• Vilmantas (1/5): - The location was ok Terrible experience. The owner did not inform us about the procedure for getting into the room. Before arriving at the apartment, we tried to contact him. He gave us a location, but when we arrived, nobody was there. He simply sent a message saying he could come after an hour. We arrived on time and had not requested early or late check-in. And the apartment itself — well, it needs to be cleaned.

• Stefano (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a strategic location - We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean apartment. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; he welcomed us in person, and it was a pleasant surprise to find out that he speaks Italian. Having free parking included was a huge plus for us, and basic amenities like soap and shampoo were nicely provided. While we had a very positive overall experience, there are a few minor details that could be optimized. The building itself is a bit on the older side, though the apartment inside is lovely. Since we were a group of three, we found the number of towels a bit lacking, and there was only one roll of toilet paper available. Also, we had to set up and make the third bed ourselves when we arrived. Finally, as a small suggestion, leaving a cold bottle of water in the fridge would be a lovely and much-appreciated gesture for arriving guests.

Appartamento molto pulito, attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente di una casa e i proprietari molto disponibili. PS: Il parcheggio a Durazzo e fondamentale, e l'appartamento dispone anche di questo. Perciò un 10 meritatissimo

Eventueel parkeer gelegenheid De keuken voelde iet wat vettig aan en ondanks dat het lijkt of het strand dichtbij is, is dat toch nog best ver. (Ook is het geen mooi strand, maar dat kun je eigenlijk de host niet aanrekenen).
• Marisa Uberti (9/5): Esperienza positiva - Vicinanza a tutto: al porto marittimo,, al lungomare, alla città vecchia (di fronte alle mura) e a quella nuova, ai monumenti più importanti, negozi, bar,, ristoranti e supermercati. Stanze spaziose, un balcone panoramico, aria condizionata (mai usata perché il clima era ok), possibilità di pagare in struttura. Host disponibile. Cucina completa di piastra elettrica, forno a microonde, frigo e freezer, bollitore, macchina per il caffè. Bagno con lavatrice, bidet presente, doccia ok. Ci sono zanzariere a tutte le finestre e fili esterni per stendere il.bucato. Lo stabile dove si trova l'appartamento non sembra tenuto benissimo ma l'appartamento (che si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore) è ristrutturato e moderno. Il parcheggio c'è, in strada, se si trova libero. Sennò bisogna fare un po' di salita per trovarlo. Suggeriamo all'host di mettere un tavolino sul balcone per poter pranzare o cenare con vista sui monumenti. Sarebbe un valore aggiunto!

Very good location ,walking distance from all the cafes, shops and the beach Not an issue if you don't have babies but the building is old so there is no elevator. For us with babies and strollers was a bit of a problem to climb to the third floor.

Flat is spacious, balcony rather small but with a view of the old city walls While the flat seems to have been renovated not too long ago and everything was decently clean the building is rather run down and the furniture is worn and not cozy

The apartment is located a few metres away from the sea, opening the view on the port and the wall of Durres Castle simultaneously. By staying at Lukas apartments, you get a combination of pleasure from the sea view, port view and access to the centre in just a minute or two. Also, we are very grateful to the hosts who responded very professionally and put in a great effort to resolve any issues. They are very welcoming, really friendly and make you feel at home. A must stay for those of you coming to the spectacular and fantastic city of Durres, the pearl of the Adriatic.

• Nigel (9/5): Superb - Very well-equipped, very clean and spacious apartment. Near town square, Roman amphitheatre, Venetian fortress, beach, shops, lots of restaurants. Helpful owner who checked everything was OK. A bit of a wait to gain access due to a problem.with messages. But owner gave us a lovely bottle of wine in recompense for our wait. Found it was a bus ride away from Durres beach for swimming but bus journeys only cost 40 Leke and you can't be near everything!
• Prableen (6/5): Good size and location - The size of the apartment was big and they provided alot of towels and toiletries We had an issue with water on the property but the owner quickly resolved it in 30 minutes after we spoke to him, but the morning we ended up having cold water half way through showering so it was not perfectly sorted. Had to shower quickly. It could have been cleaner and the place did not have a lift which was not ideal with suitcases.

• Brigid (7/5): Very nice location - Comfortable bed and decent kitchen. Nice balcony too but no chairs to sit on. Why not? Convenient location with a petty view of park area directly opposite. If Using google maps take directions to Venetian tower and wait there for hosts. Following directions will take you sweatily up the hill to completely the wrong place. We moved kitchen formal dining chairs so we could sit on the balcony. They were too uncomfortable to use for long. I scalded myself twice on hot water from the kitchen tap.
• Jieqi (10/5): Lovely room in city center. - Great location with free parking. Large room with everything you need. Soap, shampoo, enough toilet rolls. Just feel like a home. Nothing. It's on the 4th floor in a building with no lift but we are fine with this. The host was happy to help with bring the luggage upstairs.

• Rani (9/5): Superb - This is a hidden gem. The apartment is really spacious and has everything you could ever want in terms of equipment. More of a home from home. It is located near to the beach, the promenade and shops. The Venetian fortress/ Castle is just opposite and there is a large college on the same road. The family who own it are lovely. They are extremely helpful and will go out if their way to assist in any way they can. Highly recommend. The apartment is located on the Third floor which may not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

• Kamil (10/5): Spacious, well finished and with good location apartment. - The apartment has a very convenient layout, all rooms are separate including the kitchen. Everything works as expected. There is an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a regular oven, and a big fridge in the kitchen, of course, a complete set of dishes and pots is available and a table with four chairs. The bedroom and living room have separate AC units. The living room is spacious with two couches and two armchairs, two coffee tables, and a TV. The bed in the bedroom is clean and fresh with good quality linens. In the bathroom, there is a laundry machine equipped with detergents and fresh towels. Additional linens and towels are available in the bedroom. The Internet is good enough to use it for work and teleconferencing. The safety of the apartment is increased by additional steel doors located on the apartment floor on the staircase. The apartment location is very convenient, right next to Albanian College Durres, so there are 3 mins walk to Vollga, 2 mins to Bulevardi Epidamn, and 12 mins walk to Bus Station. The owner is very communicative, responds immediately, and is very helpful. I hope this opinion helps you to make the right selection and to the owner to keep a high standard and continuously improve it.
