• Sergio (8/5): Comfortable Trastevere apartment, great location and host - I had a really good stay at Ambio Suites Luxury in Trastevere. The apartment felt comfortable and well thought out, and I especially liked the spacious dressing area and the large bathroom, which made a big difference. The apartment was also clean on arrival, the air conditioning worked well, and that was a big plus in the hot Roman nights. I also thought the location was excellent, right in Trastevere and close to plenty of restaurants, with places like the Vatican and Piazza Navona also within walking distance. On top of that, Alejandra was always kind, available and very easy to communicate with The main thing I would mention is that one of the windows was missing a shutter, so the main room could not be fully darkened. If you’re used to total blackout when sleeping, this might wake you up earlier than you’d like. The building itself is also quite old, and being on the fifth floor means the elevator is something to keep in mind, as it’s narrow and a bit old-fashioned. A small welcome bottle of water would have been a nice touch too
• Lucy (9/5): A place to feel the Roman vibes in a clean and comfy apartment. - It was easy to find and in the heart of the cafes and shops etc. I didn’t dislike anything. Maybe we could have had more towels. But I would definitely recommend it. It was clean and comfy. Our host was very helpful. It was very easy to walk to the main areas but good to be away from Central Rome.

• Johannes (8/5): Super Lage, schöne Wohnung. Mit ein bisschen mehr Einsatz volle 10 Sterne. - Super Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Aufzug. Bequemes und sauberes Bett. Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank war defekt. Es waren Überbleibsel von Vorherigen Bewohnern im Kühlschrank. Der Frühstückstisch war ein bisschen klebrig, evtl. nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Die Fugen im Badezimmer am Boden und an den Armaturen könnten sauberer sein. Es gab offene elektrische Kontakte.

Удивило наличие плойки для волос- жена была счастлива )) Следует заменить подушки на кровати, повесить жалюзи на кухне, так как окно выходит в подъезд. Диван требует реконструкции и перетяжки .Ну и довольно странно было пожелание прислать ффото , оставленных денег за гродской налог. Именно фото. То ли нам не доверяют , то ли уборщице.

Would highly recommend Ambio Suites to anyone looking for quiet and modern accommodations. Great food and shopping availability close by. Owner very approachable. This is place is an 11 out of 10!!
• Thiago (5/5): - O apartamento é bom, espaçoso. A cozinha é pequena mas com um pouco de paciência é possível ter pequenas refeições no local. A sala e banheiro também são espaçosos. Apesar do apartamento ser bom a gestão é muito ruim. 1) Cheguei e havia um saco de lixo na porta de entrada. Não sabia o que fazer e deixei o saco lá. No dia seguinte a vizinha tocou no apartamento reclamando da sujeira e levei uma bronca. 2) A parede do box está bem rachada com um certo perigo de corte. Precisa de manutenção rápida. 3) Ficamos uma manhã sem água no apartamento. Houve uma manutenção programada e não fomos informados. Atrapalhou muito nosso planejamento. 4) A acomodação me ofereceu ingressos para acesso à Arena do Coliseu. Quando cheguei lá os ingressos não eram Arena e não concordaram em devolver o valor devido.

• Ana (10/5): - The location is excellent. The host is polite and resolves all the issues we encountered. The apartment is clean, bright, and the beds are comfortable. There should be a bit more utensils in the kitchen - a big knife and cutting board for bread for example. Oil for cooking also.

• Princess (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es ist sehr zentral, es gab in der nähe viel Restaurants, bars, kleine Märkte und ist nicht weit von der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin verlief sehr gut, sie hilft dir wenn's was gibt und fragt auch ob man was für die Unterkunft braucht. Das Apartment hat alles was man für die Tage/Woche braucht. Der Geruch aus dem Bad war sehr unangenehm, liegt wahrscheinlich an der Kanalisation.

• astar (10/5): - דירה מרווחת ומצוידת היטב במרכז טרסטאוורה. קומה חמישית האחרונה עם מעלית מצוינת הבניין מאובטח בקודן. שקטה להפליא עם חלון עורפי לרחוב. מים חמים זמינים בכל שעה, סלון מרווח, מערכת כלים במטבח, פן ומחליק שיער במקלחת, שמפואים וסבונים נעימים ומעלה הכל אוירה מצוינת ונעימה. מתחת לדירה יש מסעדת פסטה מצוינת ואוטנטית. אל תפספסו. הכל היה מצוין. תהנו!

