Falta un poco de mantenimiento en la ducha, aseo y colchones, además de la infraestructura, porque da una imagen un poco dejado.

• Patricia (8/5): Though the room was very humble, the grounds were nice. A good value - This facility is a 5 minute walk to beach or a few local restaurants. The rooms are very dated with cool shower at best and a mini fridge that freezes everything, but is still quiet with comfortable bed. The facility is pleasant with plenty of vegetation, a good breakfast and clean pool. The staff is nice and helpful and a small grocery store 2 minutes walk away. Very safe area. a cold shower and mini fridge that freezes everything.

• Sharon (7/5): Nice outside area! - The property was lovely, with a lot of trees and shade. The pool area was really nice and comfortable. The restaurant was great and our included breakfast options were good. There is a store close by and it is a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. We rented a suite with a separate bedroom but the living room area furniture made it difficult to use. The only chairs were a hanging one and a worn out office chair that tipped back. What we thought was a couch in the picture was cushions on the floor. The bed was quite uncomfortable.
• Freddy (7/5): Excelente relación calidad precio - El desayuno estaba muy bien, con porciones generosas y en general la comida con buen sabor. Probamos la sopa de mariscos y estaba espectacular. La ubicación muy buen también, basta caminar unos 50 metros para tener acceso a un mini super, farmacia y heladería (con opciones veganas). Las instalaciones se notan un poco afectadas por el tiempo. No hablo de que estuviera sucio, sino de que les podría beneficiar una remodelación o invertir en ir mejorando cosas pequeñas como: la llave de agua de la habitación que esparcía el agua, la puerta del baño y la ventana que costaba mucho cerrarlas, el ventilador del techo que sonaba mucho, la red wifi que en el dormitorio principal no funcionaba bien, y el televisor que era sumamente viejo (no inteligente). Estas cosas no degradaron la experiencia porque pasamos más en las playas que en la habitación, pero son cosas que se pueden mejorar.

• Thomas (6/5): - Konnten schon um 13:30 das Zimmer beziehen. Frühstück war gut, Zimmer okay. Lage dafür super, ca. 500 m vom schõnen Sandstrand entfernt. Läuft man 1 Km weiter steht man am Muschelstrand Conchal --> einfach Pura Vida!! Badezimmer / WC 3 m2 kein Platz zum die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschmittel. Dusche Allgemeinen sehr in die Jahre gekommen, schade!!

• Peter (9/5): A great budget friendly place just a short walk to two nice beaches and restaurants. - The grounds and pool were always clean. The staff were very friendly and down to earth and helpful with directions. It is a short walk to the beach and very quiet at night which was nice. The included breakfast is a fruit plate with toast, jam and coffee which was good for me but if you want a more substantial breakfast you have to order off of the breakfast menu. The pool although very nice gets quite crowded if there are a lot of families and the hotel is popular with locals who were very friendly and to be fair it was the end of their summer holidays so families, like here at home, are getting in some family time before the kids go back to school.

Nuestra habitación daba allí así que mucho ruido a patrir de las 17.30. Cafetera no estaba limpia, no había té/café de cortesía, y solo pastillas de jabón en un baño realmente anticuado a pesar de ser una habitación superior. Por el mismo precio nos hemos alojado en lugares más actualizados e inspiradores en todo Costa Rica. La calidad-precio hay que cuidarla (aunque uno esté ubicado de forma excepcional). .

• DARREN (10/5): - The staff were professional, polite and helpful .. particularly Amy at the pool bar ( nice shaded, refreshing pool ) , very friendly and good fun to be around .. thank you. Room wise pretty basic but fantastic AC, fridge, tv ( not that I used it ) good WiFi and clean… everything I needed. I was only there 4 days and ate twice ( other than breakfast) and the food was fantastic, loved the prawn tacos 👍🏼👍🏼 10 min walk at most to the beach with a nice walk along the beach to Conchal beach, equally nice walk in the opposite direction. Restaurant/ bars were also fantastic with good local dishes and with a good local vibe… plenty of options to have an experience … beach vendors on Chochal but not the local beach 👍🏼 In this price range I thought it was probably the best value for money stay I’d had in a month and loved the local vibe.. Nothing of significance

Llavin de la puerta no servia , me ofrecieron cambiar de Habitación pero ya con todo eme la habitación era complicado. Tiene un fregadero para lavar , pero no tienen jabón ni esponja , En el baño , no había Shampu ni jabón para uno ducharse , el ventilador suena mucho , la puerta del baño pega con el lavario y cuesta abrirlo. Precio vs calidad , no es buena , un hotel Medio y un tanto descuidado.

