• Elena (8/5): - Lovey location on the beach. Loved our ocean fronting room with a large balcony.breakfast was ok, enough to satisfy the taste buds. The staff were lovely. Lots of maintenance happening within the resort. Plenty of Outdoor seating and tables around the resort, to enjoy the evening ocean sights.value for money. Oh, the main road infront of the resorts is undergoing roadworks, so uneven dirt terrain. All the bugs and ants that were in the bathtub/shower, plus when it rained water came in under both doors.also no fault of the resort which they promote beautiful water, could not swim in it, disgustingly full of litter. Although it did not deter the Russian people.thank goodness for the beautiful spacious pool, which was kept clean.

• Emily (10/5): - Really peaceful atmosphere, lovely staff & breakfast was great! Location is perfect & near convenience stores, coffee shops, massage parlours & restaurants. Stairs from the pool area go straight onto a quiet beach, perfect at sunset. Breakfast buffet was delicious and changed everyday so you could try new food. Overall an awesome place to stay if you want to chill for a few days by the beach. Mattresses on the beds were hard, but still managed to sleep well

• Viktoriya (9/5): Удобство и чистота за небольшие деньги - Хороший отель с разными категориями номеров: от небольших, но удобных стандартов до апартаментов с отдельным входом и видом на море. Похоже, что у всех номеров есть балкон или терраска. Мы попали в период, когда в отеле совсем не было народу - всего несколько пар. Приятная девушка на ресепшн выбрала для нас самый хороший номер стандарт с прямым видом на море! В номере есть все необходимое, холодильник, чайник с чашками, фен. Вместительный шкаф, комодик, пара стульев. Большая ванная комната с отдельной душевой кабинкой. Бутылки с водой и кофе приносили каждый день. Уборка и смена полотенец тоже ежедневно. Вся территория - этакий тенистый двор с бассейном, шезлонгами, столиками и скамеечками. Маленькая, но зеленая. Бассейн оказался очень кстати, когда на море был высокий прилив и сильное волнение. Завтраки при нас были по меню - на выбор из нескольких вариантов вьетнамских и европейских, вполне приемлемо. Мы выбрали этот отель еще из-за того, что остановка слипбаса оказалась прямо рядом с ним - вышли из автобуса и сразу заселились. Из бюджетных гостиниц это прямо находка по цене и качеству. Не очень удобно расположены розетки: нет ни в ванной, ни у зеркала в комнате - неудобно пользоваться феном.

• Vincent (3/5): Sadly very disappointed - The staff was very nice, and the location is very good in front of the beach but that's all !!! It was my first try at Pacific Resort and it will be the last, It's completely overpriced ( even for holidays), pictures and the reviews online don’t reflect the reality, broken bathtub, dirty bathroom, fridge was not working, very uncomfortable small bed, broken door, you can see the building is not well maintained, terrible building management. Very average breakfast.

• Manal (4/5): Not that good - I like that it’s near to the beach It’s a public space but they were not strict on the noise policy. Considering that our rooms are near to the reception and the pool area, those who are having a party can be heard.

• Tom (5/5): Mediocre. A bit disappointing. - The location was OK and it had quite a nice coffee shop outside. In fact, the whole hotel had a nice outdoor feel to it with its dining area opening out onto the pool. This made it light and airy. Our room had a balcony which was quite nice. A/C was a nightmare and didn’t work the first two nights when we were in a heatwave. Thought it was expensive compared to other option in the same area. Did not like the fact that you cannot cancel once booked. Most places let you do that now. The room was small and an awkward shape, with not much room to move. The bathroom and hotel as a whole felt old and rundown. The sheets were dirty but in the end we just slept in them anyway rather than deal with the cleaning lady who seemed difficult and unhelpful when we made an earlier request to her to come back and clean our room when we weren’t there. One day they had a nice buffet breakfast. The rest of the stay it was gone and we were limited to one dish off the menu. We asks why and they said there weren’t enough guest… this didn’t exactly make us feel special or appreciated. This felt like a passable three star hotel which would be OK for a jumping off point and base in Mui Ne. The problem is, the price did not match that. Wouldn’t go back unless I was desperate.

• Osho (6/5): Fair value for the price - Staff were very helpful and great Room was simple and okay for the price we paid but the bathroom is very old and rough; no shower curtain so shower water makes a mess on the floor. Takes literally over 10 minutes for hot water to turn on. The tile around shower was a bit too grimy and dirty to ignore.
• Amelia (3/5): good budget option, unless you’re scared of lizards - lovely pool right by the sea. really appreciated that they upgraded me to a view with a sea view unfortunately there were over 4 lizards / geckos in my room all night so I didn’t sleep at all and booked an early bus so I could get out and checkout by 7am so I didn’t have to spend any longer on that room. they were making noises and running round the walls all night, there were 2 quite big ones and then some small ones. no windows were open so there must be lots of gaps. in the middle of the night I went down to reception and the man tried to check for them but they were all hiding. it’s a shame because everything else was nice, but didn’t get a second of sleep and was very uncomfortable and on edge all night

• Tigran_1 (8/5): Good value offer from a resort in the very heart of Muine town - Great resort situated in the very heart of Muine town. There is a small pool in the center and many eating spots. Staff does not speak much English, but they are very helpful, doing their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Make sure you try doner right in front of the hotel and check out Pittstop, which is situated just walking distance away and offers a great variety of food choice. Actually the place met my expectations. The only thing that was quite surprising, that the hotel was quite empty this time of the year, maybe they should consider lowering the prices to attract more people.

It also has free fresh water anytime you like. It is perfect for you if you just need some places to relax and do not go outside too much. The price is surprising especially in the National Day It is quite far from the city, so travelling cost to locations in Phan Thiet city may be higher than usual.
