• Madoka (10/5): Wonderful location and amazing place!! - I saw the bed being twin or a Queen, but I didn't know that we needed to let them know in advance. My friend and I discovered that it was two beds connected after we checked in, so we separated into the twins and requested an additional comforter. Well, they were so nice and they brought the right size bedding and fixed it for us while we were out. They are so nice to do that for us and made it more comfortable!!! It is located right in Galleria Umberto I, and the view from our room was absolutely magnificent, and I LOVED it!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Napoli/Naples!!! The entrance was hard to find and it would help if we knew look for the entrance of Hotel Matilde - Lifestyle Hotel by Galleria Umberto I.

• GIULIANA (10/5): Per vivere Napoli pienamente... - Struttura davvero bella. Posizione centralissima a due passi da piazza Plebiscito e una vista bellissima sulla Galleria Umberto I impagabile. Stanza ampia, pulita, letto e cuscini comodi. Eugenia sempre presente, pronta e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni richiesta ed esigenza. Staff gentile. Consiglio questa location per vivere Napoli pienamente. È stato tutto perfetto.

Vicinissimo a tutto: al Teatro Augusteo (sede del nostro Convegno); alla funicolare centrale per visitare Castel Sant'Elmo; alla Piazza del Plebiscito,... Posto centralissimo. Accoglienza della signora Erminia eccezionale. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Consiglierò Casa Serao alle persone care che desiderano visitare Napoli. Non ho niente da segnalare!

Il B&B, situato nella splendida cornice della Galleria Umberto I, è semplicemente incantevole: posizione centralissima, a pochi passi da tutto, ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo e accogliente. La stanza é curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con gusto. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Eugenia, che ci ha accolte con grande calore e professionalità. Sempre disponibile, attenta e gentile: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Casa Serao é l’alloggio ideale per chiunque volesse visitare la città di Napoli, posizione centralissima, comodissima, a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito, di fronte alla Funicolare per raggiungere il Vomero, a 200mt dalla Metro. La camera era ariosa e luminosa, fresca, con pulizia quotidiana, bagno confortevole e, a rendere tutto questo davvero speciale, era l’affaccio in Galleria Umberto! Una vera chicca, affacciarsi dal quinto ed ultimo piano é stata un’esperienza da togliere il fiato e che mi ha fatto immergere in un’atmosfera regale! Letto comodissimo, cuscini soffici, biancheria letto e bagno perfetta, macchina Nespresso. E a fare la differenza é la cortesia, la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la professionalità di Eugenia, un host estremamente cordiale e pronta a soddisfare le mie esigenze! Ci tornerò senz’altro!!!!! (E ve lo consiglio io che sono napoletana😉)

• Stefan (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - Absolut zu empfehlen! Beste Lage in der Innenstadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, schönes Zimmer mit angenehmer Ausstattung und allem was es braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst nette und engagierte persönliche Betreuung durch the host Eugenia (per WhatsApp immer für Fragen erreichbar und unterstützend). Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar unser Zimmer ohne Zusatzkosten bis zum Abend nutzen, nachdem es offensichtlich keine sofortige Folgebuchung gab - trotzdem nicht selbstverständlich so ein Entgegenkommen. Sehr gerne beim nächsten Mal Neapel wieder! 😀

• Nina (10/5): Peaceful - The property was well taken care of, the host was very attentive and communicative to our every need, although we didn’t get to meet her she was always there to assist if needed. Location wise the property was excellent. Good for your first time in Naples and in close proximity to a lot of places in the center of the city. • Andreas (9/5): Superb - We had the best stay at a very spacious room inside galleria Umberto I. We will never forget the view of Galleria's interior area from our windows! The owners are very kind and did their best to please us and make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect with some of the best trattorias around as well as the famous Gran Caffe Gambrinus. Two metro stations and Augusteo funicolare very close.

• Miron (10/5): Excellent for a spacious relaxing stay and people watching from above. - A spacious and clean room with the top view looking down in the galleria is wonderful. I was greeted by a wonderful couple who let me in and showed me around. Later on they checked in to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything. On the last day they send a text and came by to personally say goodbye! Can't wait to come back!
