(10/5): Komfort, Genuss und ideale Lage für Ausflüge - sehr gutes, gesundes Frühstück mit frischem Gemüse, verschiedenen Käsesorten, Antipasti und warmen traditionellen türkischen Gerichten, Tee, Kaffee und Kaltgetränken; sehr schöner Pool sowie Roof Top mit phantastischem Blick ins Tal; aufmerksames und freundliches Personal; wir waren 3 Personen (1 Erw., 2 Kinder) und hatten ein Zimmer mit einem großen Bett gebucht - uns wurde ein größeres Zimmer mit einem dritten Bett ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt :-) dadurch hatten wir einen guten Schlaf und wirklich einen entspannten Aufenthalt; wir wären gern länger geblieben; Café und Restaurants in naher Umgebung; die Burg ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt -
• Joan (9/5): Top hotel! - Goede ligging, dicht bij restaurants. Vriendelijk personeel. Schone grote kamer. Het was erg warm in de nacht, airco systeem stond nog niet aan omdat het te koud buiten was. Werd wel een ventilator aangeboden. Zwembad was nog niet gevuld.
• Cantug (8/5): - Sezonu olmadığından kullanamadık ama havuz ve odalar güzel konumlandırılmış. Konum tam güvercinlik vadisinin karşısı. O tarafa bakan odalar ayrı bir güzel. Kahvaltı ortalama diyebilirim. Genel olarak Fiyatına göre iyi Kapılar ahşap ve çok boşlukları var. Dolasıyla yan oda kapıyı sertçe kapattığında yatağınızdan sıçrayabilirsiniz. Kapıların sesi bu kadar geçirmemesi için kesinlikle birşey yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odalar yanyana olduğundan özellikle yoğun zamanlarda sıkıntı yaratabilir.
• Chooi Teng (9/5): Great place to stay but the food prices are high. - Central location in Uchisar. Peaceful and overlooks pigeon valley which is really nice to just sit and watch the balloons fly over in the morning or watch the sunset. Nothing. The hotel is value for money.
• Summer (10/5): Lovely place to stay - The rooms were large, simple yet thoughtful decorations. We had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was lovely and delicious. Beautiful hike, Pigion Valley right across the street that was so convenient. Located in Ushitar, a very small town, about 5-10min from Gerome, much smaller and a lot quieter - not in the middle of the action. Great if you prefer quieter neighborhoods. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful getting us dinner reservations and a shuttle from the airport. We went in early May and it was much cooler than we had anticipated so the pool wasn't open. The weather isn't the hotels fault but it was definitely something I had to adjust to as I was looking forward to the pool, also the breakfast was served inside, not out on the terrace as pics suggest. Maybe also due to the cooler weather.
• Rudolf (9/5): Well equipped hotel with tastefully decorated rooms is an ideal starting point to visit the Cappadocia area. - The room was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Warm light gives it a cosy atmosphere. Bed and shower were great. Location perfect. A short walk to the shops and the restaurants and a good starting point to visit the area by car. Personel is very friendly and helpful. At the reception desk our host dit speak his english quite well. The breakfast is well catered. Nothing special
• Léo (7/5): Belle vue et bon emplacement, mais plusieurs déceptions sur les prestations et la piscine - Bel emplacement à environ 10 minutes à pied du château d’Uchisar, avec une très belle vue depuis notre chambre. La chambre était sympathique et agréable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel le soir était bon, même si les prix restent assez élevés Le petit déjeuner était correct mais le même tous les jours, avec peu de choix. Pour un établissement de ce standing, nous nous attendions à mieux. De plus, les photos mises en avant sur Booking semblent montrer surtout le petit déjeuner payant, ce qui peut être trompeur. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes, mais seulement un lit double était préparé à notre arrivée. Un lit supplémentaire a été ajouté à la dernière minute et les draps étaient humides. Le plus gros point négatif reste la piscine, qui était vide lors de notre séjour alors que cela n’était pas indiqué au moment de la réservation. Enfin, les photos de l’espace piscine paraissent également un peu trompeuses : l’endroit est moins attractif en réalité que sur les images.

