• Julie (3/5): Poor very poor heating & damp on a morning - Nothing The heaters didnt warm the property it was damp the widows have failed hence after the 1st night we both snded up with flu / chest infectiins

• James (8/5): Cozy little place which makes for a good base of operations to travel around the Skegness coast. - Property had functional facilities, including toiletries, kitchen, and tv. Even has board games for families but I didn’t use them. Good location, plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways, and a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. Also very close to public transport, only half an hour to Skegness. No provided towels both for bathroom and kitchen, so make sure you bring your own, or there’s a convenience store down the road.

• Maryam (5/5): Passable - The carven was near to everything so the shop was near, the beach was near. The owner was really nice and helps a lot. The beds was not comfortable and the caravan was not that clean , Also the bad thing about it was the TV didn’t had youtube or Netflix all the time we had to put a CD to see boring movies

• Parry (6/5): 2 night stay - Location Broke down double glazing. Not great access to the bedroom as bed was in front of the door and about 5 inches to get in.
• Louise (10/5): I took my 2 teen lads with me and they are not easy to impress but they had a good time - Shops , pubs , bingo . Beach .. what more could you ask for ! Weather lol
• Kerrigan (9/5): Superb - I liked how the caravan was easy to find and close to arcades and shops and I could park outside the caravan The parking outside the caravan was great the only problem was is that it was a very tight squeeze to get my car in to park the sensors in my car was going crazy eveytime I reversed in or out I did see other people struggle with their cars too getting in and out for their caravans too

• Tracey (4/5): Old dated Smelly Dog in in. - Plenty of places to get something to eat close by and the site was quiet The caravan is very old and dated. As soon as I opened the door I was met with a very overpowering smell of Dog the whole van smelt of dog. There was no iron or ironing board no scissors in the kitchen drawer. The seat cushions were so uncomfortable we had to take the pillows off the bed and sit on these this was after I had sprayed the whole place with Fabreeze to get Rid of the smell of Dog. The Blinds up all of the windows are broken so some we could close but then couldn't open them or they were missing the winders to open them. I did use the vacuum (big mistake) There's that dog smell again!!! The Sugar and Coffee canisters in the cupboard have got stale hard sugar and coffee still in them. I do believe I left the caravan cleaner than I found it not the best £200 I have spent my poor granddaughter has spent the whole 3 days coughing and sneezing 🤧 I would avoid if I were you. I have used 2 Bottles of Fabreeze over the 3 days so if you are the next guests I have left you a bottle under the kitchen sink along with an air freshener

• Levi (7/5): Good place to stay for a couple nights but need the plug sockets sorting. - Private check-in and check-out, property was clean and comfy, good location Faulty plug sockets so couldn’t use the TV or dvd player. Electrical noises when plugged in. Fireplace does not work so there was an electrical heater to keep it warm.
