• GOKMEN (10/5): Recommended apartment - The apartment is in an old Genoa building. 10/15 minutes by walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the city center. We met host near the apartment. She showed us the apartment and explained everything. apartment has everything you need. There is a bakery and some restaurants next to it. • Thomas (8/5): Hat alles gepasst, gerne wieder. - Sehr zentrale Lage, es war ruhig In Genua stehen die Häuser sehr eng, man hatte keine Aussicht, hat aber nicht gestört, war viel draussen.
• stbel (9/5): - Met een kleine klim bereikt men dit goed uitgerust appartement op de derde verdieping. Het is gelegen in een eerder rustige wijk (geen gemotoriseerd verkeer) op een steenworp van de oude stad en op minder dan 1 km van het treinstation Piazza Principe. Comfortabel bed en uitstekende wifiverbinding. Dank voor de hartelijke ontvangst en de Genuese specialiteiten.

• Mateusz (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, czysty i bardzo przyjemny. Pani gospodyni przesympatyczna i pomocna.
• Aneta (10/5): - Polecam apartament ze względu na lokalizację (wszędzie blisko), ciszę (nie ma knajpek pod oknami i ruchu samochodowego) i bezpieczeństwo (nie ma tu migrantów, którzy są w innych miejscach miasta). Do tego kontakt z właścicielką apartamentu bardzo dobry. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy makaron i pesto alla genovese - bardzo miły upominek 🩷 Apartament mieści się na trzecim piętrze w kamienicy (strome schody) do której prowadzą z przyległego placyku łagodne i długie schody. Jeśli ktoś ma problem z chodzeniem po schodach, rekomenduję inny apartament. Generalnie Genua jest miastem kaskadowym, więc trzeba się liczyć ze schodami i przewyższeniami. Idealne miejsce w ramach wyrabiania kondycji 🙃
• Isabelle (10/5): Excellent séjour dans un quartier animé et agréable - Appartement entièrement renové, très propre spacieux, proche de toutes commodités Marina la propriétaire est très sympathique, avenante Les trois étages à monter sont un peu difficiles surtout avec les valises

Dispone de una habitación con cama de matrimonio, salón con sofá-cama tamaño cama de matrimonio, pequeña cocina integrada en el salón y totalmente equipada, lavabo completo. Tiene aire acondicionado. La ubicación es excelente, a 10 min a pie de la estación de tren Piazza Principe. Marina es la anfitriona y fue muy cordial y muy cercana. No tengo nada que indicar que no me gustara. Sólo mencionar que el apartamento no tiene ascensor y está en un 3r piso.
• Jeissy (8/5): Excelente ubicación. Gran anfitriona. - El apartamento está a tan solo un paso del centro de la ciudad. La zona es súper tranquila y por la noche y no se oye absolutamente nada. La cama es muy cómoda, La anfitriona es súper amable, y habla perfectamente castellano, recalcar que además el día de llegada me trajo una foccacia típica, que compró en un horno artesano que está al lado del apartamento, que se llama Le Bonta del Grano, y sin duda es una gran alternativa para comprar para el desayuno. En definitiva, una gran opción para visitar Genova. La única pega, es la subida que hay hasta el apartamento, que después de un día entero caminando te remata. Es algo que tienen que tener en cuenta personas más mayores o con movilidad reducida. Pero para mí no fue tampoco un inconveniente muy grande.
• Insa (9/5): - Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Alles was wir brauchten, war da. Die Wohnung ist angenehm, die Lage toll, die ganze Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr nett war außerdem, dass wir leckere Nudeln, Pesto und Getränke im Kühlschrank vorgefunden haben... Danke!
• Gudrun (10/5): Very nice apartment in an historic part of Genua close to all attractions - A very nice apartment in a very charming and central location in Genua, close to the port. The flat has everything one needs, including an aircon in the living room. Marina is very friendly and helpful, has also helped me find a safe parking location nearby, and to carry my luggage up the stairs in the house. I would have loved to stay longer than 3 nights, and may hopefully return one day.
• George (9/5): Superb - Close to the old city and the interesting places to visit, clean, close to grocery stores. Not too far from the railway station. You can get bus 34 from the railway station or you can walk if you don't have heavy luggage. The apartment has everything you need, nicely decorated and quiet over night . I don't recommend it to old people and having heavy luggage. A very steep walk with a lot of stairs and in the building very narrow stairs.

• Donica (9/5): Charming apartment in a well-located neighborhood - The apartment had everything we needed and felt pleasant and comfortable. Great shower! The hostess was super helpful and gave us useful tips about things to see. The kitchen was well stocked and the wifi worked well. Not a problem for us, but good for guests to know this apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift.
• Carmonica (10/5): Perfect! - Marina ( the owner of the apartment, a very nice person herself ) welcomed me with some fresh delicios focaccia from a small business nearby and even left in the fridge some traditional fresh pasta & Pesto for me to prepare. I felt at home at an instant! The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Genoa ( a very picturesque one ) in a historical building they remarkably renovated. It had everything I needed. In the square just down the stairs - Piazza del Carmine - there is a historical food market transformed into an eating & time-out place; 2 more restaurants as well ( besides the focaccia place I visited every day :) Not only the accommodation was a surprise for me, but the city itself - I'm determined to come back with more time to explore and enjoy the charming old town and the art exhibitions it hosts ( there were some remarkable I visited this time ).
• Златка (10/5): The perfect place to stay and fall in lova]e with Genova - I stayed in "Casa del cioccolattes" for 4 weeks and it was perfect! I felt great in this apartment located in the very center of Genova, just across the street from via Garibaldi and the caruggi of Centro Storico, and at the same time in a quiet and secure residential neighborhood. The whole "Castelletto" area is fantastic. Perfect location! The apartment is ideal for 2 people and even for more since there is a sofa in the living room. The apartment is very clean, cozy and is equipped with everything necessary even for a long stay. Marina, the owner, was very kind. She met me for the keys and gave me some valuable hints for Genova. The only hard thing with the apartment are the stairs to the third floor, since there is no evelator, but this is relevant for the majority of the buildings in the city center. My advice - try not to bring very heavy suitcases with you in Genova:) The good thing is that you can easily reach the building from Piazza Principe train/ bus station avoiding any other stairs - the apartment is situated just 10-15 minutes walk from the station along via Balbi. niente:)
