• Odile (4/5): Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel - L’emplacement Aucune présence. Odeur de patchouli. Laideur impersonnelle de l’entrée ( meme pas un plan de la ville). Chambre non faite et découverte qu’il aurait fallu payer 25 euros supplémentaires pour le Menage!!

• Doru (9/5): A very good option to stay for few days! - A very good location in a nice city. A very quiet place! There is enough space in the room to install a wardrobe a a few shelfs to use for our clothes. Instead of this there are only a few hangers on the wall.

• Sabine (10/5): Charming boutique hotel in perfect location - Very charming and comfortable boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore the city on foot. The room is lovingly and tastefully decorated – you can’t help but feel comfortable. Our host Silvia was extremely helpful, and her restaurant recommendations for authentic dinners were excellent. We will definitely come back.

Comme conseillé nous avions prévu des bagages légers (heureusement car 2 étages à monter) Chambre propre fonctionnelle, salle de bain impeccable, literie confortable (matelas et oreiller👌🏻) Quartier calme et proche du centre. Le support de Silvia 🙏🏻 toujours prompte à répondre à mes questions concernant l'accès ou des adresses. - des locataires bruyants sont rentrés dans la nuit. Une pancarte pourrait peut-être rappeler aux personnes qui rentrent tard qu'ils ne sont pas seuls dans l'immeuble

• Luca (5/5): Mouais, on ne reviendrais pas. - C’est sympa, plutôt bien décoré. La personne avec qui nous avons échangé été top. Il est en ZTL, donc trafic limité. Et ce n’est pas noté sur le descriptif. Il faut se garer à 7/10 minutes à pied. Ce que nous avons fait sous une pluie battante.

C’è una grande cura da parte dell’host Silvia e questo si nota già entrando nella hall che è accogliente moderna e pulita. Il self check in è stato facile e la comunicazione ottima. La camera è pulita accogliente e ben attrezzata. Molto consigliata per godere l’atmosfera di Parma

Sur le site de Booking, il n’est pas précisé que l’établissement se trouve dans une zone de stationnement restreint. Obligation de stationner dans un parking public à environ 5 mn à pieds de la résidence. Coûts supplémentaires. Montée d’escaliers étroite, assez raide, pas évident quand on a de grosses valises.

The bathroom was modern and spotless, which we really appreciated. The location is very central yet surprisingly quiet. The owners or staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – they even assisted us with our luggage. We recommend this place. Overall, a great experience!

• Viktoria (10/5): Tolle individuell gestaltete Unterkunft im Zentrum von Parma mit deiner Gastgeberin, wie man sie sich wünscht. - Top Lage und sehr komfortable Unterkunft im Universitätsbezirk von Parma. Tolles Restaurant (Trattoria Corrieri) in 170m gefunden. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und gerne unterstützt (Parkplatz für Vespas). Top - vielen Dank.
• Bart (10/5): - De locatie was super. Goed bereikbaar en dicht bij het centrum. De kamers waren schoon en leuk ingericht. Contact met de host is vlot en zeer vriendelijk. Zeker een adres om te onthouden als je een verblijf in Parma overweegt.
• Sigrun (9/5): Preiswerte, geschmackvolle und praktische Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt - Das Zimmer ist großzügig, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Das Bad ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Anreise war sehr gut beschrieben und der Zugang war sehr einfach. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin war immer sofort zu erreichen und konnte umgehend helfen. Uns hat sehr gefallen, dass in einem der Nachbargebäude aus der Musikschule immer ein wenig Musik herüber schwappte. Die Lage ist sehr gut: abseits vom Trubel und dennoch ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parma ist eine lebendige Stadt, in der wir das Gefühl hatten, dass die Einwohner ihre Stadt bespielen und nicht nur Touristen den Takt vorgeben. Leider hat das Zimmer nur einen Sessel, aber wir erhielten dennoch freundlicherweise umgehend einen zweiten. Wir kamen nicht klar mit der Verbindung zum Internet. Es war oft für einen von uns unterbrochen. Als die Gastgeberin kam, um uns zu helfen, hat es sofort gut funktioniert. Also keiner weiß, warum es so instabil ist… Wir haben in der ersten Nacht die Klimaanlage nicht zum Laufen gebracht. Später hat es dann per Zufall geklappt. Auch hier war Hilfe dann schnell zur Stelle. Es braucht vielleicht eine Anleitung.
