Ron (9/5): Terrific stay and location - Terrific location, central near the cathedral everything within 15 minutes or less, very very comfortable bed, nice rustic look and feel to the room. Met our needs well. The security of the building and room was very good. Aside from a noisy bathroom fan there's nothing else to say.

Emily (3/5): Great location but disappointing accommodation. - The location was amazing and the admin in France (particularly Christophe) was very helpful when we ran into trouble with the local staff. Property wasn’t very clean, was cramped, had poor storage, lacked facilities and was difficult to navigate. One staff member demanded off the book payment for a late check in due our delayed train and would not add it to our invoice at our request. Communication was very poor and unprofessional - I received an all caps message: “I DONT THINK ITS THAT HARD TO ANSWER” in response to a question.
Laura (10/5): Unbeatable value for money in the heart of Florence - This apartment was a terrific find, unbeatable value for money which was incomparable at the time of our travels to Florence. We loved having a bit more room to unpack our suitcases and move around with the bedroom upstairs. We had a great start being met by the unit manager who provided thorough instructions and orientated us to the city. Vera was reliable and very helpful. We found the unit to be clean and had everything we needed for a four night stay. Great location too. We would have loved a couple more pillows on the bed but did not ask given the price was so competitive.

Christian (4/5): Good location but cleanliness of apartment can be improved. - The location was very good It wasn’t very clean. We found balls of blonde hair and a bunch of tiny black hairs on the bed. It also had mites. Got an allergic reaction that has lasted for days.
