- Anna Lisa de Zambotti (1/5): - Nulla, perché purtroppo non ci hanno fatto soggiornare nonostante la regolare prenotazione. Arriviamo a Managua dopo dieci ore di autobus dalla costa di Bluefields. Non ci fanno accedere alla struttura nonostante abbia una regolare prenotazione. Dovevamo partire la notte dalla stazione dei bus, per quello abbiamo prenotato la vicina struttura. Siamo dovute rimanere all'interno della stazione tutta la notte aspettando il bus. Stiamo ancora aspettando spiegazioni e spero un risarcimento. Sono in contatto con l'assistenza clienti che spero potrà aiutarmi.

- Lara (9/5): - The people are very friendly and i booked and checked in within 30 the same minutes (i had an unexpected cancellation elsewhere near) and they accomodated for that without problems. The area doesn't offer much and you will feel out of place and overcautious (hopefully) to be a tourist there but i think it's like that for most of managua if not all 😅

- AnissaExpat (6/5): Great room if you are just needing a place to stay before catching TicaBus. - The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were good! Loved the AC! And loved the proximity to the TicaBus terminal. The bathroom is REALLY narrow. So much so, i had to use the toilet sitting sideways. The walls were peeling above the bed and in the shower.

- Oleg (8/5): Eclectic place - It’s a very interesting place full of paintings and real wood what appeared like 19th century furniture. Never been to a hotel like this. Great breakfast. Friendly Staff. All good except there were two large water bugs/cockroaches one was dead the other I executed. No big deal, worth a stay just for the experience of the place
