• Marita (9/5): - Sehr netter Empfang! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man kann schnell alles erreichen. Die Mülltrennung könnte noch optimiert werden. Es gibt nur einen Mülleimer für alles.
• Veronique (9/5): Perfekt für ein paar Tage in Wien mit Familie und Freunden - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut erreichbar, ein gutes Frühstückscafé ist um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, wir wurden mit Prosecco und Chips empfangen. Es gibt genug Leselampen und Spiegel, die Betten sind bequem, also alles bestens! Eine Empfehlung!

Stock. 2 Schlafzimmer mit guten und großen Betten. Ausstattung voll in Ordnung. Schönes Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Radetzky Platz (gutes Kneipeneck). Wirklich empfehlenswert! Alles in Ordnung. Küche nicht gerade modern, aber okay
• Pilkington (4/5): Fabulous city. Loved the scenery and shops in the old town. - Spacious bedroom and living area except for the shower which was a little cramped for tall people. Plenty hot water. Shared / unknown toiletries were provided. Caution should be given to guests about the high volume of trains and trams (16 in 30mins) during peak hours causing sleep disturbances. Fridge did not work. Entrance foyer very dusty and bleak probably due to the ongoing works directly outside window and entrance to apartment block. Lift was tiny & cramped for visitors on 3rd floor with suitcases. Main light in living room area not functioning. Used side table lamp instead. Availability of firm sleeping pillows would be appreciated instead lumpy soft pillow on bed. We used sofa arm rests instead. Also of note the main kitchen cabinet was chained up with steel chain & lock - which did not contribute to the ambiance.

• Stefanie (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Uroš (9/5): Vrlo prijatan boravak - Jednostavan dogovor sa vlasnicima. Dostupnost lokacije i blizina centra do koga možete i pešaka. Atmosfera apartmana - spoj tradicionalog i modernog (stara zgrada sa visokim plafonima i starom unutrašnjom stolarijom). Prostrani dnevni boravak nam se posebno dopao, a unutrašnji prozori i široka salonska vrata daju posebnu draž. Gosti samostalno mogu da upravljaju klimatizacijom u apartmanu. Grejanje i topla voda dobijaju se preko gasnog kotla. Sobe imaju i radijatore i klima uređaje. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena. Posteljina i peškiri su čisti. Na osnovu prethodnih recenzija vidljivo je da vlasnici osluškuju primedbe gostiju i postepeno unapređuju uslugu (recimo: postavljeni su PVC prozori koji neutrališu spoljnu buku, postavljena je kabina umesto zavese na tušu). Domaćini vode računa o detaljima (dostupni nastavci za nestandardne utikače, kablovi za punjenje uređaja, kafu i šećer nismo morali da kupujemo. Tu su i proizvodi za održavanje higijene i za čišćenje...) Kao znak dobrodošlice, Mozart kugle na stolu. Apartmanu nedostaje orman za garderobu i barem jedna veća komoda sa fijokama za odeću. Ostali smo dve noći, pa nam to nije smetalo. Apartman bi umesto mašine za pranje sudova mogao da ima veš mašinu (kad već ima sušilicu za veš), koja je potrebnija za duže boravke. Sve ovo su preporuke. Parking je velika boljka, ali za ovakvu lokaciju je veliki plus blizina garaže sa, za uslove u centralnim zonama Beča, vrlo povoljnom cenom celodnevnog parkiranja.

• László (8/5): It is a good choice for a long weekend. - I was worried about the railway line next to the house, but luckily it wasn't a bother. Location of the apartment is OK, approx 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. There is no private parking. There are several public garages nearby, but reservations are not possible. If you're lucky, you might find an empty parking space first. The pillows are very soft.

• Thomas (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist TOP ausgestattet, von einer Schale Mozartkugeln bis zu Badeartikel ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und ausgesprochen gemütlich. Wir sind nur eine Nacht dort geblieben, aber ich würde sie für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Wien jederzeit wieder buchen. Nichts zu bemängeln.

• Jeet (5/5): Passable - The place is in good location and well managed The welcoming staff was very friendly and nice, which made for a pleasant arrival. However, the person who came to manage the property after our departure was rude and impolite, which left a negative impression. If you’re traveling with kids, this place might not be the best choice, as the checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM. Even a slight delay can result in staff displaying a very poor attitude.

It was spacious and had everything you need. The location was good we were about a 30 minute walk from upper Belvedere and most attractions to be fair. It is next to the train track (across the road) and although it was double glazed you could just hear a little rumble but o slept soundly

• Sraab (9/5): Strongly recommended - Host: Yasmina is great! She gave us excellent tips for public transportation, places to eat, etc. She was attentive to any of our requests. Location: The apartment is near many tram stations, which makes it 10 minutes to the "classic" center of town (say, Stefanplatz), or about 25 minutes by foot. Apartment: Super comfortable, newly renovated with great facilities. The windows face the train bridge, but they are new and thick so the noise did not bother us. One of the bedrooms is a bit small.