• samantha (9/5): Cappadocia is everything the books stay! - The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was given an early check-in as I had requested. They arranged excursions for me. The weather wasn't suitable for a hot air balloon ride for majority of my stay. They went up on one day and I watched them from the scenic hotel rooftop. Breakfast every day was delicious. It's a relatively new boutique hotel with good facilities and amenities. I prefer quieter areas so I picked Uchisar over Goreme for the very reason, it didn't disappoint. Near enough to Goreme if you need the buzz. Nearby there are restaurants, ATM machines and small supermarkets. Nothing major but the room could do with bedside lamps and bigger clothes rack or more hangers.

• Amalia (10/5): Wonderful Experience at Breeze of Cappadocia - My stay for 5 nights at this hotel was so lovely. I would like to mention a big thanks to the staff to name a few Achilla, Murat and Effe ( sorry for any spelling mistakes- and also sorry didn't get everyone else's names!) They were all so kind and helpful and so welcoming. Murat kindly gave me a lift to a local restaurant and also picked me up at the end of the evening which was very kind of him. The hotel is very clean and although a modern hotel they have kept the decor in line with the surroundings. The service, location, breakfast & dinner was great. They have a swimming pool and lovely rooftop terrace. There are great views of pigeon valley and Uchisar castle and you can even see the hot air balloons at sunrise from the rooftop terrace. Uchisar was a lovely peaceful location and not as busy as Goreme. But still has shops and restaurants nearby without all the busyness. Goreme is not far a 5 minute taxi ride or a short walk. The people are so warm and friendly you will love it here. I did a few tours and ofcourse the Hot air balloon ride which was breathtaking. You must do it! Thankyou for a lovely stay.😊 There was nothing all good😊

La piscine n est jamais complètement ensoleillé, et elle fort froide malgré que nous y avons été au mois d août. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus complet, et ne pas faire payer si cher le jus d orange frais. Mais l hôtel est vraiment beau et mérite qu on s y arrête

• Ömer Murat (8/5): comfortable and fun - In a quiet area. The staff is helpful. We were pleased to be given two rooms with balconies. They cleaned and refreshed the room daily. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The pool is one of the most beautiful in Cappadocia. You can watch the balloons at sunrise from the terrace. Dinner is not a popular choice at the facility. For this reason, the staff was not very prepared for it.

Il bagno della camera non è ben mantenuto. La colazione è gestita male. Non c'è neanche una macchina per bevande a base di caffè e viene servita alle 8.30: troppo tardi se uno torna dal volo in mongolfiera. Il parcheggio gratuito incluso non esiste e la struttura non ha alcun posto interno ma viene detto di metterla in strada perché "non ci sono problemi": non è proprio ciò che viene riportato su booking.

• Stephanie (7/5): Lovely hotel close to Everything Ulchisar! - Pool is gorgeous and necessary. We were here when it was 100° F. Close to everything Ulchisar. Across from Pigeon Canyon which is spectacular all lit up at night. Close to public transportation which is easy to use and cheap. Much quieter then Goreme. They let us check out late because our shuttle delayed the time on us. Clean and comfortable. Modern facilities. Lovely breakfast with nice variety. Plenty of the staff were great. I would definitely stay here again if prices were comparable. First day there was a party here which was fun but loud. But the music was turned off near bedtime. Day 2 and 3 was very pleasant with small families present. Not a majority of the staff spoke English. We always got what we needed but a couple of times felt there was a little frustration. Understandable. Worst thing was that our room was by the prayer call intercom which goes off at least twice in the middle of the night. It is the waking up portion that was a little rough... not the call to prayer. Our other hotel we had a dehumidifier because it was partial cave. That seemed to block out some sound. I did not ask staff here though.
• Natalia (8/5): - La ubicación en el bonito pueblo de Uchisar en una zona muy tranquila. De las dos habitaciones que reservamos, especialmente una era muy espaciosa y cómoda. La piscina estaba muy limpia y las hamacas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno variado. Y el personal muy amable, especialmente el personal durante el desayuno y la mujer de la recepción. Lo que menos me gustó fue que en la piscina estuviera puesta la música con un volumen muy alto todo el tiempo. Por otro lado, tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones (la habitación para nuestros hijos) y no pudieron solucionarlo. Solo la última noche conseguimos otra habitación, porque se habían ido algunos inquilinos. Esa habitación sí que cumplió con las expectativas.

