- Nahi (1/5): Terrible - The kitchen was fine The property was not available when we arrived and the staff told us it's not available rooms bcs they have another peoples in our room"which is not our problem " because we booked before 3 weeks. andThey offer us another place to stay which is far from where we want to stay but he told us atleast "we will get place to sleep" which is awkward for us which leads us to unexpected expenses. He just asked for apology but it doesn't make sense. Finally we have to accept the offer. And also the rooms was not cleaned enough full bin bag in the living room and dirty duvet case and pillow case was stinky. Overall we are unsatisfied with the property and the staff. Try to avoid theem. 100%.

Cost £50 but had no facilities to equate to this price could get a whole flat for £10 morr

- Aaron (9/5): Lovely clean and quiet place 20 minutes stroll to centre of M'boro - Lovely comfortable room and bed, quiet location - just right for revising for my exam. Very clean place. 20 minutes walk to the centre of Middlesbrough or Riverside Ind estate - Tesco express 5 minutes stroll away A couple more cups would`ve been nice - 2 isn`t enough should there be a few people there (or ones already being used for something) and I didnt pack my own ;0)
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Emmanuel (9/5): Superb -
- Geoff (7/5): Clean , comfortable and convenient for Town Centre - Room clean and comfortable.as was bathroom. Tea and coffee available in kitchen but some powdered milk would have been a bonus Booked this room online but on arrival lady on intercom told me to take the red key from outside keybox. The four rooms had numbered keys and daft names on the doors but no numbers on the doors. Two Chinese gentlemen were in the Adorable Room with a written confirmation like mine for that room. We had to try the key in two other doors the second of which opened it.
