• Micol (4/5): Deludente - Buona posizione Nessuna informazione su come effettuare il check-in, ho dovuto chiamare il telefono indicato per chiedere chiarimenti. Il ragazzo ha tardato rispetto l'orario concordato per portare le chiavi, e l'appartamento era ancora interessato dalle pulizie. Non era presente carta igienica in bagno. Vicini molto rumorosi
• Christine (1/5): Would not recommend as place too loud and too many problems with the listed amenities not working/provided - Was close to the train station and staff let us check in at 7:30pm Oven and washing machine not working which was the main reason we booked here, no toilet paper provided, no wifi. Bathroom sink not draining for hours. Air conditioning making loud clicking noise at times during the night and leaking water when turned off, creating a big puddle on floor. Surrounding very loud and steep and windy steps which is hard if you have big luggage as will scrap against the wall. Could hear neighbours shouting, door bells ringing, music playing and children running around up until midnight. Right side of bed very creaky and socket at bedside not working. Many cockroaches coming in at night which needs some sort of cockroach killing bait. Messaged host about above - he said that he would come and check the sink and washing machine but never did/never followed up again. Said that toilet paper was provided but never provided any when mentioned we had none. He said that on the booking it is noted there is no wifi however when rechecking the listing it says that there is wifi provided for free. Never replied again after listing some of the problems above Check out is at 10am NOT 11am as advertised on booking.com Would NOT recommend going here!!

• Anne (8/5): Excellent location - ideal for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum. - Fantastic location especially if visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum by train. Property is just a few minutes away from Porto Nolano. Also easy walking distance away from the central station. It's a small apartment in a very typical Naples side street. The WiFi was good! The stairs up to the apartment are very steep - not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues would have problems.

• Karolina (7/5): Flat with good location - The flat had really good location, close to many places and centre. Many shops around and nice fish/veggie market. Flat was clean and bed was comfy Washing machine doesn’t work, we wanted to make laundry and we really counted for it. After reporting it, The owner didn’t do anything to fix it. There is a kitchen but there is not many things to cook. No cutting board, no sponge to clean dishes. There are small things which could be improved to make staying better

• Icav (6/5): Have a closer look before booking... - The property is situated in a multi-national neighborhood, close to the city’ center, shops & restaurants. The property is freshly painted and clean. There is also a washing machine which we used to refresh the towels (considering a 4-nights stay in self-catering). The communication with hosts worked very well (given the experience with Amalia, she was kind to bring us an iron upon request and gave us some advises for what to see/eat in Naples. ) It’s a freshly painted and decorated apartment in a very old building so do have your expectations aligned with the followings: The entrance in the building and the staircase is very narrow (a medium/large-size luggage doesn’t fit). It is also important to check if all the travellers can go-up by stairs since there is no elevator. Overall, the apartment facilities (bathroom & kitchenette) are partially functional, expect issues with the WC/shower drains in the bathroom and do not rely to much on cooking facilities (stove malfunctioning, not enough pots/pans for this). Also, the neighborhood is very crowded and the noise comes from everywhere (the next door neighbor, the street etc.) until very late (3 o clock in the morning). It might look unsafe especially during the night.
• Tommy_w_74 (7/5): Nice interior in genuine Naples... - Fairly central and nice style. The location was in a seedy part of the city, the electricity and toilet didn't work properly. No smoke detector, extinguisher or fire escape. Noisy.
• Hila (3/5): Poor - It was close to town but dirty due to being in market! Entry was difficult, stairs were steep, narrow and many. Area dirty. Unable to bring case in due to steepness. Broken roller shutter, no electrical sockets in bedroom, only one socket for whole apartment worked so unable to recharge phones and computer. Host brought extra cable to enable us to charge but unable to fix. No kettle until Host brought one. Security locks were not the best. Adjacent neighbour noisy due to doorbell constantly ringing and visitors.

• Maitha (10/5): Exceptional - the staff were extraordinarily helpful, the place was clean with wifi and a kitchen. There are local markets, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, trains and bus stations within walking distance. 100/10 💖💖

• Hamilton (10/5): 10/10 stay - From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left everything went smoothly. Our host met us to welcome us to the property and show us around. The apartment had amazing facilities (comfy bed, washing machine, cooker, large tv, balcony and beautiful decor),it was spacious, clean and right in the heart of the centre, the perfect location with a shop/coffee shops/ restaurants within a two minute walk. Our host messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we was ok and to see if we needed anything & arranged our transfer back to the airport. Casa nanne was perfect value for money, and we had a brilliant stay.
