• Kira (6/5): Great location, it’s on the third floor with no elevators so if you packed light and don’t mind it’S perfect stay - Location nice decor Complicated check in ; toilet paper wasn’t there when we arrived but they brought it the next day after we purchased
• Marnie (4/5): Too expensive. Key collection NOT in Portofino. Do not recommend - * Location is amazing. It’s in an alley and when you step out and look right, you can see the water. 30second walk and you are in the harbour * It was clean, decent size of bed. There was a coffee machine and kettle but we didn’t use them * Little shop 1 door down from apartment * Little café that was less expensive in the alley next to us * Hosts were responsive by WhatsApp Cons: * €40 taxi between key collection and apartment * TV is purely Italian TV. No Netflix/Prime and you can’t stream to it from your phone * The bed has a wooden frame that comes up the sides/end and is very uncomfortable if you sit on the edge or if you are tall you will kick the wood at the end when you sleep * Shower - water pressure is awful. Trickles out, you would be in there for hours washing hair! * Bath - ran a bath which took ages and ran out of hot water after it maybe filled up 1 inch * €300 deposit is still pending on my credit card 1 week after checking out regardless of the multiple requests/demands for them to cancel it
• Haneen (7/5): Living the Italian dream. - It was very easily self service accessible. The location of this lovely apartment is minutes from the center of Portofino. I would just suggest you to add some slippers/ tissue box/ and bottles of water per guest, as these are the minimum requirements for a clean hospital stay.
• Gabrielle (6/5): Pleasant - Great location in Portofino The aircon needs to be cleaned, it gave us serve hay fever and even when on it doesn’t go that cold, the shower was boiling hot the whole time, we had no access to cold water, the shower head had fallen off and the bed felt like sleeping on a wooden plank.
• Angela (10/5): Exceptional - I love all in this holiday. The position, location. The property was cute. I loved all. It was all fine.
• Ron (10/5): Excellent. Great location! - Nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very easy to communicate and responsive! We liked it and would stay again if we ever return to Portofino! We knew before we booked that there would be a few stairs to the apartment. It was not a problem for us, but, if you have some mobility issues and/or have a lot of large/heavy luggage it could be a problem.
