• chantell (9/5): - The apartment was perfect for the price and overnight stay the hosts were flexible with check in and check out time letting us check out an hour later. Very good communication and kept checking in on us The outside was loud at times but that may just be what the location is like all the time

• Mohammad Putra (8/5): Great location! - Very sizable, lots of room to move around. Location was great in the northern quarters. Close to all the good restaurants and shops nearby. As we stayed here over November, Xmas market was on and it's a short 5 min walk away. There is also a Sunday market next door which was a pleasant surprise. Pub in front of the building was also nice and very lively. No in building parking which was fine, the suggested parking spot was a bit dodgy however so I would advice for people to double check their car if they are parked there and staying here for a long time (we only parked there for a couple of days). Being in front of a pub, over the weekend it can get pretty noisy until late houes but we quite like it (not sure about others). Note also that the bed was a bit too soft (i.e. no support) which can bother some people.

• Arooj (10/5): Really nice stay and they accommodate really well - Airy and light apartment with Modern decor yet they have kept some of the original architecture from the past which is beautiful The shower needs a heavy hand and I couldn’t work out the heating, I should have contacted the property but didn’t want to trouble them

• Edwina (10/5): Great location and lovely apartment. - It was a great location for my work trip, easy to walk to shops, cafes. It's in the heart of the Northern Quarter so really unique and vibrant area. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all the things you need like ironing board, microwave etc. The hosts' communication was excellent throughout. We had a mix up with parking as booking.com's auto generated summary of the property said there was parking, but actually it's a 3-4 min walk to a public car park and the hosts were really good about communicating this to me.

The location is excellent with pubs, chip shop, cafes, live music venue and more all on the doorstep. Take earplugs though! Owners checked in throughout. Much better than a hotel room. I will be back.

Easy check in and check out - the communication was spot on and the Welcome pdf is well thought out. Great location. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. Thank-you! The only downside is that we arrived Friday night and when going to bed it was quite loud but we expected some noise with the central location and of course with it being a Friday.

• Ruth (10/5): Amazing and lovely modern apartment - The location is really good. There is a lift and easy access to the property. The apartment is lovely and modern with everything you need close at hand. If you are driving it can get congested but this is not a reflection on the property and expected when you are in a city centre.

There is a multi story carpark just a short walk from the apartment. The communication from the hosts was great and they provided all information and a welcome guide which was very helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we visit. Thank you :) Nothing at all, really enjoyed our stay.

Good smart TV and heating worked well. Occasional noise from revellers in the street, but that's to be expected in the middle of the city.

The location was perfect lots of cafes and restaurants around. The hosts were brilliant very informative through messages. We would definitely like to stay here again. Right in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester surrounded by bars and restaurants and a short walk from the city centre shopping area. Very comfy bed and plentiful hot water. Lots of extras eg: fan, extension lead, coffee machine, washer dryer. Very quick and helpful communication from the owners. For future guests - There is no allocated parking with this apartment. However, we used 'My Parking Space' to get a very good deal, which was a 10-minute walk away. Being in the heart of the Northern Quarter it is also quite busy/noisey in the early hours, but the heavy sash windows and the fan's 'white noise' helped enormously.

The interior is gorgeous, thoughtful, and up-market, and the dishwasher, coffee machine (and pods), and dining table setup were great additions. The communication with the owners was also great. We will definitely be back! It's worth noting that no shampoo, body wash, conditioner, etc. is provided - only hand soap. Not an issue, just not mentioned one way or another in the apartment description!

In an excellent location in the centre and it is also close to the train station . The bed and pillows they are very comfortable .Many thanks to the hosts Tom, he is so friendly and whenever you need him he is available .His services are top notch 👌 Nothing
