Mohamed (1/5): نصابين وخداعين ولايوجد مصداقيه - للأسف كانت تجربتي مع هذا السكن سيئة جدًا ومخيّبة للآمال. حجزت شقة مذكور فيها وجود بلكونة، لكن عند الوصول تفاجأت بأنها شقة بملحق علوي لا يصل إليه المصعد، والدخول لها عبر سطح غير مهيأ ومليء بالأوساخ – وهذا مخالف تمامًا لما هو معروض في الحجز، بل ويبدو مخالفًا لاشتراطات البناء. عند محاولة استلام الشقة تم طلب مبلغ إضافي نقدًا بدون أي مبرر وغير موضح مسبقًا، ومع ذلك لم يتم تسليمي الشقة وتم خصم قيمة ليلتين دون أي حق، ولم أتمكّن من الدخول مطلقًا. لا يوجد لوبي أو خدمة عملاء، والإدارة غائبة تمامًا، وهناك تصرفات غير مهنية وتعامل سيئ واستغلال واضح للزوار. التجربة للأسف مليئة بالخداع والنصب والاحتيال. أسأل الله أن يريكم جزاء ما حدث، وأن يجعل المال الذي أُخذ مني ظلمًا وبغير وجه حق سببًا في زوال البركة لديكم. للأسف كانت تجربتي مع هذا السكن سيئة جدًا ومخيّبة للآمال. حجزت شقة مذكور فيها وجود بلكونة، لكن عند الوصول تفاجأت بأنها شقة بملحق علوي لا يصل إليه المصعد، والدخول لها عبر سطح غير مهيأ ومليء بالأوساخ – وهذا مخالف تمامًا لما هو معروض في الحجز، بل ويبدو مخالفًا لاشتراطات البناء. عند محاولة استلام الشقة تم طلب مبلغ إضافي نقدًا بدون أي مبرر وغير موضح مسبقًا، ومع ذلك لم يتم تسليمي الشقة وتم خصم قيمة ليلتين دون أي حق، ولم أتمكّن من الدخول مطلقًا. لا يوجد لوبي أو خدمة عملاء، والإدارة غائبة تمامًا، وهناك تصرفات غير مهنية وتعامل سيئ واستغلال واضح للزوار. التجربة للأسف مليئة بالخداع والنصب والاحتيال. أسأل الله أن يريكم جزاء ما حدث، وأن يجعل المال الذي أُخذ مني ظلمًا وبغير وجه حق سببًا في زوال البركة لديكم.
