• Mohammed Riaz (10/5): - Hele goede appartement. Perfecte locatie in het centrum. Hele aardige mensen die voor alles klaar stonden. Voor de volgende keer weer dit appartement nemen als we naar Durrës gaan.
• Julia (10/5): Geweldig! - Top locatie! 10 minuten van het strand, waar je zo heen loopt. Supermarkt om de hoek, met ook wat restaurantjes. Dit appartementje is ons zeker bevallen, fijn contact met de eigenaar. Het is super hygiënisch schoon, en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Al met al top! Het was voor ons omdat we lopend waren wel even zoeken, maar door veel vragen zijn we er gekomen. Als tip aan de lezers, het is dicht bij de (oude) bibliotheek. En supermarkt: al discount. -

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the pictures. What really stood out to us was how accommodating the owners were. Even when we accidentally took the key home with us, they were incredibly understanding and kindly came to collect it—such lovely people! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again. Nothing!

All the amenities already in the apartment withour extra charge Ilir was really helpful and always ready to give us all the information. i would recommend this place everytime

• Klaudia (9/5): I would recommend to come here after the renovations are finished. - We liked the whole appartment, it had everything you might need. The host was friendly and helpful. As there was a reconstruction next door, it woke us up and also we couldn´t open any windows as the dust was coming in. It was also quite difficult to find it. The parking was also a problem. GPS send you to route that is not for vehicles only for walking. It took us a long time to find it.

The host even helped us with thw parking. Everything was in walking distance. The parking and the traffic are terible in Albania, but we did found a parking space in front of the house… if do not want to leave it on the street there are some private parkings around.

IT - Stable & high speed WiFi connection, coverage on all rooms. - Many choice of TV channel, Netflix.

The house was very luxurious and spacious with a modern style, providing a comfortable and stylish accomodation with all necessary amenities. The smooth self-check-in process and the host's helpfulness, despite not meeting in person, added to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend Casa Topia to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Durres, a true gem in every aspect! Will definitely return!
