusive disgusting and very very not happy avoid at all cost!! Not happy at all!! Do not stay here!!
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay, home from home feel with good facilities. Very secure with cameras all around the property. The Host was welcoming & attentive.
Not too far from amenities & park near by. Was nothing I didn't like.
- Egbaligha (7/5): It was memorable - Flexibility and dependability Not too tidy surroundings
- Sienna (1/5): Shocking - the staff are rude and the property is down a dogey little side alley room wasn’t even cleaned when we got there and the bed was unmade and it looked like (cum) on the head board and a empty tic tac box on the floor stayed less than a hour was shocking and the stairs are so steep for anyone and there’s damp everywhere (walls are also super thin) key wasn’t even in lock box when I got there had to ask another person who was staying there to let us In
then the bathrooms are absolutely filthy
When I asked for a refund as wasn’t even there 2 hours and was a shit tip was given abuse will be going through my bank now for a refund and be contacting trading standards

- Elizabeth (3/5): Poor -
- Nazir (1/5): Stay away from this place. Perfect for drugies to love there - Nothing It’s a horrible place to live.. live mold and the owner scams the guests that stay there.. bathroom didn’t even have soap in them.. really bad smell
- Richard (4/5): Disappointing - it was a good location for the football ground . the driveway is extremely dangerous nearly fell down two sink holes at night not good all. the property did not feel safe will definitely not be going back.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craven (3/5): Poor - Margaret was lovely and very welcoming. The location was what I expected, but old beds dumped down the side of the alley plus bin bags right on the entrance, not a great first impression. We had been put in the overflow next door, and it literally felt like someone's spare room. I slept on top of the covers as really didn't want to get into bed or walk on the carpet.
We visited for party in the park and to be honest even for the cheap price we paid we could have travelled back to Liverpool and stayed in one of our regular hotels. What is offered is a good idea but needs that extra tlc..
Again Margaret was lovely. .
- Kershaw (10/5): Very happy -
- Kumar (7/5): Good -
- Farajlaki (1/5): No - Nothing So dirty
- Marashe (7/5): Good -
- Brigita (1/5): Didn't stay - Staff offered to help with bags. It took us about 40 min - 1 h to find the place. They didn't have a type of room we have ordered available. Room we saw looked small, I don't think I saw a window there and bed was tiny
- Lynne (7/5): Ok for an overnight - Location, easy walk to town, functional, having a TV and ability to make tea/coffee in the room was appreciated. If it had been a longer stay the kitchen and lounge would have been useful The room we stayed in only had a sky light, so could not be opened and next to the kitchen. There was no air flow, so was uncomfortable to sleep. One of the other residents (I think) decided to use the micro wave in the middle of the night, the noise of the constant beeping was extremely disturbing.
- Frank (6/5): looked and felt like student accom - no towels in the room or shared bathroom ...pretty dirty
- Georgia (2/5): would not come back - good location the bed had someone else’s dirty underwear in it when we went to get into bed.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (2/5): I did not stay due to the state of the apartments and area. - Upon arrival there was an old mattress dumped outside the property. Access was via an alley way which was very uneven. There was no light coming on in the hall and the stairs were very steep which I am sure do not conform to building regulations. They were also very short in depth and narrow. The bedroom had a sky light which was noisy from the rain. Upon returning to the apartment the door was unlocked meaning anyone could get in so I did not feel safe.
- Eniola (9/5): Superb -
- Enam (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Natasha (1/5): Nightmare and still not over - Nothing. These are not apartments, it’s a room within a house! From start to finish this property was a nightmare and still not over. On arrival we couldn’t even get the front door open, a woman who doesn’t speak English then opened the front door from inside and just stood there not saying a word. We walked up the “stairs” if you could call it that as she directed. The stairs were all ripped apart, walls falling apart and paint coming off. Very strong smell all throughout the property. Got to room 3 which the lock doesn’t work, small room with small double bed and only 1 cup in the room so assume you’d had to share. Everything felt dirty after walking through the grubby entrance though so didn’t want to touch anything. We decided promptly we couldn’t stay. Tried to exit through the front door we just came in but it wouldn’t open, no key hole on the inside of the door, tried turning the lock each way multiple times and had to shout for someone to help. The other guest had no idea how the front door opened either so this is when we started to panic and thought we’d been trapped in a murder house, that’s honestly how it felt. Luckily another man staying heard me crying and advised us where the fire exit was as I was panicking that much. After this I contacted the property to receive a refund and still haven’t. I have never been to a worse property. The photos look nothing like it, definitely not as advertised! Everything. Wouldn’t advise you stay here.
- Sparky (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing Amazing
- Aditya (1/5): This stay is a scam. Don't fall into this. Worst experience ever. - Nothing.
The place was super smelly and suffocating. We immediately left from there and booked another hotel and paid again for it. There was no one at the facility to listen, neither did anyone receive my call. The next day when I was at another hotel, the manager picked up & said we are sorry for this, we will refund the amount. BUT, he stopped picking my calls and didn't reply any of my messages or emails after that. Worst experience ever. The place ia literally very very dirty and not breathable. Very suffocating. I even clicked pictures of the lumps of fungus in the room. Everything above. Worst experience ever.