• R (8/5): Perfect stay , close to beautiful beaches - Nice atmosphere, not too noisy, family run and close to the beach. Bed was very comfy. More like a basic, rustic type of room .. nothing fancy, but good enough for me. Friendly staff. Nothing really.
• Larry (10/5): Best resort on a budget - The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The pool was the best we have seen. It was very large, plenty of lounge space around it, had a pool with jets, and even a waterfall that you could swim under. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. But best of all was the location in a tropical garden. It was not on the beach or a highway, but tucked back off the road with great tranquility and privacy. The food was very good too. It was like a resort at a modest price. Nothing to complain about.
• Robert (3/5): Short Stay Long Sleepless Nights - The pool was clean and the WiFi was decent. Plus there was a medium sized refrigerator. The AC located in the bedroom kept the master bedroom cool but failed to cool down the main room. The breakfasts and coffee were good. I found the staff to be unfriendly. But I think that's the nature of Brasilito where no one smiles or says hello. The townspeople appear dismissive and unwelcoming towards tourists. The hotel decor is dated and overall grimey. It's got that creepy Bates motel feel. There was only one towel for the shower and no beach or pool towel. The room and the internal features: there was no key for the safe, the calcified stiff shower handle is difficult to turn, the pleather garbage picked co uch is sinking and sticky, the prison bed is very comfortable, (the junkyard dog next to my room barked late night till 3am), the tiny TV is bracketed 9 feet from the floor, the wobbly kitchenette sink faucet was annoying, no complimentary coffee packets, and the power went off several times. Other than that, it's tolerable for a few nights but I wouldn't stay here longer than that.

• Sharon (9/5): Superb - It is a 2 star hotel. And it is what I would expect for a 2 star hotel. Everything was functional, clean, and quiet. My room had a fridge and coffee maker. The coffee maker sort of worked. The pool was refreshing in the evenings but too sunny to be pleasant or to sit around in the afernoon. Breakfast was included. I found the breakfast to be acceptable, but nothing special.There was a choice of traditional-Costa Rican or toast and jam. The staff were the best part of the hotel. I found everyone to be helpful and pleasant. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach. Groceries or restaurants are also close.

• Turo (8/5): Quiet during the low season but pleasant - Spacious room, good breakfast. Travelled during the low season and there were very few guests there; the restaurant was closed on two days during my stay (a week). I only ate a few times at the restaurant, nice food and a variable menu. A personal project of mine necessitated I stay in Brasilito or near it, and hotel Nany was very conventient for that purpose. A good quality wifi system allowed me to work remotely and have numeorus videocalls without any difficulty. Parking is easy, and there's plenty of room. The staff are curteous and friendly and speak English well. - All points to a well-organized and well-established hotel from which it is easy to explore Brasilito, Potrero, Playa Flamingo and other places further away. In the large room I had there were few cupboards/cabinets; there certainly is room for more.

• Victoria (8/5): Very good - All the staff is super nice and their service is amazing. I think that is the biggest asset they have. The location is convenient as is close to other beaches in the area without having to pay a lot. The place was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and abundant. I was never able to take a hot shower. It seems crazy to want a hot shower on the beach, but it was raining (more like pouring) during my visit, and it would have been nice to take a hot shower to soothe my cold bones. The water never got any warmer than lukewarm.

Juliana and Gabriel couldnt be nicer, very friendly, amazing pool with a bar in it! always a bonus. supermarket on the doorstep. 5 minutes to beach. great wifi and clear TV picture! got a collectivo to posh Flamingo for an ATM and walked back all the way to puerto viejo at the end on Conchal Bay. Beautiful beach. great quiet town. if you want an experience watch the sun setting and the locals dancing at Indiras. One of the great boozers. nothing

Loved the sound of the wildlife surrounding the property. Overall a good stay Lacking bedside or table lamp only ceiling lights. Could have done with more storage. Perhaps replace the unit with wall to wall shelves and a hanging rail. That said above didn't spoil our stay.

Reception staff not so friendly, the room was basic You have to position your deck chair before you sit as the legs go through the too widely spread wood slats. • Brenda (10/5): Staff were so friendly and helpful - Delicious. They didn’t always serve coffee in a real cup

• Farzi (8/5): Very good - The staff were wonderful. The pool area was clean and the pool.was great in a beautiful garden setting. The breakfast was nice. The beds were very uncomfortable, the fridge in the room was noisy and we had to unplug it.
• Katarzyna (7/5): It’s an okay stay, but I guess you can find better options at the coast - I’d only recommend this place for week days (the facilities like swimming pool are way too small to host more than 10 guests). Also keep in mind that there is nothing to do and poor food choices outside of the hotel. We ended up eating our own food The staff is extremely unpleasant (at least to foreigners) - except a lady at the reception desk who worked on the 25th of January in the morning. The rest of the staff seems to be wanting to be anywhere else but at their workplace.