• Linda (10/5): We can't wait to stay again! - We had a wonderful stay in Rome and the host was excellent. Our initial apartment was lovely except there was an issue with the air conditioning but a repairman was sent right away and then we were moved to another unit which was great. Staying in Trastevere is really fun - it is not as touristy as the historic core but only a 20 minute walk to all the main sites in Rome. There are wonderful restaurants everywhere in Trastevere's picturesque, winding streets - right out of a movie!
• Kate (9/5): We loved the location and the space! I would definitely recommend in the future! - If you're looking for a quiet, cozy place to stay this apartment was great! It's very close to many delicious restaurants and in a great spot for walking around the local area. Our host was also very communicative and helpful as we settled into the apartment. While the apartment was very clean, I think the aircons were a little dusty. But, we only noticed when we were sleeping and I think for those without a dust sensitivity, you would be okay.
• Gerardo (10/5): Beautiful top floor suite in the heart of Trastevere. - Beautiful, top floor suite, next to the buzz of Trastevere life. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is also close to parks and areas for walks. The team was also good and communicative. Nothing.
• Marti (8/5): - Location, air co, big tv, quiet residential street 1 minute from the main piazza, nice interior design, very modern bathroom, shower and kitchen there was nothing to wash dishes, they don't change towels so we had to wash them ourselves, had to travel half the city to go throw the garbage about the code to enter the house, guess it always the same. The buttons for the code were significantly more worn than the others, making it easy to guess the code just by looking at the keypad. This poses a clear security risk, not only for guests but also for the property itself. Anyone could potentially access the home by simply identifying the worn buttons and trying combinations. I strongly recommend changing the code between guests and regularly cleaning or replacing the keypad to prevent wear patterns from giving away the code. For the safety and peace of mind of future guests, I hope this issue is addressed promptly.

• Graeme (8/5): Unreliable housekeeping spoilt our experience. - The apartment was clean and the shower was great. Very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping: 3 coffee pods, 1 toilet roll and very nearly empty shower toiletries supplied for 2 people for 5 nights!! We contacted the host and it took 2 days to resolve. No detergent supplied for the washing machine - travellers don’t carry laundry detergent! The contactless check-in did not help with any of the above problems. Would have been good to have an iron and ironing board. Very uncomfortable toilet seat - rectangular-shaped!!

Host was very responsive They only provide soap so recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash. Information may have been provided in the booking which I wasn’t aware of but would be nice to have the basic necessities.

• Alicia (10/5): An elegant, bright, beautiful suite with original artwork. Very quiet and great view over the rooftops to S Pietro in Mo - I stayed in the suite/ a studio apartment. The decor is excellent and the location right near the Piazza San Cosimato was great. It was an elegant and nice stay. My only comment was that I didn’t know I had to download an app to check in and it was a little hard to do while traveling. But it worked perfectly when it did download.

We will definitely stay at the place again, when will will visit Rome. The communication with the owner/ manager was also great and not problematic at all.

The host was provided travel adapters and wireless chargers with I thought was very thoughtful. They answered any questions we had. My stay at Ambio Suites was really memorable and would definitely stay again if I was in the city. The hot water for the shower was not hot, just lukewarm which was the only problem I had during our stay.

• Becky (9/5): Amazing property and location - Amazing property, location, very clean and so much on your doorstop. The property had all cleaning amenities, white bedding and towels, easy accessibility and lift to reach the 5th floor. I would definitely stay in this area and property again. the host was also flexible with check in/ out times. The only slight issue was a significant shower leak that slowly trickles out of the bathroom and into the hall/ walk in wardrobe. A towel barrier was a quick solution to this. This would not stop me from staying in the property again and if we come back to Rome we will stay here again!
• Amy (3/5): MISLEADING - it could be a studio apartment - Beautiful, modern apartment and an even more stunning bathroom. Quiet location MISLEADING - we got a different apartment to photos. It was a studio with a small galley “kitchenette”. We paid a premium thinking it was 1 bed apartment with full kitchen i.e. oven, nespresso machine etc. They offered us a minor refund but it has been 2 months and nothing. Such a shame. Shower cubicle also needs sealing as it flooded the bathroom after each use.