- Reginald (9/5): My stay at this property was excellent. The staff made it simple to find my room and keys, which was much appreciated. T - I recently stayed overnight at this property and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, making it easy to locate my room and keys. The environment was neat and very conducive, providing a comfortable stay. The furniture was top-notch, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommended! I loved every bit of the property. I’m definitely coming back there on my next trip to Preston
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (10/5): Not disappointed and fully enjoyed my stay - Clean, pleasant accommodation with great facilities inc full use of a fully equipped kitchen and large screen tv. Stayed 3 nights for a local festival and will be staying again. Fully recommend 👍👍 Nothing
- Paul (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the location we were visiting, easy access and all the facilities we needed. The bed was a little small for someone use to a king, also not use to sharing accommodation with people we did not know (at first)
- Adeyinka (6/5): Pleasant - The place is very ok No communication after booking . I had to call repeatedly and the house number not on the booking site. After a while got a call back and everything was OK after that.
- Imran (8/5): Very good -
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy with a kitchen equipped with the usual and a washing machine which is a bonus if needed.
Check in is easy via a key code box on wall.
Plenty of free parking around and a really nice park 2 minutes walk.
I met Danny, he's the manager and a friendly and helpful person who keeps the place running smoothly and made me feel very welcome.
I'd definitely stay again. Nothing
- Abdul (8/5): Good - Locai Stairs
- Graham (5/5): It was okay - The place was okay . I thought it was actual apartments that I booked but the bed wasn’t the bed I had springs in my back all night and was not comfy at all The beds needs changing
- Bethan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phil (10/5): Great alternative to a Premier Inn on a budget. - Prior to checking in my wife received full instructions via text message,
With location and all other information,
It was Easy access & the self check-in service was great, fast WiFi, Netflix in our room and in the lounge all pre paid,
clean and tidy building throughout, there was a friendly manager called Dan who met my wife 30 mins after we had landed in the communal area,
The kitchen and lounge areas are clean and well equipped, ( well as best as they could be )
bathrooms were stocked up, but we would suggest brining your own shampoo.
after reading the reviews we where a little unsure about booking, but for the price we couldn’t fault it
We will be back,
Thanks again & Great budget accommodation As it’s a shared apartment complex unfortunately you do see other people in the main building areas, but once in your room it’s very private and quiet.
- Amanda (4/5): Disappointing - Arrived at dusk
Raining freezing cold - solo traveller woman. The lock box had no keys in it. So I had no access which is down an alley. Would not be happy turning up here at night. Had to wait 40 mins before staff picked up the phone. I've tried several times to get a sensible answer regarding a solution to the situation such as an emergency access key but my concerns have been blithely batted to one side with abdication of responsibility by staff. Yes other guests do dumb stuff like taking the keys but it's the accomodation responsibility to plan for this sort of situation. Your business your responsibility. All very well being told by a man - oh you only waited......minutes - totally dismissive and zero insight to what its like as a lone woman stuck outside down a creepy alley in an obviously vulnerable position. Not good enough. Dismissive. Bed linen needs replacing as its old and threadbare. Sorry guys but travellers need.to be honest.
- Shafaq (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel address is good, a good place to stay. During 7 days, no one asked me about the room cleanliness, about the garbage or trash.
I booked for tow adults (friends), for two adults the room was very small, when we wanted to change the room, the reception asked us for extra charges. So, my friend left the room after two nights and that was very bad for the hotel which we booked for two adults.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - The place was very clean and is fairly close to the town centre. The people working there were incredibly friendly and helpful, it was a very pleasant stay!
- Michna (10/5): krotki pobyt - peace....nice behavior of the manager who takes care of order and silence. 🙂
- Christian (7/5): It was OK for a day - I liked that the room was clean and there were towels waiting for me There were no forks. Someone had left the radiator on so when I got there it was steaming hot in the room and no window to open. The location was hard to find on the dark I walked around fir 25 minutes looking for it.
- Liam (5/5): Passable -
- Kehinde (4/5): Disappointing -
- Vijaya (2/5): Very poor -
- Connor (9/5): Superb -
- Theodora (8/5): enjoyable and comfortable! i would stay again - i liked how the rooms were all different and how the area was quiet, the privacy of the bathrooms was good too! it was unclean but i feel like that was due to the other residents, it was also a little difficult to find
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Sean (10/5): It did thejob admirably. Loved my room 4 - Your man Danny was sound as a pound
- Long (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tobin (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Excellent customer service from Danny. Can’t fault
- Smith (10/5): Exceptional - Moor parks apartment was a lovely stay for a few days i was greated by dan the manager at Moor park he was very nice and helpfull he showed me around the apartment my room was lovely and clean and dan gave me his mobile number and said do not hesitate to contact me if i needed anything, will be coming back again great place great price
- Harris (8/5): Very good -
- Max (1/5): Don't stay here - The towels and throw provided had stains on them, there was other people staying there openly doing drugs and smoking inside, my room was left open before my arrival and keys just left in the door, really didn't feel safe or secure at any time, glasses left outside the front door, TV didn't work, chair in the room was damp and smelt of cannabis, no tea or coffee provided but said it was on booking.com, all round terrible experience, felt more like hostel then an apartment to stay in. The one good thing was the gentleman living at number 1 who was very nice and welcoming - he was attentive in showing us where the kitchen was (we didn't use it), he was cleaning up after other guests, giving his own food to another guest who was doing drugs
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrick (10/5): Love it great value for the money. - Was impressed total value for money, no complaints or issues whatsoever. Clean, warm,Phil was very accommodating and polite.
- Simran (8/5): Very good -
- Henry (1/5): Bad -
- Brian (8/5): Nice cheap alternative to Travelodge and Premier Inn -
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - Almost everything. The floors were creaking and the bedroom walls were thin.
- Olotu (8/5): Very good -
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional - Phil and his staff were lovely and accommodating allowing me to arrive before check in time so I could sleep after working a night shift before the event I was in town for. They helped with taxi/uber numbers and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend and stay here again if I had another event to attend. Thanks again. Zoe :)
