Satwinder (6/5): Doesn’t have the luxury feel of a 5 star hotel and should be downgraded to a 4 star , misleading to customer - Clean room with staff cleaning daily Not a 5 star but would call it a 4 star. Toiletry provided in tiny bottles, poor quality for 5 star, no spa available. Limited options for breakfast, pretty much the same every day. No shuttle service to beach. Limited options for dining in room.

Rhona (10/5): - From arrival to departure the staff were exemplary....We were the only two Europeans when 92 Indians arrived for 4 nights to celebrate 60years friendship ...they were from a small village in Gujarva. .they were very nice people too....we were looked after in the v ery same as before their arrival....The staff made sure we got our English breakfast and more.....thank you all again... Nothing

Breakfast was really good too Check in process was messy and we initially didn't get the room we paid for. We were then told that the room was not available. We did eventually get the room but do check you get the room you paid for during check in itself
Dipin (1/5): Disappointing & Not Elder-Friendly - Disappointing & Not Elder-Friendly I booked Tanisi Resorts, Goa for my parents (both 70+ years, Malayalam-speaking) from Jan 6–9, with breakfast and dinner included, after the manager Mr. Ravneet Bhalla assured me they would be taken care of. Two serious issues ruined their stay: 1️⃣ Humiliating checkout experience – At departure, staff accused them of missing towels and asked them to open their bags. Nothing was found. This was deeply upsetting and felt like judgment based on age, appearance, and language. Would they do this to a foreign guest? 2️⃣ Zero guidance during dinner – Dinner was à la carte, but no one explained how to order. For all three nights, my parents mostly ate fruits, unable to order proper meals. If you commit to supporting elderly guests, deliver on it. Otherwise, don’t promise. ❌ Not recommended for elderly guests or parents’ vacations.
