• Tania (4/5): Great location but disappointing condition - The location was ideal with easy access to shopping centres and restaurants. The building facilities good, pool, spa, sauna etc. good parking and great to have visitor parking also. The property is due for a good clean and general maintenance. On arrival the bedroom next to kitchen had torn sheets and the mattress was visibly lumpy or collapsed, very uncomfortable. Knives needed washing before use as still had previous occupants peanut butter on them. Many little things broken or needing repair, like carving knife handle broken, bathroom basin waste/plugs missing and ensuite one not working. Dishwasher tray had many broken pieces. Stains on rugs and headboards. Only foam hand soap supplied as toiletries, no shampoo etc. No oven trays or dishes available to use in oven. Wifi didn’t work, were told to use the Accor one. To name a few! It would be wise to clean the vacuum cleaner too, I did so it was totally compacted clogged up. Many little things need attention which could make it this a great property.

• Farha (8/5): Clean and beautiful apartment in a prime location with stunning ocean views, fully equipped kitchen amd restful bedrooms - Location is superb , close to all amenities . Apartment was clean with all facilities Wifi wasn’t working
• Doyle (3/5): For the two nights we were there we managed, although very disappointed with the lack of facilities. - The location was good We had no wifi which was extremely inconvenient. The property is suited to accommodate 6 people, yet the dining table only has 4 chairs, the kitchen utensils are lacking...only 4 dinner plates, only 4 wine glasses, no oven tray etc etc there was no teatowel supplied, no soap, shampoo etc in the showers.

• Tiona (5/5): Passable - Pool & location were good - towels were rolled up still wet/damp - no spare toilet paper - there was a dirty towels left in the laundry - no bag/bin liner in the bin in the kitchen - no second key made it hard with family - the mattress in the room across from the kitchen is pretty bad with the springs coming through on one side - the fans not working in the bathroom, so mould is pretty bad in the showers - no extra blankets

• Satuala (10/5): It's one of those places you have to come back to every chance you get on holiday, it's a real Gem - The Apartment was great, excellent location and views of the ocean from the balcony and bedrooms, the numerous Life-Guard patrolled beaches were in walking distance. Also, there was easy access to public transport to go anywhere in the GC, especially Pacific Fair and the Casino across the road was a big bonus I thought. You did'nt need to drive anywhere most days and did'nt have to worry about looking for parking. Everything we needed and travel to was close by and if I needed to buy something late at night, there was a fleet of Lime bikes parked outside which was convenient and fun to use also. The second bathroom and tub was a luxury to have for us too, especially for families on holiday, we really wanted to stay longer but I would definitely come back and book the room again because we made some awesome memories to cherish forever there. Thank you Seaviews Broadbeach. Oh I really coudn't fault this Apartment but if I had to be really picky like my Wife (sshh) I would say the bathrooms probably need some kind of exhaust fan for those long hot showers and the showers probably need waterproofing, but glad there was a mop and bucket to fix that.

Bathroom floor becomes a slip hazard with all the water leaking out the seals and out into the doorway area. Not enough towels or toilet rolls provided. Overall cleanliness could be a lot better. Very dusty airvents. Parking for visitors was hard.

• Matt (4/5): OK but needs better house keeping/cleaning - Loved the building. Staff were really friendly on check in. It was easy to access. The fan fell off the roof and the staff said they would bill us for breaking it. They suggested we were schoolies (we are in our 50s and were staying for work and we dont drink) We turned the fan on and it made an awful noise so we left it off. In the morning the fan fell off the roof. The fan was filthy. The door handle was falling off. The toilet paper was only half a roll. Overall poor house keeping.

• Gabby (8/5): Good for a family or friends getting together - Good location handy to pac fair, Broadbeach shops, the beach and casino. North facing pool is great for getting the sun most of the day. Ocean views are half partly obscured by the buildings directly in front, something not shown in the listing photos. Quite noisy and no blockout curtains so bring earplugs and an eye mask.

• Melissa (3/5): Poor cleanliness. - Hotel facilities were nice. The room was not clean by any means. Sand in the "clean bed". Hair everywhere. Toe nails and pencil shavings in the verandah, the windows on the verandah were so dirty you couldn't see through the beach views.

• Rosie (9/5): A great location and apartment to offer a memorable family holiday! - Great location, comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms. Facilities such as pools, gym and sauna were great! So close to the beach and close to PACIFIC fair and Broadbeach central. The third bedroom was a bit small with no wardrobe so it was a bit tight in there. My daughters reported that the bed wasn’t comfortable. The seventh pull out bed was also very thin and not comfortable and not a viable option for a teen.

Correspondence can be a little confusing but a quick call to the host who was very responsive had it sorted out.

Range hood is very oily. Dish washer is work but those stands inside machine are broken. Mattress are all too soft for us.

• Mitchell (7/5): Not worth the cost - Excellent location. Terrific views. Site facilities good. The mattresses for all beds were thin and uncomfortable. After a week staying in different accommodation around Tasmania where all the mattresses were exceptional it was a big let down to pay a large cost and have to sleep on these mattresses.

The headboard on one of the beds had marks on it and the towels could be better quality. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have walls up to the ceiling which means those guests will be disturbed by anyone making noise in the kitchen.
• David (8/5): A pleasant stay in the good location - It’s spacious and matches with the pictures/ descriptions as advertised. The strong cooking oily smells as you enter the room. A better ventilation could help to improve it. It’s quite noisy too despite we are in the 19 th floor.

I had to pay $150 cleaning fee then was asked to strip the beds, make sure all dishes were washed and rubbish removed. There were six of us staying and only 5 towels were available for us to use. Lucky the shopping centre isn’t to far so I could purchase more

And the bathrooms were not clean. There was long strands of hair throughout the shower stuck to the tiles. The whole bathroom need a very good clean.

The kitchen facilities weren’t very clean. Oven was not clean & didn’t have a grill tray for grilling. Range hood didn’t work. As it’s a private apartment extra towels would have been good for the pool.
