• Daniel (1/5): Proceed only with caution.... - Reasonable location, friendly staff. I booked a long-term stay at Vincent Hotel and Resort based on the online photos and “resort” branding, but in my experience, the property felt more like a basic two-star neighborhood hotel than a true resort. The online images did not accurately reflect the condition of the property during my stay, as it appeared noticeably older and in varying states of repair. My initial room had several housekeeping and maintenance issues, including worn bedding and an overall unprepared appearance. Management did move me to a better room the next day, which I appreciated, but several problems continued throughout my stay. Water pressure was highly inconsistent and, at times, unavailable for extended periods. Wi-Fi was unreliable, mosquitoes inside the room were a constant issue, and several advertised amenities, including the sports bar, were frequently unavailable. I also observed rodents around the pool and bar area after dark. The final issue occurred on a Saturday night, when extremely loud music from a hotel staff party continued throughout the night and into the early morning hours. The noise was strong enough to shake the room and made sleep nearly impossible, even with noise-canceling earbuds. After raising the issue with the front desk and seeing little urgency to enforce the hotel’s stated no-noise-after-10 p.m. policy—which hotel staff themselves ignored to the detriment of paying guests—I decided to check out later that morning. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution international travelers to verify current room conditions and available amenities before making long-term or non-refundable bookings.

• CheRwayne (9/5): - The location was just a few minutes' drive to SM Clark & Hanns Casino Hotel, where we roam around before check-in. We booked 2 nights. The room was big and comfortable. It's a plus that it's a smart TV so we really enjoyed netflix & youtube. The pool was not really big but we enjoyed it since we have it all by ourselves on our last night. Also the smaller pool is warm. The staff in the reception were all nice especially Mr. Aldren who showed us around & even assist us when I asked about the room if it's possible to change. I believed we got a great deal with the price of the room for 2 nights. We were surprised that there's no balcony and view as it was stated in the room description. We were expecting a bigger room but nonetheless we loved the room. We have some issues with the AC, bidet & flush. I'm not really sure if it's due to a very high temperature outside that the AC is not really cooling.. though at night it starts to get really cold.. there's no water in the bidet, and the flush isn't working properly. We need to open the tank to attach the chain so it will flush the toilet. We find it small matter so we didn't report it..

Location, sobrang hirap ng sasakyan and ng signal. Hindi rin ganun kalinis ung floor. Yung shuttle din tinigil nadin pala nila kasi wala daw driver.

• Rod-Ross (5/5): Hôtel économique et passable - Le Personnel était aimable et à l’écoute, ils ont accepté de me changer de chambre car la première chambre donnée était dans un état lamentable. La chambre était spacieuse et la télé immense. la piscine était jolie et la nourriture du restaurant appréciable. L’état de la salle de bain était vraiment lamentable, petite et rideaux sales, équipements cassés et la douche ne marchait pas bien. Des travaux de rafraichissement seraient vraiment nécessaire. L'air conditionnée ne marchait pas bien non plus. De plus des cafards ont partagé notre intimité a plusieurs reprises.

Don't even think of bookikg room here if you want a pleasant stay experience. I had to checkout on the first day itself and I booked another condotel outside since you canr even imagine sleeping peacefully in this horrible room.

The parking space is safe. The water have a rusty smell and sometimes air outs plumbing odor. There is also visible rust marks on the shower. Other than that everything is good.

I didn’t like the shower—the hot water was difficult to operate, and the water pressure was weak, so we couldn’t bathe properly. We could also hear noise from outside the room, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, some parts of the room were broken.

The pool was very clean , the bar and restaurant area was always clean and staffed very well. Any questions we had were answered and staff had good knowledge. Room was good , what you pay for you get and had air con. There was not very much that you could dislike , everything was good .

• John​ Norstrand (4/5): - The staff seemed nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is placed on "The Dark Side" - south of the MacArthur Highway meaning it's not the best part of the town. No streetlight, and probably not the best neighborhood at night. The water had a bad smell of bacteria/hydrogen sulfide. You need to buy bottled water even for brushing your teeth. There was a lot of noise both from outside but also from the other rooms and the hallway.

Ramsay's Hotel Hell in Angeles City. This isn't a hotel. It's a glorified youth hostel, run by children. It's a train station in India at night and in the mornings. You won't get any sleep. Loud guests. At 2 am, singing, screaming, slamming doors in 15 minute intervals.. Management...not visible. Excuses after excuses. 2 little mice in my room. The house opposite the hotel has 10 dogs. If the noise from the staff shouting or their walkie-talkies, full blast in the mornings, won't wake you. It will be the dogs at 7am. Hotel has two wings. Old facility. High ceilings. Open on both ends. If the ground floor makes noise. You can hear it on the first floor. Front desk is run by 19 year old girls. Pretty...but useless, really. You complain about something...they don't even ask for your room number. A soccer team of 40 ten year olds was there for a few nights. Mayhem...boys running down the hallway butt naked, at 3am. Great if you're a Pedo! Not so hot when you want to sleep! You have to wait til after noon for fresh towels and sheets. Aircon filter wasn't clean in a year, had to show the girls how to do it. Nobody showed them. Shower wasn't cleaned. Okay, they are changing things. But you have to get that noise level down. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at. It's for Filipinos who don't care about noise. Not suited for Westeners. Sorry...but it's true. Can't believe Booking.com is even offering this place on the their website. Check it out after 10pm...you'll run for your life...Train station in Delhi noise..

Man hat die Wahl zwischen Verbrennung der Haut oder kalt duschen. Aber am schlimmsten war, dass der mit langem Schriftwechsel gebuchte Airport-Transfer schlicht nicht da war.

• Quentin (1/5): - The staff in general were friendly and polite. There is a pool and billiard table. The price of our room was very cheap. No kettle or tea/coffee/n our room. Not enough towels. No soap. Shower did work properly. There is an obnoxious resident at this hotel. A sh I rt haired, short roundish person appears to be a female. She strolls around like she owns the place. A he hangs around i at the end of the corridor on level 2. Unfortunately we stayed on level 2. She was staying in the end room with her girlfriend and they spent the whole night yelling and screaming at each other. A domestic dispute that went on all night until around 6am. No attempt was made by the staff to intervene. It's a pity because otherwise I would have been happy to give this place a decent rating but that killed it. I could never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I paid 4 different amounts for the same breakfast?!?! Then they run out of bacon. Then they run out of both bacon and ham. Then it's the bread. Then they give me wrong eggs mulitible times. Give me wrong amout of money back. I gave up and found somewhere else for my breakfast. This is the short story. Warm but not hot coffee. Again and again. I handed in my laundry. Came the day after to pick it up but it was still in reception????? I could continue. I can't find anything good to say. The pricelevel dosn't match the service. I promise not to return. I talked to the staff again and again and nothing happen. Do you want one more? I asked if they could change my bedshits. I was told 9 hours later, that they could do it the next day! Meet a coulple in reception. They had waitet 1 hour to check-in. My list is much much longer than this. I will stop here. View from your room? Mine was a wall. Wi-fi was so bad. It's on of on of on of. When it's on then it's super slowly. And then the cleaning. No no no . .. bye