• NEREA (9/5): - Nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. Al llegar, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación y nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de la hora, un detalle muy agradecido tras el viaje. También nos invitaron al desayuno, lo que demuestra su atención al cliente. Todo el personal fue muy atento y servicial en todo momento. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y bien decorada, y la piscina, perfecta para relajarse después de un día de visitas. La ubicación en Uçhisar nos encantó: más tranquila y con menos bullicio que Göreme, pero igual de bien situada para moverse por Capadocia. Durante nuestra estancia, se les averió la cafetera y no pudieron darle solución de un día para otro, lo que fue un pequeño inconveniente. El desayuno está muy bien, aunque algo repetitivo si te alojas más de tres días. Actualmente, la calle del hotel está en obras, aunque en nuestro caso no supuso ningún obstáculo ni afectó a la comodidad de la estancia. A pesar de esos pequeños detalles, recomendaría totalmente la estancia. El servicio, las instalaciones y la ubicación hacen que valga mucho la pena.

A few mins walk to village centre and to Uchisar castle. The booking.com listings for some rooms can be confusing, one is headlined "two double beds" but is actually two single beds. Reception staff solved it quickly.

• Aaliyah (9/5): A lovely break surrounded by friendly staff 🩷 - Myself and my sister went to stay at this hotel (June 2025). The hotel was still under construction (outside paths and hotels rooftop), which we were unaware of. However, once we arrived to our hotel, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and was well maintained daily by house keeping. The reception staff were very approachable and assisted with assorting excursions and activities. Also our Taxi driver Murat, who also works for the hotel was very friendly and accommodated to us as and when transfers were needed. The breakfasts selection was small, however for the price we paid, the hotel stay was so worth it. Also the chef and kitchen staff were friendly and maintained the area well. A day before our booking, the team had messaged me to arrange a free upgrade with a deluxe room with a jacuzzi in it. Initially we didn’t realise that it took a good 5 mins for the water to turn hot once running, but Murat was very helpful at explaining this and helped amply our hotel experience. The shisha and drinks (at additional charge) were nice by the pool. The pool area was clean and maintained well. Myself and my friend really enjoyed the calmness of the hotel stay as we visited Istanbul pre Cappadocia, which was very busy. However, I suspect that this hotel may become busy once fully renovated as the location is great and not too far from the airport, lovely team, modern look of the rooms and overall a really positive experience for us! Thank you for the amazing stay Breeze Of Cappadocia. I would love to visit again when destiny calls me back to Cappadocia. I will definitely be recommending this hotel onwards to friends and family 🩷🎉

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I walked a short distance to catch good views of the balloons. Easy Parking was out front of the hotel on a street.

Hotel’s location is unbeatable, right across from Pigeon and Love Valley where you can see hot air balloons in the morning. Stepping outside, you’re greeted by Uchisar castle. The breakfast is rich, varied and absolutely delicious. All staff is incredibly kind and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. Plus, there is a plenty of safe parking spaces in front of hotel. Staying at Breeze Of cappadocia is our number one choice in Cappadocia. We’ll definetely be back! Nothing

Das Zimmer mit Jacuzzi war großzügig, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die geräumige Dusche. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar – zentraler geht es wirklich nicht! Das Frühstück war hervorragend, und gegenüber befindet sich ein Café und Restaurant mit einer großartigen Aussicht auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das hoteleigene Café hat uns ebenfalls mit köstlichen Speisen und Getränken überzeugt. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort, zentrale Lage und tolle Gastronomie in Kappadokien suchen!

• Birsu (9/5): Comfort and great location for avoiding the crowds of Göreme - We stayed in Uchisar to avoid the crowds of Goreme. The hotel is located across the street from Pigeon Valley, and we had a front corner balcony. The staff was so nice, especially the chef and breakfast staff. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. The water pressure in the shower was good. I was hoping to spend time by the lovely pool, but did not have time. It's a no-frills room but very comfortable. We did not have a car and used the tours' shuttle services to get around. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the Valley and Uchisar Castle on the roof. We were kept awake one night by a loud group who were partying on premises well past midnight. I expected the hotel to have a sound ordinance after midnight, but no one intervened. Fortunately, that group was gone the next day.
